Daciana came out of the closet clad in a short gown that reached past her knee, she bit her bottom lip anxiously as she approach Alpha Connor who looked her way on sighting her.

She should have asked Lynne why this dress was brought to her instead of her slave uniform.

“You look beautiful” Alpha Connor complemented taking her by surprise. She didn’t know how to react aside her face turning scarlet red.

She just stood there in front of him without knowing what to do next and the pain in her body was intensifying. It started hurting as if they are still fresh like yesterday.

Alpha Connor patted the space next to him for her to sit down and she did almost immediately as her legs were beginning to give up on her.

When he glanced at her, Alpha Connor frowned at the pained expression on her face.

“Are you okay?” He asked grabbing her arm while Daciana shook her head.

“It hurts, it does really hurt” she said using her hands to fan her body. Alpha Connor’s blood drained from his body, he thought she would get better after waking up even if it’s a little but that didn’t happen.

“Everywhere, I want the pain to go away. I don’t want this, it feels like I am dying. It is becoming too unbearable for me” Daciana said shaking her head.

Alpha Connor shifted the table from their front and mindlinked Dolphus to get Utah here. The Alpha king’s medicine man is supposed to be here since morning but he haven’t showed up.

Not knowing what to do, he placed her head on his shoulder to give her comfort.

“You will be fine, I promise” he said to her but that did nothing to help the situation. Seeing her in pain shattered Alpha Connor into pieces. He have never imagined her going through this kind in his entire life.

Daciana’s cries only worsen, that was when Alpha Connor remembered what Utah told him yesterday. He can give her his wolf blood and she will be fine.

Even if it’s not going to help her heal completely, it will reduce the pain.

He glanced at her and stood up in front of her. He bent down to her level, cupping her face in his hands.

“I am going to change into my wolf form” he said and grabbed the small knife the maids had brought with their food and a plate, an empty plate.

“I will have to cut myself a little, do not wait until I shift back. Just take the blood I am going to put in here and drink it, it will subside your pain. Do you understand?” He asked.

Daciana didn’t understand what he meant by that but she was too lost to ask so she just flimsily nodded her head.

“I promise you, you will be fine” he said taking few steps back from her. Without prior warning, Alpha Connor transformed into a giant wolf standing right in front of Daciana whose vision was becoming blurry due to the amount of tears that were streaming down.

The wolf with the help of it’s paws took the sharp knife, slashing it on his hand and in no time, the wolf’s blood began pouring into the plate beneath it.

The wolf roared, dumped the knife and took the blood to Daciana. She was in daze at what is happening before her. She didn’t know that Alpha Connor could do this for her.

The big wolf after waiting for her to collect the plate and she didn’t, he wagged his tail and jumped on the bed. The wolf used his left paw to hold the back of her head and the other one to feed her his blood.

Even with her being too shocked to react, she allowed the wolf to feed her. She gulped down the blood in no time as she watch the wolf wipe her mouth with it’s big paws.

Strangely, she wasn’t scared of the wolf instead, she felt safe. After giving her his blood, the wolf jumped down from the bed and ran around the room like he is looking for something. He did that a couple of times before running back to her, engulfing her small self in his embrace while howling.

Without no reaction, the wolf and it’s mate stayed like that for some minutes, curling up to one another until it suddenly changed form again.

Alpha Connor ran his soft hand through her hair. He broke away from the hug to take a look at the mute female in front of him.

“Are you okay?” He asked searching her eyes. Daciana had stopped crying but the pain still persists. She knows that taking his blood won’t make her heal immediately but she wish it did.

She nodded her head at him and bowed her head. Alpha Connor act surprised her to the core. She is still wrapping her head around the fact that he just hurt himself for her without caring about the pain or how he will feel.

“You will eat and have some rest, you will get more healthier when you wake up” he said dragging the table in front of them again and began feeding her without protest.

She ate for some time and got tired, maybe taking another rest will be of great help to her.

Daciana refused the last spoon Alpha Connor gave to her, seeing that she ate half of the food, Alpha Connor didn’t force her.

He helped her to the bed and covered her with the duvet hoping that when she wakes up again, she’d be fine.
