Chapter 26
Vanessa was still looking at the identity card he had left with her.
“He was looking too sweet to be a waiter. He should be a model because of his mesmerizing body and muscles or a fashion star. He also smelt really good and nice”, she thought silently as she wanted to get her self clean.
“He really reminded me of him”, she thought. Robert had reminded her of Asher. She started to cry and tear up in the bathroom. She just had to wash her face and get back to her meal.
“I will be with you everywhere and anywhere you go”, a voice said to her ears. It sounded like his but she waved it off and said he does not care about her.
“Could it really be Miles talking to my head right now?”, she thought calmly about the voice.
“No, not him. He would have probably moved on since I heard he went out of town. I’m sure he left town to get a new girl”, she continued to interact with her inner self.

Another entirely different voice spoke to her, it made her startle a little bit because it was unexpected.
“I said again, What was he talking to you about Vanessa?”, Andre asked for the second time. She just continued to give him a smirk look. It took her about two to three minutes of his assessing him and the way he pulled up on her. She looked him from head to toe and tried walking out the rest room, but he blocked the way thereby stopping her journey.
“You are a rude and disrespectful young man. How dare you barge into the ladies rest room just like that? Well, I’ve never known you to be a gentleman, that was why Lydia played you like a piece of shit!”, Vanessa said out loud.
“Who the hell told you about Lydia?”, he asked.
“I don’t know probably when you let that little guy of yours sit at a place, you would gain some respect and not be treated like a fucking shit piece”, she answered. It was Lydia herself that told Vanessa about their relationship when they initially both met at the club. It was actually Vanessa who gave Lydia his house address.
“You have no business with my personal life Bitch!”, he yelled.
“You don’t fucking call me bitch ever again, else I would tell your mother and sister the real truth about us”, she announced.

She pushed him and tried walking out the door, the identity card of the waiter, Robert fell off her hand. She quickly grabbed it and held it tight.
“Give it to me!” Andre ordered.
“No, why would I do such a thing?”, she responded.
“You are my prisoner and belong to me and me alone!”, he informed her. The identity card contained his full name Lucas Robert, his age twenty four years old, his phone number and his house address. Andre wanted to have the identity card to himself so badly they both started to exchange words and made noises attracting other customers and sales representatives in the restaurant.

“Mom, I feel there is something wrong with them”, Didi said as she discussed what she had observed with her mother while they were the only ones on the table.
“Baby, I noticed too but let’s watch and see. After all, she is pretty and I pray she is not a spoiled brat”, Ariana concluded.

“Why are you being protective? I am just a prisoner remember!”, Vanessa yelled.Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.
“Yes, you are my prisoner. My prisoner forever. I have to keep my eyes on you. I don’t trust you or any of these people, they might want to help you escape”, Andre replied. The pair continued to fight for the identity card but Andre stopped all of sudden. Someone came in.
“Why are you fighting?”, Didi asked.
“Why don’t you mind your business Miss?”, Andre asked. Didi had just come to check them. They had spent over fifteen to twenty five minutes. She felt Vanessa would need a female hand to help clean herself up.
“It is your brother, Andre. He is trying to hold my hands so he can walk me back but I do not want that. He is now thinking I want other guys to approach me”, Vanessa answered. The response she gave shocked Andre, and he then said to himself, “She is definitely one bad ass of a liar”.
“Awwn, so sweet. Okay I will walk you back instead. Let’s go and hurry up our meal so we can go home. I am really tired and I know you both are tired also”, Didi offered. She immediately grabbed Vanessa by her hand. It was where she held the identity card, the card fell down. She tried to pick it up but Andre had rushed for it and had it. Didi did not even notice any of these, so she just pulled Vanessa and they continued walking back. Vanessa turned her back and all she saw was a smiling Andre looking at her before he took a deep look at the card.

“I knew she was always a big liar”, Andre murmured.
“It is the waiter. He had given her this card to get in contact with him”, he murmured again.
This young man just drew the battle line. Andre stepped out of the rest room and called Robert, the waiter. The young innocent man went on to meet with Andre. Vanessa saw this and instantly started praying Robert would be fine. The prayers did not work as she hoped. Andre took the young man inside and started laying heavy punches to his stomach and face. Robert couldn’t fight back, he did not understand what went wrong.
“I definitely do not want to create a scene but the next time you give your identification card to another man’s wife, you will be sent to hell”, Andre warned.
