The Rejected Luna: Daddy, Where is Mommy?

“Raise your hands.” He said. It wasn’t that Ethlyn couldn’t do this on her own, but she liked the way Calvin was doing all this for her. Ethlyn raised her hands, and in a second, Calvin wrapped a towel around her. While she was brushing her teeth, she observed Calvin preparing a bathtub for… her?

‘I seriously couldn’t understand this man.’ She mentally thought. After brushing her teeth, she wanted to do her personal business, but Calvin was not ready to leave because he had no idea what was going on in her mind.

“Thank you for everything, Alpha Calvin. Now, I want some alone time in the washroom.” She mumbled, looking in all directions. Calvin didn’t speak about that and walked away. “Moon Goddess!! How much attitude he has? I didn’t reply to his answer, and now he is treating me in the same way.”

‘What did you think that he would ask the reason behind your anger again and again?’ Cinder asked, shaking her head at her human bipolar’s behavior.Original content from NôvelDrama.Org.

Part of them knew that they wanted to do the same, but Calvin being Calvin, if anyone would show him a 1% attitude, then he would show a 10% attitude.

After an hour!!

“Mommy!!” Roselet knocked on the door. “Come out quickly, or Calvin will eat a whole breakfast.” She said, hitting the door with her hand. When she learned that her parents were going to have breakfast alone, she too joined them, but Ethlyn had been in the washroom for a long.

“Five minutes, sweetheart,” Ethlyn responded, even though she knew that Roselet wouldn’t be able to hear her. Roselet ran quickly toward Calvin, slapping his hand, who was ready to eat breakfast.

“What? I’m hungry.” Calvin whined.

“No. Wait for mommy. She will be joining us soon. And then we will feed one another like a small and sweet family.” Roselet said in a dreamy tone. Calvin rolled his eyes, hearing her words, on which Roselet went close to him and sat on his lap. “Daddyyyy”

“Yes, love.”

“You’re my role model; you know that, right?”

“I do. But what do you mean to say by pointing out that part?” Calvin questioned.

“I want to look up to you and wish to have a mate like you in the future.” Roselet wished and found Calvin looking at her silently.

“Love, you should pray to have a better mate than me, like your uncle Artemis; he is the perfect role model in terms of a mate,” Calvin responded. He didn’t want Roselet’s mate to be a playboy and obviously not a short-tempered one. Hell, what if he would slap or hit her in anger, then?

“But you once told me that no one can be perfect. Everyone has some flaws.” Roselet pointed out when she tried to cook in the kitchen after watching some videos of the kid preparing pizza. She ended up ruining the whole dough because she wanted to do everything on her own without taking anyone’s help. She cried a lot after that incident. That was when Calvin told her so.

‘Daddy, Grandma Becca started cooking in the kitchen from the moment she turned three years old; Aunt Charlotte followed her mother’s footsteps and started cooking when she was four, and I can’t even pour water in the flour properly.’ She complained and cried at the same time.

‘Not everyone can be perfect, love. Everyone has some flaws. For example, if they are too good at cooking, then they aren’t good dancers like you.’ Calvin said, wiping her eyes. ‘And they didn’t become the chef on the very first day of the kitchen. Remember, even a champion is once a beginner. They might have made a lot of mistakes to reach where they’re today.”

‘Always remember that Life is all about learning new things than complaining about not having knowledge about it.’ He added before kissing her cheek.

“If you think that you’re not perfect mate, daddy. Then learn how to become one instead of asking me to change my role model.” Roselet said, mimicking Calvin’s words.

“I wonder if you’re my daughter or Colton’s,” Calvin muttered, narrowing his eyes because he was pity sure that he wasn’t this intelligent at her age.

“Yours!!” Roselet hugged her father cheering his mood. At the same time, Ethlyn walked out of the washroom wearing an oversized robe, which belonged to Calvin’s. “Mommy, hurry up!!” She shouted before adding. “I have decided that you will feed me the breakfast; I will feed daddy, and daddy will feed you, okay?”

Ethlyn looked at Calvin, who didn’t go against Roselet’s suggestion. So, she too agreed with her. Calvin mentally thanked the whole universe that Roselet didn’t sit in his lap during breakfast. Otherwise, he would have been caught red-handed. Every time his fingers used to touch her lips or slipped into her mouth, he had to control himself from not doing anything in front of his daughter.

He couldn’t ignore how good her mouth felt around his fingers that sometimes he used to let it inside her mouth even after entering food in her mouth. At the same time, he could say that he wasn’t the only one who was feeling this tension again; Ethlyn’s unsteady breath, her pounding heart, and the way she was licking her lips were clear that she was enjoying this too.

“Mommy, I’m full. Now you two feed each other.” Roselet said after finishing her part of breakfast. “Bye, I’m going to play with my cousins.”

“Wait…” Calvin stopped her. “There was a medicine here. Did you take it?” Calvin asked when his eyes didn’t find the pill that was kept on the desk.

“Yes, it is with me,” Roselet replied, and in the next moment, she crossed both her legs together.
