Rosalie was driving on the road.

She had no destination in mind. There was a surge of frustration in her heart, but she had no outlet for it. She felt an overwhelming urge to scream.

A pain spread through her chest, and Rosalie sensed something was wrong. She immediately pulled the car over to the side of the road, clutching her chest and gasping for breath.

"Theo, you bastard! Why don't you even want your own child? Even if I chose Sebastian last time and hurt you, the child is innocent. Why don't you want your child?"

Rosalie gripped the steering wheel tightly, muttering to herself inside the car like someone on the verge of madness. She rested her head against the wheel, and her whole body trembled.

If she called him now, he might not even answer.

After thinking for a moment, Rosalie started the car again.

She would try her luck at one place.

Half an hour later, Rosalie's car stopped not far from a standalone villa. The lights in the villa were on, clearly indicating someone was inside.

This was Theodore's residence in Orego. Having once been a daughter-in-law of the Spencer family, Rosalie knew about their properties in various countries. Since Theodore had come to Orego, he was either staying in a hotel or one of his homes in Melrine.

Theodore had more than one house in Orego, and Rosalie wasn't sure where he was, but this place was the closest to where she lived. She decided to try her luck, and it turned out someone was indeed there.

Suddenly, she saw Theodore walk out of the yard. He stood alone on the steps and took out a cigarette from his pocket.

Rosalie gripped the steering wheel tightly. Why was he smoking?

Just as Rosalie was about to get out of the car, a woman appeared behind Theodore-it was Aurora.

She walked up to Theodore and snatched the cigarette away from his hand. She then stomped it out on the ground, seemingly angry.

Theodore was momentarily startled,

but quickly reached out and ruffled her hair with gentle affection. Then, he handed her a pack of cigarettes.

Aurora put the cigarettes into her pocket and immediately hugged Theodore, acting like a spoiled child. Theodore wrapped his arms around her too.

Seeing the two of them hugging each other, Rosalie trembled all over.

They really were a couple. Why was this happening?

'Theo, you don't want your child, but you want another woman,' Rosalie thought.

Rosalie didn't understand. She had

told Theodore about the child, yet he hadn't shown any reaction. The more she thought about it, the more unbearable it became. She had to ask him herself.

Rosalie angrily got out of the car and stormed up to the door, then pounded on it forcefully.

The two people embracing each other heard the noise outside and turned their heads simultaneously, discovering that Rosalie had arrived.

Theodore was somewhat stunned and, almost instinctively, pushed Aurora away.

Aurora stumbled back several steps, nearly falling. Theodore immediately reached out and pulled her back, checking to see if she was okay.

"Aurora, are you alright?"

Aurora nodded. "I'm fine, but why is she here?"

Theodore said, "I don't know either."

Rosalie spoke up. "Theo, I have something to say to you."

Theodore held Aurora's shoulders and said, "Wait here for a moment. I'll go talk to her."

Just as he was about to leave, Aurora grabbed his hand. "Theodore, will you come back?"

"Of course."

Theodore gently freed his hand from hers, then walked to the door.
