Unbreakable Love His Passion for Her Transcends Death

Chapter 577

Mark didn't dare to make a noise after that.

It was quieter than usual in the car that night. He had a feeling that he would have to stay in the car with Xavier again.

So, he had no choice but to apologize to his fiancée through a text. As he had expected, Xavier didn't leave the car the entire night.

...

The next morning, Xavier talked to the doctor after checking on Noah. When he found out that Noah would be fine for the moment, he left the hospital.

When they were in the hallway, they ran into Yvette, and Mark immediately greeted her, "Mrs. Lane."

She nodded. However, Xavier didn't stop walking. Instead, he started walking faster. Mark thought it was weird and didn't dare to ask anything about it. All he could do was try to keep up. When Yvette reached Noah's ward, she couldn't get in as expected. So, she just looked at Noah from afar. After making sure that he was fine, she returned to the rented room next door. Then, Kiki called her and asked, "Yvvy, Tristan just told me that a kid from the Lane family is missing."

Yvette couldn't believe the Shaw family had already found out that Malcolm was missing for a night. "We've already found him. He was at Dewberry Manor."

Then, she told Kiki what had happened the previous night.

"I see. I can't believe how evil that kid is. Noah's sick, so how could he go all the way to your home to hit him? Thank goodness he's bad with directions. Otherwise, Noah would be the one in the hospital now." Kiki was right about that. If Malcolm hadn't gotten lost, things would've ended badly.Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.

"Kiki, Xavier knows that Noah and Zac are his sons now."

"What?" Kiki was shocked. "How did he find out?"

"He ran a paternity test in secret, and he's now furious. He said I kept his sons away from him for years."

Yvette hadn't slept well the previous night at all. Whenever she closed her eyes, she had nightmares about her children being taken away.

"How could he blame you for it? He's

the one at fault for treating you badly back then. If I were you, I never would've given birth to his kids at

all Kiki said.

"Yeah."

"Don't worry about it. Just let him be mad if he wants to." Yvette wasn't worried about Xavier being mad. Instead, she was worried about him taking the kids away. "Sure." She ended the call, and her mind was blank.

Since she couldn't see Noah, she decided to ask the doctor about his condition. It turned out that Noah would have to start his treatment again.

After she had given birth to the

children in her belly, they would have the cord blood stem cell to proceed with the surgery. Then, Noah would have to go for more treatments.

Meanwhile, Noah thought Yvette and Xavier were busy when he didn't see them. So, he didn't think too much about it and gave Zachary a call.

Zachary was still in class, and when he noticed Malcolm was absent, he thought it was weird. Upon receiving the call, he went to a secluded spot outside to answer it. "What's up?"

"He knows we're his sons now."

Of course, Zachary knew Noah was talking about Xavier.

"Didn't you say you swapped the toothbrush when he did the DNA test last year?" Zachary was frowning, thinking how the situation had gotten more complicated. "Maybe Mom was the one who told him. She has definitely forgiven him," said Noah.

Zachary looked solemn when he heard that Yvette had forgiven Xavier. "I don't buy it. I need to return to class now, so let's talk later."

Then, he ended the call.

Noah wanted to say something else when he saw someone entering the ward. Shannon was standing at the door with a bunch of gifts. "Noah, I'm here to see you." She had gotten Xavier's permission to see Noah for a short while.

Noah was feeling bored. When he realized it was Shannon, the person who'd bullied Yvette a lot, he thought he could finally have some fun again.
