The Divorced Heiress’s Revenge

Chapter 2382

Chapter 2382

Nigel gazed at his most cherished grandson with distress. "Justin, you've been asleep for three days."

Three days?!

Justin took a sharp breath. He felt his head was spinning and his body was weak.

"Justin, are you feeling pain in any other parts of your body?" Nigel asked worriedly.

"Grandpa, I'm sorry." Justin swallowed uncomfortably as he struggled to speak. "Right now, it's the critical bidding period for Salvador Corporation's major project, and I've delayed it."

"you silly boy, you've done nothing wrong. What's there to apologize for?" Just like when Justin was a child, Nigel reached out and gently patted his grandson's head. "No project or bid is more important to me than my grandson."

He continued, "Justin, don't worry about the Salvador Corporation. Don't be afraid that collapsing in the middle of the board meeting will affect your position in the company. You're the heir I've chosen. No matter what happens, that won't change."

Justin's expression remained calm, but what Nigel said stirred something within him.

"Focus on getting better. Let me handle the rest!" Nigel declared.

Justin blinked slowly and said, "I'm fine now. I can leave the hospital today."

Ian quickly interjected, "Mr. Salvador, there's no rush. Please don't push yourself too hard!"

"The bidding for the A5 project is next month. We can't afford any delays," Justin replied calmly, pulling the needle from his hand. "Ian, get my clothes ready. We're going back to the Salvador Corporation."

Whenever Justin had made up his mind, no one could stop him.

In the end, Justin left the hospital fully dressed up with Ian by his side. The luxury car sped toward the Salvador Corporation headquarters.

Throughout the ride, Justin kept his eyes closed, resting quietly. His sharp jawline, usually commanding, now carried traces of weariness and vulnerability.

His mind kept replaying the moment he collapsed at the board meeting the last thing he saw before blacking out was the sinister, eerie smile on Grant's face.

That smile carried a faint but unmistakable excitement, as if Grant had been waiting for this moment. There was no shock or concern, just the feeling that everything had gone exactly as planned.

"That's strange," Ian said, frowning as he glanced out the window. "Why are there so many reporters gathered outside the building?"

Justin suggested, "Head to the underground parking lot."

The car turned toward the underground lot, but unexpectedly, reporters were swarming there as well.Original content from NôvelDrama.Org.

As soon as the car pulled in, the reporters rushed forward like a swarm of bees, surrounding the vehicle.

"Mr. Salvador! There are rumors about your poor health, saying you might not be able to continue leading the company. Do you have any comments on this matter?"
