Unwanted Wife – English

Earlier, Jewel was very annoyed because of what her two eyes could see. It seems like she just wants to leave because it looks like the two in front of her have no intention of talking about catering things.

“Ahm. Ms. Celine if you don’t mind I need to go now. I have something important to attend too. Let’s just set another meeting for the foods and desserts.” she said

“Why do we have to set another day when we can talk now. You know Ms. Jewel I’m a businessman, I’m a busy person so I don’t want to waste my time.” Thunder groaned

She almost killed her ex-husband in her mind because of what he was saying, as if he wanted to show that he was wasting his time, they were wasting his time.

“Mr. Alcantara if you are a busy person I am too. You are not the only one who is scheduled to have a meeting with me today, so I suggested that we should set this meeting on another day because I have another meeting right now.” she insisted and turned her gaze to Celine who was also looking at her. “You can call me Ms. Suarez if you are ready to set another appointment” she said smiling and the girl immediately nodded and smiled.

She returned the sample photos to the folder and quickly stood up to leave that place, she couldn’t bear to stay there any longer.

That Thunder really warms her blood. She’s really pissed off.

She immediately took a taxi to go home, the truth is that she really didn’t have any other meetings because her restaurant was not located here.

While she was in the taxi she suddenly remembered her best friend Calleigh, she immediately took her phone out of her bag and called her.

It was only three times when someone answered. “Hi best friend.” the other line greeted

“Hello Calleigh, how are you?” she asked

“I’m fine, I’m just here at home because this Darkness doesn’t want to let me out. Duh! I’m only two months pregnant.” she growled.

I can’t help but laugh because of my friend’s attitude. “Just understand Dark, he just doesn’t want you to get tired. Anyway, I’ll just go there now.” She said

“Really? All right, all right. I’m already shaken by Dark’s face. And another thing Jew, bring me some food, huh?”

“Yeah! Just wait for me there. Okay? I’ll hang up now.”

After she talked to her friend she put the phone back in her bag and told the driver to take her to the mall.

When she arrived at the mall, she immediately went straight to a shop that was full of sweets. She knew this was what her friend wanted. When she finished choosing what to buy she quickly paid it at the counter and left.

When she left the mall, she took a taxi again and told the driver the address. In less than 30 minutes she arrived in front of Dark’s house so she quickly gave the payment to the taxi driver and got off.

She only rang the doorbell three times when Dark’s face popped up in front of her as he opened the door for her.

“Hi Jew, your friend has been waiting for you.” the young man said to her.

“Hello Dark, how are you, did Calleigh stress you already?” She said jokingly

As soon as she entered, she was met by a running friend. “Hey careful.” Dark shouted at Calleigh but she didn’t even pay attention to her boyfriend.

“I miss you Jew!”

“I miss you too Calleigh! I bought you your favorite sweet foods.” I said and give her the foods I bought

Immediately her eyes lit up. “Thank you for this Jew.”

The two friends are currently talking friends while Dark is just listening intently, later on suddenly someone rang the doorbell again. Dark immediately stood up to open up to whoever came.

When Dark left Jewel stared intently at her friend Calleigh who was enjoying the food she had bought. She couldn’t help but smile because her friend had finally seen the true love in Dark’s persona and even gave them a gift that would make them a complete family.

Later they heard footsteps approaching where they were.

“Hey Jewel, are you here too? What a coincidence.” she heard a familiar voice.

When she looked back she saw Celine appeared in front of her smiling while the man she didn’t want to see was behind Celine.

“I just visited my friend.” Jewel answered

The two sat in the empty seat in front of her, which made her more annoyed.

“By the way Jewel, are you going to stay here in the Philippines?” Dark suddenly asked.

“I’m planning to leave and go back to Canada next week, but suddenly I got a client here who wants us to cater for their wedding. So maybe I will extend my stay here, but I’m gonna send my other staff here so they can take care of it so that I can go back to Canada. ” She explained

“Who is that client of yours? Did they know that your restaurant is not here in the Philippines?”  Dark asked

“Yeah, who’s going to get married? It looks special.” Calleigh seconded.

Jewel immediately looked at the two people in front of her.

“Ask them.” She said

The two looked at Thunder in confusion.

Didn’t Dark know that his best friend was getting married?- Jewel thought

“Don’t tell me you’re getting married again? Did you two get back together again?” Calleigh asked in disbelief

She felt embarrassed because of what her friend had said.

“What are you saying Cali? I will never let the past happen to me again. Never again.” she said sharply while looking at Thunder

She also saw that pain in the eyes of Thunder as she said those words.

“Celine will be her bride.” Jewel said in a bitterness tone

She immediately picked up her belongings and stood up. “I need to go guys, I have some important matters. Nice to see you again.” she approached Calleigh and kissed her on the cheek
