Alpha Connor tried all he could to heal Daciana but all his efforts were in vain.

The more he tries, the more his energy keep on draining and weakening him yet, nothing happened.

Alpha Connor knows that he had hurt her so much but not as brutal as this. He never hurt her to this extent even if it caused her a lot of pain, he had also managed to heal her the day she passed out on him so what changed?

Why can’t he do that now that its more important? Even if it’s just the deep cut on her thighs, she might not be able to walk with them for a long time.

Confused about what else to do, Alpha Connor stood up with the thought of wearing a dress for her. He had only used his shirt to cover her body.

He searched his closet and luckily for him, he found a longer shirt. One that will reach past her knee.

After he was done, he wore the shirt for her, that was when he noticed her injured neck. It was the place they stuck an arrow after they captured her. Her blood didn’t stop, he couldn’t stop her blood too.

With every passing second, Alpha Connor realize that she needed to be treated urgently.

As he paced to and fro the room, he called in Dolphus.

“You beckoned Alpha king” Dolphus said the moment he entered into his room.

“She’s not healing, I think we need to go back now. When I first met her, I did a lot of terrible things to her, I wanted her out of my life, I despised her so much as my mate and for being an Omega but not anymore, I don’t want to loose her just like I lost them” Alpha Connor broke down.

He wasn’t crying, he didn’t shed a single tear but someone who cries in this kind of situation will look more better than him.

He look disheveled, messy and heartbroken. Dolphus sees the Alpha king in this state only when he is thinking about his parents and brother.

This is the first time he had cared and worried so deeply for someone other than Dolphus himself. The first time Alpha Connor is displaying this kind of emotion for a female.

Glancing at Daciana, Dolphus couldn’t stop the painful sigh from leaving his mouth. The sight of their Luna is heartbreaking. He wondered how much pain she might have gone through in the hands of those humans.

On a norms, their Luna has always been a weak female. With everything that has happened to her, it will be tough for her to cope and heal quickly. If only he can be of help to her.

“I will get our things ready and we will head back immediately” Dolphus replied scurrying away to get ready to leave.

Even if he doesn’t interact often with Daciana, Dolphus thinks that she is a nice person. For going through all those awful things and still chose to live, Dolphus might have to take back his comment about her being a weak female.

He can’t deny the fact that she is one of the strongest females he have seen.

Soon, he was done, he walked back to Alpha Connor’s room and saw Daciana in his arms.

They will have to change to their wolf forms in order to get home faster, that will be in the forest.

“I can help you with her Alpha king” Dolphus offered but Alpha Connor shook his head.

“I will carry her” he replied possessively, clutching her tightly to himself as if she will disappear if he let go.

“Yes Alpha king” Dolphus quickly answered while Alpha Connor nodded his head at him to take the lead out of the house.

They both walked as fast as they can ignoring the darkness of the night until the arrived at the demarcation forest.

Alpha Connor gently placed Daciana on the leaves as they shift their forms.

Soon, they were two big wolves standing under the big tree, staring down at a small female.

Alpha Connor carried her on his back with the help of his paws. Daciana looked more tiny on his back. With a single glance the two wolves took off and ran as fast as they could.

It was around two in the morning when they arrived at the ocean Park. Alpha Connor immediately dropped Daciana on the bed the moment they got to his chambers.

He wiggled his tail and howl angrily, his loud snarls echoed through the darkness of the night. His wolf is angry for not being able to save their mate just in time.

Even if they had saved her, they did that late. Very late that it brought so much harm to her.

It wasn’t that long before the two change their forms again.

With Alpha Connor running to get whatever he can to suppress her bleeding, he spoke to Dolphus.

“Get Utah here immediately, I don’t care if it is too late. I need her to be okay” he commanded.

“Right away Alpha king” Dolphus bowed and stepped out of the room.

With Utah understanding the situation, he came back with Dolphus not long after. He can’t also defile the Alpha king’s order.

“Good morning Alpha king” he greeted while entering into his room.

“I want you to treat her first, I am counting on you to make sure that she is okay” Alpha Connor almost screamed impatiently.

“Yes Alpha king” Utah replied stepping closer to Daciana. When he heard from Dolphus that she was saved by them, he was excited but seeing her right now, he gasp wondering what they did to her.

He quickly cleaned the wounds before they get infected, applied some herbs and examined her afterwards. Utah checked her pulse and it was too weak, they was also something else he noticed.

He paused and examined her again then he briskly glanced at the Alpha king with nervousness written all over his face.

They had done a lot of damage to her and suppressed her into doing something she was not willing to for it to disappear just like that.

It’s just within a day, how can this happen?

Unsure of whether his assumptions are right or not, he decided to examine her wolf again but it was no where to be found in her. It is unusual!

Utah cleared his throat.

“It will take time for her to heal, she will be fine after that but I am afraid she might not be able to shift forms again”
