It’s been almost a week since the agreement between Killian and Hailey has finally ended. The girl also returned to her rented apartment.

Hailey continued her life as a student and employee of Killian’s aunt restaurant. Sometimes she misses the young man but she don’t want to bother Killian anymore base on the contract she signed that after the fake marriage they will no longer see each other.

When their agreement ended, she never saw the young man or any news about him, she never heard anything. Unbeknownst to the girl, the young man was just around the corner watching her.

Hailey had just finished class today and she first went to a cafe to buy a snacks.

As she sat in an empty chair she suddenly saw a man near her seat, still wearing a suit as if he had just come from the office. Her eyes widened as she realized who the man was.

Later the man stood up and walked in her direction.

“K-killian …” She called the young man’s name

He immediately smiled at her and sat down in front of her. “How are you Hailey?” He asked

“I’m good. I just finished my exam today. What are you doing here? Your company is far from here.” shocked is still written in her face.

“I’m always here for coffee,” he said

“What? You’re just going to have coffee here? There are a lot of coffee shops near in your office. Are you kidding me?” Hailey exclaimed

Killian just chuckled.

“It’s better here especially if I’m going yo see you all the time.”

“So you’re a stalker now? A Killian Gabrielle Neilsen comes here just to stalk a woman.” Hailey can’t stop herself from laughing

“Why not.”

“You are really a bipolar man. Or maybe you fall in love with me when we have our fake marriage to realized that you have a already a feelings to me. I’ll just remind you that our contract is over.” She joked

Killian was about to speak when suddenly someone entered in their way.

“Hey Hailey!” greeted by the man

“What are you doing here Premiere?” Killian asked

“Oh bro, I didn’t notice you were here. I’m just visiting Hailey.” Killian’s friend Premiere answered

Hailey ask permission first that she will go to the comfort room, then the two quickly nodded in agreement

“When did you learn to visit a woman?” Killian asked

“Just now and only to Hailey.” Premiere said

“Don’t involve Hailey in your collections!” Killian insisted

“Easy bro, I’m serious when it comes to Hailey.”

“Don’t tell me you like Hailey? I know you Premiere you don’t take a serious relationship.” Killian said in greeted teeth

“Like I told you bro Hailey is different. Why are you acting like that? Don’t tell me you like her too? Isn’t your agreement over right? Don’t use Hailey as a rebound. ”

Killian clenched his fist. “Hailey has never been a rebound to me. I’ve been moving on with Chandria for a long time. Don’t ever try to hurt Hailey of you do it I will drag you to hell even if you’re my friend.” He said in a threatening voice

Premiere laughed. “What if I say if I like her? Hailey is a good woman. Every man will do everything to get here. She’s not hard to love.”

“Find another woman Uno, don’t touch Hailey.” their gazes are already measuring

“Are you two fighting?” hailey suddenly asked. They did not realize that the woman had come back from the bathroom.

“No Hai, Killian and I are just talking.”

“Is that so? I thought you were fighting. By the way why are you here Premiere?” She asked

“I just happened to be here, I just want to treat you but when I go to the restaurant the manager said that today is your day off, so I tried to go here in your University.”

“Ah, Yes I don’t have a work today and I just finish my exams.” the girl replied

Later, Premiere’s phone rang. He excused himself and then answered the call.

Killian sneezed as he looked at Hailey.

“Do you have anything to say?” Hailey asked him.

“Can we talk? Just the two of us. I need to tell you something.” Killian’s serious promise

“Okay, Shall we talk here?”

“Can we just talk in my house?” the young man asked

Hailey thought for a moment. She also misses Killian’s house. They have many memories of the young man in that house.

“Sure, let’s just wait for Premiere to return.”

“H-how long have you been talking to Uno?” Killian asked

“You mean premiere? It’s been a long time, maybe a week. He ate at your aunties restaurant last time so we were able to talk.” Hailey’s storytelling

“Stay away from him.”

The girl’s eyebrow raised. “W-what? That guy isn’t doing anything and he’s kind.” Hailey’s defense.

Killian just tugged at his hair in extreme frustration. He was annoyed because he felt like Hailey was still defending his friend.

Soon after, Premiere returned.

“Bro, Hai I need to go now. I have a emergency.” Premiere said and left.

When Premiere left and the two of them finished their meal and decided to go home to Killian’s house to talk in depth.

Killian had in mind that he needed to confess to the girl before his friend could get ahead of him. He knows that he and Uno are friends but they also often compete in everything and he doesn’t want to get to the point where they can also compete with a woman.

He will do everything just to get Hailey. He knew that their agreement was invalid because it had been over for a long time but when they were together he was not ready to admit his feelings for the girl.

Killian wants to take risk. He wants to admit to Hailey that he loves her even though they still have an agreement. He did not know how or when this happened as long as he just woke up that he already loved the girl.

And he hopes this time Hailey will reciprocate how he feels. He already feels that Hailey loves him when they were still together in the same house.

He started the engine of his car and drove home to their house while Hailey just leaned over and silently watched the surroundings.
