Looking for you.

Lexi continued to drive his car towards Mrs. Grace’s House. He decided to contact Arsene.

“Hello,” the man on the other end of the phone said.

“Arsene! Jessica is out of the house! Now I’m looking for her at the orphanage. You immediately find Jessica, find the places where Jessica might have arrived!” Lexi said.

“Miss Jessica left the house?” Arsene was shocked. He could guess why the young woman was able to leave the Ricardo family’s house.

“This morning when I woke up, Jessica was no longer by my side. And from the CCTV tape, I found a car picking her up in front of the house and taking him away!” Lexi told.

“Well, if Daniel Kim is the one who took her away, I will immediately go to the airport!” Arsene said.

The phone call ended. Lexi focused again on driving his car to the orphanage to meet Mrs. Grace.

The door opened and Mrs. Grace appeared to be standing at the door. She wondered when she saw Lexi arrive at the orphanage so early.

“Lexi,” she called, looking at him.

“Yes ma’am, did Jessica come here this morning? Someone picked Jessica up. Do you know who the man is and where he will take my wife?” Lexi asked. The two of his eyes glazed over while his heart beat very fast.

“Sit down son,” Mrs. Grace asked as she walked to the wooden chair on the terrace.

Lexi sat in front of Mrs. Grace with impatience. Jessica? Why did the woman leave him?

“One of Jessica’s family members is looking for her, and it is most likely Daniel Kim who came here some time ago,” she told.

“I’m going to find Jessica. If my wife comes here. Will Mrs. Grace call me?” Lexi needed someone on his side so he could provide information about her whereabouts.

“The car carrying Miss Jessica stopped at the apartment, then I no longer know where they went. I only saw that on CCTV,” he explained.

“Well, you check every CCTV if you get information immediately call me!” Lexi said.

“Yes, Sir!”

The phone call ended. Lexi started his car engine and sped it towards the airport. Daniel Kim is not a person who will postpone something if he has already got it.

On the way, Lexi got a phone call from Arsene.

“Sir, Where are you?” Arsene asked.

“I’m on my way to the airport? Have you arrived there yet?” Lexi asked.

“I’m on my way to the plane counter, going to check on a flight to Singapore this morning!” Arsene said.

“Well, in five minutes I’ll be at the airport!” Lexi ended the phone call and drove his car at a fast speed.

The man tried to calm down. He convinced himself must have found the wife. If not today, maybe tomorrow he would find it.

Lexi at the airport. He got out of the car and immediately met Arsene who was at the counter.

“How? Is Jessica on the way to Singapore?” Lexi asked. The man would soon catch up with his wife if indeed Jessica went there.

“Miss Jessica’s name is not listed on the flight to Singapore today!” Arsene said. He didn’t know where to find Jessica.

With his right hand, Lexi grabbed his smartphone he immediately called Ronald.

“Hello,” Ronald said on the other side of the phone.

“Ronald, did you get any clues as to Jessica’s whereabouts?” Lexi asked.

“Not yet sir, but I just checked the basement of the apartment. The car that was carrying Miss Jessica, it’s not here!” Ronald said obviously from across the phone.

“Investigate and find clues as to where Jessica is!” Lexi said.

“Yes, Sir!”

Lexi ended the phone call. Just three hours he was looking for her this morning, he was already feeling very frustrated. The man sat languidly down with heavy breathing.

“Did you ask about Jessica on all the flights today?” Lexi tried to look for other possibilities. Daniel Kim could have flown to another country before landing at Changi Airport.

“Not yet!”

“Check right now!” Lexi shouted.

Arsene returned to the locket. He asked the officer at work.

“Sir, I’m going to ask about the passenger named Jessica that I just asked!” Arsene asked with a serious expression.

“Yes what?” the man, who was the airport officer, asked.

“Check the name, did she land this morning? Wherever it goes?” Arsene asked.

“Well, wait a minute I’ll check it out!” the man said, then he moved quickly with both senses of sight focused on looking at the computer screen.

Arsene only watched in the hope of soon finding clues as to the whereabouts of the wife of his boss. The man kept waiting by occasionally looking at Lexi with his eyes always fixed on him.

“Sorry sir, Jessica’s name is not listed on any flights this morning to noon!” the airport officer, who just checked the passenger list, said.

Arsene thought for a moment. If the car was not in the basement, it meant Jessica is gone. And there was no way they were still in Jakarta because Lexi could definitely easily find out where she was.

“What about Daniel Kim! Try to check where the man is going this morning!”

“Wait a minute.”

The counter officer refocused on his computer screen.

Arsene was still waiting patiently.

“Daniel Kim’s name was registered on a passenger plane bound for Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur this morning at 07: 05 WIB which will depart in three minutes!” he said obviously.

“Is there anyone with him?” Arsene asked.

“There was a person named Elsa Daniar Kim who was next to him!” the airport officer answered.

Arsene immediately ran up and told Lexi. They still had time before the plane left for Kuala Lumpur this morning.
