I ran down the cold streets of arrow highway, California as fast as my legs could carry me not bothering to take a look back.

my legs hurt as I stumbled on tiny pieces of particles on the floor, my breath came out fast and my heart raced faster than normal in my chest.

My hair didn’t help matters as it’s sprawled across my face blurring my sight and in a second, I came down crashing on the ground with a loud thud.

I looked at my surroundings and with my blurry sight I saw a beautiful cottage not far from where I stood with 3 luxurious cars parked outside the cottage.

“Maybe they can help”

I thought and slowly staggered towards the cars neatly parked outside the cottage.

The doors of the cottage slowly opened revealing two men talking in low tones and I quickly hid behind one of the cars not knowing what else to do.

The voices came louder and I heard the footsteps also coming nearer.

“We have to strike fast boss, I don’t trust the Arrowhood at all.”

“I know Henry, I have started making the attack strategies already, I just need a little bit more time before I completely wipe out the Arrowhood from existence.”

My mouth went dry and I felt my body going numb at the mention of his last statement.

DIAZ POV
