Chapter 67
Chapter 67
I think you’re a good coach,” Mikayla said. “If your schedule allows for it, I would like to sign up for your private lessons!”
Michael quickly said, “There’s no need for you to pay me. I can teach you for free.”
“What are you saying? I chose you as my coach because I think you’ve good skills.
“If
you don’t teach well, then I’ll find another person to be my coach. There’s no need for you to teach me for free.”
Michael was persuaded by her words. “I will definitely try my best!” he said.

It was getting late when Mikayla finished paying for her class fees. She took a shower and prepared to leave.
Suddenly, a muscular man rushed out and threw a punch at someone ahead of her.
“You bastard! How dare you steal my clients again!”
Mikayla looked up and saw that Jim, the muscular coach she had practiced with before, was attacking Michael.
Michael swiftly evaded the attack.
Jim grabbed a double–ended staff from somewhere and started to hit Michael with it.
If he ended up hurting Michael’s face, then Michael would never be able to realize his dreams of becoming an idol.
Mikayla wanted to call for help, but before she could, she saw Michael reach out into the
air and grab the double–ended staff!
Jim was embarrassed and tried to throw Michael to the ground.
Michael wasn’t one to be trifled with, either. In the instant he fell, he hooked his legs around the man’s neck and flipped him onto the ground with a loud thud.
The two were entangled in a scuffle. They exchanged moves, each one seemingly lethal and dangerous.
“What are you two doing?” The manager of the training hall rushed over and scolded them,
Did you two forget the rules of the dojo?”
Jim reluctantly let go of Michael. He said angrily, “This bastard keeps stealing my clients,
especially the good–looking and wealthy ones!
“I was just coaching this lady and he took her away from me! How could I let him get away
with this?”
Michael’s face was noticeably flushed, but he kept his mouth shut and didn’t say anything.
“See, he knows he’s guilty!” Jim sneered.
“What are you saying?”
Mikayla couldn’t help but step forward and speak up for Michael.
“When was I ever your client? It just so happened that you are the coach that led the
practice session today. I have the right to choose my private coach!”
Jim snorted. “I think you need to be more vigilant.
“Don’t be fooled by this bastard’s gentle appearance. He’s a very cunning person! He hangs out at bars all day, mixing with all kinds of shady people!”
Michael was furious but felt that explaining himself would only make things worse, so he
remained silent.
Mikayla couldn’t stand seeing Michael being treated unfairly.
“You’re really horrible. How dare you defame Michael? Why can’t he hang out with friends
at the bars? It’s his freedom to do so.
“Instead of being jealous, why don’t you focus on improving yourself and think about why people don’t like you as their coach!”
Mikayla raised her head and spoke with conviction.
She didn’t notice the presence of a man staring at her inside a black car parked not far
away.
