Jewel POV

Our friends also stayed here in the hospital for almost a few hours and during that time Thunder didn’t even say a word, maybe he was blaming himself again for what happened to me.

Later, they also bid goodbye because Calliyah still has a check up while Cain will pick up Monique in the airport because she is from Paris for an event.

“We’ll go first Mercyl huh? Get well don’t be stubborn.” Calliyah exclaimed and turned her gaze to Thunder. “And about you stop being a jerk because maybe next time you’ll go bald.”

Cain and Dark laughed because of what Calli said, this woman really can’t break her mouth.

The two of us were left in the room but Thunder still didn’t move, our son is not here now because he is in another country with his grandmothers. I really don’t understand why they always take our son with them.

I sneezed first before speaking. “Aren’t you going to talk to me?” I said.

He looked at me and bowed again. And since he didn’t seem to have any plans to speak I slowly got up from my inclination.

“What are you doing? Where are you going? You’re still not allowed to move.” He said annoyed and he stood up and stopped me from standing.

“Because you don’t want to talk to me and you’re still a long way away so I’ll be the only one to approach you,” I whispered.

I saw him sigh. “It’s not that I don’t want to talk to you, I just don’t know how to deal with you because of what happened.” He admitted.

“What happened to me was not your fault, it’s me because I didn’t look well on the road.” I said.

“Whatever else you will say it’s still my fault, I’m the reason why you had that accident. I understand if you’re mad at me or don’t want to talk to me, but hon trust me I didn’t want what you saw.”

“L-let’s not talk about that first.” I said briefly.

“Then when? Don’t you believe me? I want to talk about it now Jew because I don’t want you to think about those things. I married you twice and I won’t do anything that will ruin our family. I know I made a mistake in the past and I won’t let it happen again. ”

“I know, it’s just that you can’t get that thing out of your mind Thunder, it’s not easy for me especially every time I close my eyes I see that scenario and I know you understand me because if this thing happened to you, I know you won’t accept my explanation right away. ” I explained.

He nodded and never opened the topic again.

“Are you hungry? What do you want to eat?” He asked me.

“Maybe just fruit.” I answered.

His eyebrows rose. “You’ve still haven’t eaten rice since you woke up, eat this first and I’ll peel a fruit for you.”

I could do nothing but take what he gave to me and eat because I knew I had nothing against him. And because I’m already feeling hungry.

Almost quickly I ran out of rice and dishes, earlier I thought I could not eat well because I did not feel hungry but now I already eat too much.

“Eat slowly and you might get choked.” He said

“I’m hungry,” I said.

” I suddenly felt hungry and this dish was delicious.” I said while eating more rice when I suddenly felt dizzy.

“Is that what I’m saying, slow down when eating.” he handed me the water and I immediately drank it.

Then when I finished eating he gave me a peeled fruit and sat down next to me.

“Did you eat already?” I asked him.

“I ate earlier with Cain.”

“Dark told me you didn’t go home since you brought me here.” I said.

“How can I go home if you’re here? I’d rather watch you here. I’m too scared when I see the blood in your head that time, I don’t know what to do and I’m sure I can’t forgive myself when something bad happens to you. ”

“What you’re saying just makes you feel guilty.” I joked.

Suddenly his face was serious. “I’m serious Jewel, not because of what you think. I can’t afford to ruin my family because of what has happened.”

“Don’t even think about it, I’m okay now.” I told him.

I was surprised when he suddenly hugged me tightly so I hugged him back.

Someone POV

I am here now at the veranda of my condo where my son and I live, we have lived in the US for a long time and I just came back to introduce my son to his father. I will not allow my child to be an illegitimate child.

Let’s see now Thunder what will do once he know that he has a child tp another woman and how his wife will accept it. I’m sure she will leave Thunder like what she did before.

“If you think you’re going to be happy, I’ll make sure that it won’t happen. I’m back to ruin the good life you have. I want Thunder and I will do everything to make him mine.

I took the picture on the small table next to me, I see in the picture the happy photo of Jewel and Thunder.

“What a happy life you have Jewel. If Thunder hadn’t married you I wouldn’t have a problem, but you just blocked my path and I can’t let that happen. I’ll do everything just to get him in you no matter what happens. ” I said as I tore up the photo and threw it in the trash.
