Chapter 32 – Visitors
LAURA
It was so close that we would have gotten caught. I love when Llam puts his hands on me, he is
always gently mixed with a little roughness. When I left them in the office I hurried on to change into
jeans and take a new pair of panties on.
After making sure Rosa wouldn‘t mind looking after the twins, I hurried to the packhouse and found
some to volunteer, to help me get the houses, Liam mentioned ready. Before I knew it I had 15 extra
pairs of hands helping out. Some went to pack members gathering all kinds of clothes, others cleaned
the houses a little. I made sure we would get the most basic furniture, such as beds and
so on, while the last few were getting groceries. 1
It wasn’t before long that I could see a large group of mostly women but there were young teens too as
well as small kids, I See Mack carrying a
small boy. Liam came over and pecked my lips softly and I blush, I always do when he publicly shows
we are together. I see a few of the women from the other pack eyeing us, but everyone
from our pack just smiled.
Standing there I feel someone tucking at my pants and I look down. The small boy that Mack carried lo
oks up at me. I bend down to him and smile at him.
“Hello, and what is your name?”
“Kai.” He whispers.
“Hello kai. Where is your mom?” I ask and he gets tears in his eyes.
“Hey now, don‘t cry. Everything will be okay.” I assure
him. A beautiful blonde from the group steps forward, and for a second I think she is his mother. 1
“Is he yours?” I ask and get surprised when a look of disgust comes to her face.
“I am Luna Tina, and no. He is the bastard child of my now dead mate. His mother died in childbirth. No
w my mate is dead I don‘t want to look at this kid anymore.” She says shocking us.
“But he doesn‘t have anyone else,” I tell her.
“I don‘t care.” She looks away and I look at the boy.
“Can anyone take care of him? Just until we find something permanent?” I ask but no one steps
forward. I look at Liam and Mack.
‘Why are they acting like this? I ask them in a group link.
‘The woman is their Luna. They probably don‘t want to anger her. Their Alpha is dead and she is the m
other of two boys.‘ Mack says.
‘That doesn’t make this okay.’ Liam says. And I can see he is thinking. When Mack comes over to Kai.
“Hello Kai. Would you like to stay with me for a
while?” Kai smiles brightly, nodding his head, and hugs Mack when he lifts him up again.
“I guess he will be with me then. At least until we find a permanent home.” Mack says and we look
at little Kai, who has fallen asleep. And Liam smiles at him.
“I will mindlink mom get her to make a room on your floor ready.” Mack nods in thanks.
I look at the group of women and children and see how Luna Tina looks at Liam with hungry eyes. It’s
common knowledge that he lost his fated mate years ago, so she-wolves always try to throw
themselves
at him, hoping he will want them. I feel Liam‘s breath by my ear, feel his smile
“Mom says Zack and Zara are awake.” He tells me softly and I nod my head. I go to speak to the
visitors.
“Okay, these houses have been cleaned and we put in furniture and food. There are also spare clothes.
If you need someone you can ask any
packmember. They will help you. We will let you all settle in.” Liam tells them
“Your highness?” Luna Tina asks sending him a seductive smile.
“Yes?” Liam ask
“Can’t I stay at the packhouse, please? My sons and I, we will feel safer there.” She says
never removing her eyes from him. And I see some of her packmembers roll their eyes.
“If you wish, I will get 2 rooms made ready on the top floor.” He tells her not even looking at her. But
she smiles big. “Thank you, my king.” He nods shortly and we turn to leave.
Mack laughs a little when we are far enough from the group of visitors, I look at him.
“What?”
“She will be disappointed finding out you don‘t live in the packhouse.” He laughs and I look at him
“What do you mean?” I ask
“You really didn‘t see how she was eating you with her eyes, did you?” He says.
“No? But I don‘t really pay attention to that anymore. I have the woman I want right here.” I say pulling
Laura closer.
When we are back at the house Mack is taking little Kai with him so he can put him to bed. Laura and I
go to the nursery and spend time bathing and feeding the twins. We are all laying on the floor
Laura and I looking at the twins playing with some baby toys. I pull Laura close to me, kissing her on th
e back of her
neck.
“Thank you, for the help today. You have no idea how much you helped make it go easier.” I tell her kis
sing her ear.
“Your welcome, I was happy to help out.”
We are just laying here, looking at the twins and just relaxing, I love just laying here. Laura doesn‘t men
tion that Luna Tina, apparently was, as Mack called it, eating me with her eyes and I want to make sure
that she knows that she can trust me. But just as I am about to say something I feel a mindlink from Le

‘Your highness?” He asks carefully clearly not comfortable with mindlinking me.
‘Leonard, what can I help you with?‘ | ask.
‘Your highness, the visiting Luna staying in the packhouse is asking for you.‘ He says
‘What is the issue?’
‘She won‘t say your highness. She just insists she needs to talk with you.’ He sounds nervous.
“Okay. Show her my office and tell her I will be there in 15 minutes.
‘Yes your highness, I apologize for disturbing you.’
‘You are fine Leonard. I am always available for my pack. See you soon.‘
I look at Laura and see she is looking at me. I kiss her softly and smile.
“I need to go, some issue in the packhouse with Luna Tina. You want to come?” she smiles
“No, I will stay here. I want to go take a shower when they fall asleep. I will make sure a plate of food is
ready. For when you come back.”
“Okay baby. It should not take long. Love you.” I tell her kissing her deeply.
“Love you too.” She whispers. I get up and hurry to leave, I want this over with fast so can come back h
ome.
