1 I froze. I never knew Nicholas had started to enjoy playing such games.

There was a trend currently going viral on social media where couples who had just broken up would ask each other if they've ever truly loved each other. Claudia's question was very similar to that question.

In the past, my answer would definitely have been firm and unwavering. But ever since something within our relationship changed, everything changed alongside.
