Chapter 30

"Anyone who violates the company's discipline will be dismissed."

Ethan Carter's tone was firm, his words unquestionably dignified. There was no trace

of emotion on his face.

Olivia Brooks clenched her teeth tightly, feeling helpless in her heart, she could only accept this result silently.

"Alright, then you go ahead, I'm going out."

Her face showed helplessness, her heart had already predicted this outcome.

Just as she walked out of the office door, He Dandan hurriedly walked up.

"Sister Xi, what did Mr. Carter say?"

She asked urgently.

"He's a man of temper you should know, and any decision he makes is irrevocable, but don't worry, to make it up to you, I can give you a sum of money, enough to support you in finding your next job." Since he couldn't help her with her job, he could only use money to make up for it.

"Em, you are really great!" Rachel Smith exclaimed heartily, a few moments of admiration showing in her eyes.

"Thanks for the compliment!" Emma replied with a smile while organizing her desk.

"Why don't we go out for dinner after work?

Rachel suggested with a cheerful face.

"I'm sorry, I really can't go with you tonight, although the first draft of the design is finished, there are still a lot of places that need to be perfected, I have to go back and continue to revise." Emma frowned slightly and declined her offer apologetically.

"It's okay, work is important, when this project is over, we'll celebrate!"

Rachel's fleshy little face broke into a wide, childlike smile.

"Okay, I'll be off then."

She packed up her workstation and walked out of the office with her bag.

Emma was still thinking about her design when she left.

mask and a hat, suddenly threw a bucket of green paint at her

without mercy.

"Aah!"

She exclaimed and raised her hand to block it, but luckily it didn't splash her face.

She took three steps towards the side of the road, desperately trying to flag down a car in the hope of making a quick getaway. His tone was flat, but there was an air of authority that couldn't be denied.

Emma was a little surprised that he stopped the car when he saw her, and let her, covered in paint, get in?

She took a step back cautiously, "No, I can go home by myself, thank you for your kindness.

It wasn't that she had a dark heart, it was just that she knew Ethan couldn't possibly have mercy on her.

Emma smiled politely at him, turned and took a few steps forward, raising her hand to stop the car again. Similar stories
