Unexpectedly Married to a Billionaire (Lorraine and Logan)

Chapter 82

Chapter 82

Logan, Lorraine, and the kids fooled around happily before getting changed and freshening up. Then, they went downstairs for breakfast

Vanessa and Joshua had also just gotten downstairs.

“Good morning, Aunt Vanessa, Joshua.”

Both Luna and Finnegan were well–mannered. They greeted Vanessa and Joshua politely when they saw them. Còntens bel0ngs to Nô(v)elDr/a/ma.Org

They were both good–looking and had crisp voices too Vanessa might have her own son, but she couldn’t help but adore her niece and nephew every time she saw them.

With a smile on her face, Vanessa greeted them back She even patted Finnegan on his head and embraced Luna

Vanessa praised Lama and said that she looked beautiful in a princess dress. Feeling its fabric, she said to Lorraine in private, “Logan is genuinely good to both of his kids. Luna’s princess dress was made from good–quality fabric. I’m guessing it costs over a hundred bucks. Several hundred bucks, even.”

Lorraine thought to herself how both Lana and Finnegan attended the most expensive kindergarten in Glendale. Ireost a whopping ten grand to send them both there.

Vanessa’s jaw would drop all the way to the ground if she found out about that.

Logan treated both Luna and Finnegan like they were his own. He wasn’t just all talk either. He actually delivered on his promise

The Sommer family needed to purchase more proceries for Easter dinner, and Lorraine volunteered herself for the task. It would give her a chance to take Logan and the kids on a trip to the town. That would help familiarize them with the place too.

Sure, her town wasn’t anywhere as bustling as the cities. However, it was definitely the richest town among the other towns in Glendale.

High–rises stood tall in the town, and transportation was convenient. It was so flourishing that no one could believe that this was a town in the countryside. It was because her town was the richest town in Glendale that the estate prices were high in these parts.

The Ware family was jealous of Vanessa and resented her for owning a name–story apartment building here. That was why they wanted it for themselves.

Lorraine bought a lot of groceries with Logan and the kids Sheron showed them around and went to every corner of the lown

Eventually, Lorraine stopped the car in front of a building and said to Logan, “My parents will probably give me this as a wedding gift”

Logan looked at the building. It also had nine stories. Judging by the renovation on the outside, it had been about ten years since it was built.

Then, he looked at its location and realized that it was near the primary school and high school in the town center. Aside from that, there was a supermarket, convenience store, and hospital nearby.

“Dad truly picked a good spot back then.”

Logan had to praise Charles for having a good eye and foresight. He bought a piece of land in a strategic location before the prices skyrocketed and built an apartment on it. Whether they sold it or rented it out, they’d still lose nothing

“It was a barren land when Dad bought it. It was cheap back then. He didn’t build the apartment until after a long time. Once the apartment was finished, the estate prices started rising sharply. More and more foreigners moved here as well.

“The monthly rentals from this apartment alone are very impressive.”

Lorraine didn’t ask her family about the specific details regarding the rentals, but she had a pretty good idea about it. She knew that they had broken even on this apartment and that it was just making profits for them now.

There were several 20–odd–story buildings behind her family’s. Those were sold at a higher price and probably hadn’t broken even.

When Charles and Irene gave Lorraine and Vanessa their buildings, they typically picked out the ones that had broken even. That way, these buildings could yield profit for their children on a monthly basis.

“Once become rich, I’ll buy more properties and rent them out. I’ll become a landlady and eam me some passive income.”

Logan responded with a smile, “it’s good to have ambitions. I’m behind you on that. I believe your wish will come true, and you’ll become a landlady one day. All you have to do every day is collect rentals and count the money you have. Aside from that, you don’t have to do anything che”

Logan would make sure Lorraine had so much money in the future that she couldn’ter them all.

She giggled. “Em going to work hard for it. I hope that someday, I’ll have so much money that I can’t possibly count them all.”

“Is that something you want?”
