Nearce was still going through documents when his phone rang. He picked the call without looking at who it was.

“Hello!” He answered while his attention stayed with the documents.

“So, you can cancel with me but you gave your wife the black card to go shopping with. Do you even care about me or my feelings?”

Kaylia said to him, her tone tells Nearce she was quite angry with him. Her voice weakened as she sobbed before asking him.

“Ahh. Okay, don’t cry, okay? I will send you money. And be careful if she finds out I’m still seeing you she’s leaving and there goes my good appearance, and if I lose my public image. I may never get the chance to work with the Quearnis corporation. I have been trying to get their attention. Do you want me to lose it?”

Nearce sighs and says to her and asks. He then began explaining his use of Jhonia for his good public image for business, and asked Kaylia. She sighed through the phone.

“No, I don’t!” She responded to him, as she sighs again waiting for his response.

“I will send you money.” Nearce took a moment before he replied to her as he was paying attention to the files in his hands.

“I don’t want your money, I want to see you. Also, it’s been a week since we met each other. Please!” Kaylia said, pleading! Nearce looked at the clock on the wall then looked back at the file in his hand!

“I will call you back in a bit.” Nearce said and hung up. He types up “Wife” in his message section. He texts Jhonia asking her to return home and spend time with him, but after some time Jhonia texts back!

“Return home and spend the evening with me, cancel your plans?” Jhonia asked.

“No, I can not do that! Sorry, I’m already having dinner, also. You should have said so before I left home.” Jhonia responded to him again to his message as she was seated in a restaurant with five other ladies.

“Is that Nearce?” One of the girls asked. Jhonia nodded.

“No, to be honest. I said no because Shaquan was my first time and love. Do you know how important a woman’s virginity is? She gives to the wrong man and she will regret her life.” Tianjie responded to Jhonia, looking up at her from where she was seated at the table. She asked and then added to ensure she knew where she was coming from.

“I agree with Tianjie, however, I was not a virgin when I met Anathan. Though he is not my first love, no one, not even him, has given me the reason to believe that he doesn’t love me as I love him. So he must always take care of me. Plus we decided to get pregnant.” Nathaniel said her response and began to explain why she agrees with Tianjie, along with a big smile on her face she informed them she is ready to get pregnant.

“I think a woman should work especially if she has a cheating husband. But I’m not working ever again, ever.” Sashanie said, taking a moment before she added. And Jhonia swallowed hard. She then picked up her wine glass and drank almost all of it. Madiea stopped her. She stared at Jhonia and realized that what Sashanie had said, hurt her.

“Regardless of a cheating husband or not, I want to be an independent woman just in case. You know, like signing a prenuptial agreement.” Jhonia said, looking at all of them. She added why she would want to be independent.

Her phone vibrates and she takes it up from the table and puts it down into her lap. She opened the message sent to her from an unknown number. Inside the message was a photo of another woman and Nearce walking the hallway of Lacasta hotel! Madiea looked away from Jhonia phone as she began looking up from the message.

“If you still don’t believe me? Go to the hotel!” Jhonia glanced back at the phone, and so did Madiea. Jhonia sighed softly, hiding the fact that she’s not bothered by the message she received.

“Girls, can we pause our date for half an hour? There is somewhere I want to go to and check on something real quick.” Jhonia asked, then explaining but she didn’t give out much details, she began standing while pushing her chair back! Immediately Madiea got up with her as they both took their coats.

“I will go with you, all the reasons for them to wait for us because there is something I have to tell everyone when we return..” Madiea said, Jhonia looked at her suspiciously as she picked up her purse. Madiea quickly walked closer to Jhonia.

“I’m coming whether you want me to or not!” Madiea stated in a determined voice that she is going to go, in her ear. Jhonia had everything planned but getting someone else involved could make it go public, and that was not part of her plan. They began walking out of the restaurant together.

“I want to know as well if it’s true, unless you say so I won’t tell anyone. I made a good friend regardless of the fact that you won’t allow us to hug or take pictures with you. I like you and I hate it when a good woman gets cheated on by their partners. I observed how you reacted to what Sashanie said earlier, also, I glanced at the message you had received so let’s find out together.” Madiea said to her, explaining that she made a good friend by her and her hatred for when a good woman is cheated on.

After an hour Jhonia and Madiea arrived at the hotel, they walked to the elevator. After getting on and the doors closed Orean stopped the front desk attendant from calling Nearce.

“I was paid to inform him if his wife shows up! Let go!” The attendant said, looking at Orean with fear.

“Don’t worry, you will call him. But it is after Madam arrives. He won’t blame you or get you fired because he will be afraid that you might tell the public what he has and is doing.” Orean said to the attendance, ensuring her that everything will be fine. After some time he told her to call him.

While Jhonia told Madiea to stay at the second turn-off, off the hallway to Nearce room. Jhonia walked to the door and open it. Nearce is seated on the extended couch while Kaylia’s on top of him. His hand holding her waist pulling and pushing her to fulfill satisfaction of his sexual desires.

Their moans hit Jhonia ears as his right hand grip her tighter around the waist. His left hand grabs into her hair pulling her head back. Jhonia watches as he bites and kisses onto Kaylia’s skin from her neck down. Nearce notices that someone is standing there from the alcove of his eyes and look up right into Jhonia her teary eyes.

“Stop!” Nearce said in shock, trying to push Kaylia off but Jhonia nodded him not to.

She stepped back slowly and left. Her tears run down her cheeks as she meets with Madiea, Jhonia grabs her wrist trying to leave but she removes her hand with force from Jhonia’s grips and walks towards the hotel room. She then got curious and wanted to see for herself.

Nearce was still getting ride by his mistress. Madiea’s mouth dropped open, she made a little sound and quickly covered her mouth. The look in her eyes, when Nearce glances up at the door. Was the look he received from Jhonia when she told him that she was disgusted by him.

“Wait.”
