Ashleigh’s POV

I bit my lip and thought.

If I say my real name, they might say I’m crazy and lock me up in their dungeon, but if… I’ll make a name, they might say I’m a trespasser! And worst they might kill me!

“Dear? What’s your name?” She asked while smiling and staring at me.

‘Ahh, I don’t care what happens!’

“A-Ashleigh… A-Ashleigh Jaime.” I stammered.

She immediately typed on her computer and immediately searched for my name.

“Ashleigh Jaime Nevrakis?” question she says.

“Y-Yes.” I answered nervously.

She smiled and stared at me again.

“Same room with the two of them, dear.” She said with a smile.

“Thank you, Ms. Aislinn.” at the same time they said Stheno.

“Let’s go Ashleigh” said Shreya and they walked together.

I first turned to Ms. Aislinn and thanked her before I followed Shreya and Stheno.

“Yay! The three of us are in the same room! Hmm, what does our new room look like.” Shreya said cheerfully.

“Shreya, every year the room is you always immediately think of hahaha!” laughed Stheno.

They are envious, they are both very close. the two of them remind me of Janielle and me.

Flashback

“Besty!” Janielle called me while running.

I turned around and immediately stood on the grass, As she ran closer to me.

Janielle and I were both 5 years old then, I invited her to go to the flower park that was always too free to pick some flowers and make flower garlands for sale during the holidays.

“I picked a lot of flowers. Look!” she said excitedly and handed me the basket full of flowers.

“Wow! That’s a lot, we can make a lot of flower garlands.” smiling I said and reached for the basket she was carrying.

We were startled to feel something suddenly dripping from the sky.

“Oh no! It’s raining!” panicked Janielle said.

“Let’s take shelter in that old house first!” I said and pointed to the big old house.

“Good idea, let’s go!” Janielle said and run.

I immediately followed Janielle to take refuge in the old house before the heavy rain fell.

“Oh men, I thought there was no rain today so I invited you to make flower garlands today, sorry besty.” I sighed and then looked down.

She stood up and placed her hand on my shoulder.

“What are you? Look… I will always be following you everywhere… we are best friends, aren’t we?” she said and smiled sweetly.

I smiled at what she said and stood up to hug her.

“Yeah, we are best friends.” I said then starts sobbing while hugging her.

“Are you crying?” she asked and turned to me.

“N-No… there’s just something got into my eye., Ha… haha.” I stammered as I hugged her.

“E-Eh liar! You are crying, hmmph” she said then pout.

I just giggled with laughter as my tears flowed.

From that day on, I told myself, I will never be alone… because I have that I will be called a true friend who I can call my own.

“Yoohoo… Earth to Ashleigh.”

I just came back to reality when I heard Shreya calling me.

“We’ve been calling you for a while now, but you didn’t even pay attention to us” Shreya said again and raised an eyebrow while crossing her arms.

“F-Forgive me, maybe I’m deep in thought so I didn’t realize you were calling me” I said and just scratched my neck.

“I see, is there a problem?” Stheno asked.

“N-Nothing”

‘Liar! I really wanna go home!’

We entered the room that Ms. Aislinn said earlier and that was a very large room, it had three doors that were sure to be the doors of our rooms in the same room.

“Hurry up and fix up Ashleigh’s stuff and then we’ll go to Lizette’s store in the town square” commanded Stheno.

I just glared at her, until she realized that I was not carrying any bag or belongings.

“S-Sorry… okay let’s go to town square guys.” embarrassed Stheno said and started walking to the door.

‘Wait, that’s the terrace door. what will she do there? ARE WE GOING TO JUMP FROM THE THIRD FLOOR TO THE LOBBY?’

“Relax Ashleigh, we are not jumping from here hahaha.” laughed Stheno.

“T-then what are you doing there?” I asked in astonishment.

“Come here to me and I’ll show you.” smiling it says.

I immediately approached her.

“It’s easier to get to the town square like this… you just have to turn the doorknob 3 times and… VOILA!” smiling she said.

I was amazed at what happened. The size and extent of the town square. I peeked out the window but we were still on the 3rd floor the one at the door was the town square.

“Wow! That’s cool!” I said in amazement.

I can’t believe what I see, there are so many surprises in this world! I can’t really believe it!

“HEY, GUYS! COME ON!”

I was just surprised to see that Shreya was outside immediately, I did not even notice that she came out or passed by.

I just followed the two of them, as I walked I looked at everyone around me, if you look at it almost looks like the world I grew up in, it almost looks like my world. The park there looks like that but it’s better here.

“And here we are!” Shreya chirped.

I looked up at the outside part of the store that they said was Lizette’s store. If you look at it, it is small.

“Let’s go inside.” Stheno immediately opened the store.

When Stheno opened the door, I was even more impressed, with the interior of their store.

“Would you believe me if I told you it had the 2nd floor?” smiling Shreya said.

“W-What? Are you kidding me?!” I asked in surprise.

“Yes, you can look-”

“Hello.”

We looked up from the 2nd floor of the store, And it spat out the woman with ashed-gray hair.

“Lizzy!” Shreya called to the woman and waved.

“Liz… We need your help” says Stheno and the woman immediately went down.

“Is it about the marbles?” she asked and her face was serious.

“Yes… we need to help Ashleigh.” Stheno explained.

“How did you know?” I ask.

She just smiled at me.

“Follow me…” she said seriously and we immediately followed her.

We went up to the second floor of their store.

I was even more amazed when I saw that the second part of the store, had a very nice arrangement, and cleanliness, with many antique things that can still be used.

“Here you go, here’s the 1 set of energy marbles” said Lizette and handed it to Stheno.

“Thanks, Liz… We also need some clothes for her.” Stheno said when she reached the box.

“Don’t worry I already prepared the clothes she needs” she said smiling.

“Can we see it?!” Shreya’s eyes are almost star-shaped as she is said in excitement.

Lizette nodded and left to get the clothes.

“Here, I searched for all the neat and beautiful clothes designs that are here in our store, don’t worry I washed that. Why don’t you smell it.” Lizette’s said and giggled.

And that’s exactly what Shreya did.

“Wow! It smells like cherry blossom!” amazed said Shreya.

‘What? cherry blossom? is there a cherry blossom here? ‘

“Is there a cherry blossom here?” I asked.

The three of them looked at me.

“Yes, there is, ahh do you want to see it?” Lizette asked modestly.

“Y-Yeah, please.” I said.

We went down to visit Lizette’s garden, at first I didn’t even believe they had a garden, but what else would I think of if I was in a fantasy world of course anything impossible… is possible here.

“This is our family garden here at Magica World, but it’s different in our palace… We got cherry blossom seeds when we were stranded in the world called Earth… I think the exact location is in Japan? some couples give us the seeds back then they thought Dad and my sister and I were foreigners so they give us the seeds and now here it is.”

I can’t believe that cherry blossom grows better here in this world than on Earth… its color is an even brighter pink.

“Pretty!” both I and Shreya said.

“Lizette and her sister are both Wood Attuned, so they can communicate with the plants around them, whether they are far or near.” Stheno explained. “As I said earlier, Lizette is one of those in Elite 10.” He added.

I just nodded and listened to him.

“They can talk to the plants and they also feel the pain of the plants when the plants are hurt.” Stheno explained again.

“Hmm, that is right.” smiling Lizette said and approached me and then stared at me.

“My name is Princess Lizette Isla of Florens Castle, I am in the 8th seat in Elite 10… Nice meeting you.”
