The Mating Rules

Isaac’s POV

I don’t know what has got into me, I’ve never really flirted with a woman before, hell, not to sound conceited but the title of Beta was usually enough to get women to ask me out. Outright making suggestive comments though? That isn’t me at all, Caden would probably slap me for what I said if he had heard me!

The beet red of her face mixed with shock and what looked very much like arousal in her eyes was now etched into my mind. I gingerly stand up, testing my foot which is almost perfect, only the very tiniest tinge of pain when it takes weight.

I walk over to the door and shut it, making sure to lock it this time, I do not need a repeat of the last time I took a shower with the door unlocked.

The image of Raelyn’s gaze roaming up my naked body flickers through my mind, mixing in with the l**t filled gaze from minutes ago. I wonder what she looks like when she o*****s, do her eyes darken like they just did before she ran from me?

I glance down at my shorts and sigh, hobbling toward the bathroom, great, now I have a hard on.

Walking through the door, I lean into the shower and turn the tap, moving the lever all the way to cold because I’m going to need it.

Stripping off, I step under the water, yelping as the icy blast hits my skin, goosebumps rising all over where it hits.

I lean forward, resting my forehead on the tiled wall as my back takes the brunt of the freezing droplets. Despite the stinging water freezing my body, my c**k is still refusing to stand down, and is now almost painful with how interested it is in getting release.

My mind wanders to the petite redhead, the sound of her voice caressing me as I m**n softly, my hand moving down my chest to my hard c**k, my fingers wrapping around me as my palm glides slowly up to the tip and back down again.

My hand wraps those long red tresses around my fingers, allowing me to control the little fireball that is on her knees in front of me, guiding her movements as she runs the flat of her tongue up the underside of my shaft making me shudder.

‘Do you want me Beta?’ she purrs as she pulls away from me, her penetrating gaze holding me in place. I think I’m in charge here but I’m not, she has me in her trance and I’m incapable of escaping.

‘Yes’ I whisper hoarsely, my hand working quicker as my balls tighten.

‘How much?’ she pushes, that sultry smile playing around the corners of her lips. So much sass that ignites me in a way that no woman has ever done before.

‘More than my next breath’ I mutter desperately, my body shaking slightly as my o****m builds to a point of no return.

‘Then take me’ she murmurs, and that’s all it takes for me to topple over the edge and I g***n loudly as I release, my legs shaking with the force until I crumple to the floor of the shower, spent.

‘Goddess’ I mutter to myself, my hands pressed into the shower tray, holding me up as I watch the remains of my essence wash away down the plug hole.

With the disappearance of my enjoyment, brings the crashing shame of what I just did. Raelyn isn’t mine, she belongs to another somewhere and I just used her like a p**n magazine.

‘Raelyn is not for you’ I tell myself sternly as I push back shakily onto my heels so I’m sat under the cold spray. ‘You need to get yourself together, tomorrow is the full moon, you could meet your fated mate!’

Nodding, I reach up and adjust the temperature, sighing as warm water replaces the cold and my skin welcomes the removal of the icy feel.

Standing up, I press a palm to the wall to steady myself, waiting a few seconds until I’m sure I won’t fall down again before I grab the shampoo and dump out a generous amount into my palm.

Wetting my hair, I rub the liquid into my short brown strands, using my fingers to get deep into my scalp as if this will somehow wash the thoughts out of my head.

Rinsing off, I scrub my body, washing off all the sweat from my workout off my skin. Cutting the water, I step out of the shower, grab a towel and rub it over my hair, drying as much as I can before tying it around my waist and walking out into my room.

Thankfully this time I am not faced with a shocked redhead holding a bottle of shampoo.

‘Pack it in’ I growl in annoyance to my other head as it twitches in interest at the thought of Raelyn.

Scowling, I stomp over to the closet, yanking the door open with slightly more force than I intended so it slams against the far wall with a bang. Cursing as I close my eyes for a second, I gently pull the door back to find a perfectly round hole in the wall from where the handle of the closet has embedded itself in the plasterboard.

‘Damn it’ I g***n, rubbing a hand down my face in frustration before sending a mind link to one of my pack.

‘Yes Beta?’ my warrior’s voice replies seconds later in my head.

‘I have damaged the wall in my room’ I sigh, ‘could you find one of the maintenance guys for the pack and ask them to repair it for me? Apologise to them, it was an accident, and tell them to get the Alpha to bill me for any materials and stuff they need.’

I can hear the smirk in my warrior’s voice as he responds with ‘Yes Beta’ and cuts the link.

Huffing loudly, I walk into the closet, grabbing some clean underwear, jeans, and a t-shirt before heading back to my bed and dropping them on the covers.

Towelling myself dry, I pull on my clothes, dragging a brush through my hair quickly, and throw the towel into the hamper before heading out of my room, I suppose I better let the Alpha know I damaged his guest room just in case Dev can’t get hold of anyone to fix it. Stupid flimsy walls, they shouldn’t break like that from what was just a bit of a tap from a door! Who builds a packhouse with walls that are that easy to damage anyway?
