Alexa lay flat on her bed staring at the ceiling, she was doomed and she knew it, her brother would skin her alive if he found out that she was the reason behind this disaster..

Their plan went from bad to worse, none of them could even step outside without being surrounded by the media in a minute..

“This is really bad Alexa.. Long beard is nowhere to be found and Damien won’t stop until he finds out everything”

Rihanna murmured pacing around, visible sweat could be seen on her forehead, things were already so bad and the possible solution to the problem the Sterling’s were facing is for Damien to come clean in public about the relationship he shares with Olivia..

“He might even tell everyone the truth” She added with a groan..

Alexa sat up and stared lazily at Rihanna’s worried frame, she couldn’t help but pin this whole disaster on the latter..

“This is all your fault Rihanna..”

Rihanna stopped on her tracks and turned swiftly to Alexa with a surprised expression on her face, as far as she knew, they were both involved in this plan.. so why putting the blame on her?

“My fault? are you kidding me?! you were the one who started all this! you involved long beard and gave him the task.. we are both deep in this mess! so don’t think you can ditch me at s time like this!”

Alexa stood up to her feet and sighed, honestly, blaming each other wouldn’t solve anything right now..

“Fine! and that’s the reason we need to find a solution to this as soon as possible.. my brother can’t find out.. we have to get and delete the CCTV footage from that hotel”

Damien sat on a sofa next to his mum, he relaxed back with his hand on his temple, he felt like he was going insane just by listening to his grandfather..

He couldn’t really tell how many hours the old man had been talking, everyone in the room was getting very tired and frustrated..

It’s been quite a while Rihanna and Alexa excused themselves to get something and they weren’t back yet..

“We can’t even step out without being chased around!” he barked once more..

Anita rolled her eyes, of course she can step out whenever she wanted, and if the media were to chase her around, then she’ll happily give them a response..

Right now, they were waiting for Olivia and Kelvin to get here, before a final decision will be made..

She already had the most brilliant idea possible to quench the fire and rumors..

“Father… there’s really no other option left than for Damien to come clean.. everyone already knows that he has a son-

“So you’re suggesting?!” Bernard bellowed cutting her speech off..

Aldrin shot her a glance for her to keep quiet, his dad was already pretty mad mad it’ll be best if everyone just kept mute..

The excited voice of a young kid pulled them all out of their various thoughts, Kelvin skidded across the marbled floor and jumped right on Damien’s laps..

Damien was surprised at the unexpected entrance even though everyone was expecting their arrival..

He pulled his gaze off Kelvin to meet the warm set of eyes boring into him..

“Ohhh!! they’re here!!” Anita exclaimed, she turned to Kelvin poking his cheeks a little..

Olivia sighed exasperatedly as Anita stood up from her position next to Damien offering it to her, she doubted if she was that generous..

“Sit next to Damien.. I bet you both might have a lot of things to say to each other” She teased with a wink..

“Thanks..” she mouthed and reluctantly sat on the sofa, her hand brushed slightly with his which caused a weird tingling sensation to run down her spine..

She cleared her throat staring directly at the old man who was now glaring at her.

“You sent for me..”

The old man stood up to his feet, his cold gaze fell on Olivia’s equally cold expression..

“Did you call me over just to insult me?.. do you even know what I’m currently facing right now?! I’m the one being labeled as a bad person and not your family!” She gritted in a high pitched tone glaring hard at him..

Damien sighed and pulled Kelvin off his lap, he stood up and held the latter’s small hands..

“I’ll sought this out grandfather.. you honestly have no right to interfere in my affairs, especially when it concerns my family-

“Family?! Aldrin have you seen the impact your wife has on him? the kid has completely lost his mind!.. it’s no big deal to tag her as your mistress.. the real person who you’re meant to be with us Rihanna!”

Just then Rihanna and Alexa came into the room, they hadn’t expected for Olivia to show up given how proud she was.. but here she was standing head to head with Old Sterling..

“Mistress?” she faced Damien with a sardonic smile, her brows arched in amazement..

“That’s exactly who you are!” Rihanna interjected with a firm tone..

She left Alexa’s side and stood before Olivia with a mocking smile on her lips, all she felt towards the amber eyed lady was anger and hatred! she was the reason she and Damien couldn’t be together, the same reason she was locked up behind bars at Chicago! and the same reason she was humiliated at the party..

She was currently the laughing stock of the country, memes were even made of her after she fell on the cake last night..

“And who exactly are you? you hold no place in his life except you were once upon his fiancee.. so don’t you dare speak a word against me!”

Anita applauded her hands, she just loved Olivia’s every response to this awful lady called Rihanna..

“Father there’s no other way for them to get out of this mess except they get engaged.. Damien already agreed to it and so should you” Anita imputed with her head held high..

The veins at the side of Rihanna’s neck almost popped out, she gritted her teeth in anger!

“What?! that’s absurd!-

“No one needs your opinion young lady.. Damien was the one who made this decision.. not me or you.. so the least you can do, is to get the hell out of here!” She added with a snort..

Damien took hold of Olivia’s hand and pulled both she and Kelvin along with him..

“Damien! get back here! this meeting isn’t over!” Bernard growled out to the latter who didn’t turn back for a second..

Rihanna bursted out into tears watching Damien leave with Olivia and her son..
