The Greatest Man Alive

Chapter 76

Chapter 76

“That’s right. Natalie just said that she could handle the project of the Giradia Group!” Someone reminded Old Mr. Johnson loudly

Natalie was anxious. She never said that. It was Nathan did.

Nathan comforted her gently, “Don’t worry. You can handle it. Besides, it will be a good chance to strengthen your position in the Group…”

Old Mr. Johnson said, “Natalie, you have made many mistakes since you became the president of the Group. However, if you can make Miss Cole compensate our loss and sign the contract for free, it will be a remedy. It’s not enough, though.”

“You said you could handle the project of the Giradia Group. Then, this task is entrusted to you.”

“If you can reach a partnership with them for at least one project, you can keep charging the Group. Otherwise, we can only replace you.”

Natalie nodded hard and said, “Thank you, Grandpa. I will work hard.”

Bailey couldn’t help but sneer, “If you can win the project of Giradia Group with hard work, then everyone can do that!”

Nathan was annoyed by her mean words, he sneered, “Want to bet?”

Bailey’s face was flushed. She was so angry that she wanted to fight him desperately!

“I’m waiting for her success!” She snorted.

Old Mr. Johnson ignored their fighting and announced the end of the meeting. Everyone dispersed.

“What the h*ll are you doing? Why did you agree with it? A company like Giradia Group would never take Johnson Group seriously How can I get a project from them?” Natalie closed the office door and asked him.

“Don’t worry. You can handle it. I’m the deputy head of the security department of the Giradia Group. I helped Wendy get that land, so I have a certain right to speak,” Nathan said calmly.

Natalie was a little skeptical. But, after all, he did help her today.

“Thank you for today.” She thanked him.

“You’re welcome. We are a couple.” Nathan smiled.

Hearing this, Natalie was angry, “Get out!”

She pushed him out.

Nathan sighed, “I just helped you. How can you be so mean to me?”

On the way to Giradia Group, Nathan received a call from Gerard.

“Master Evans, my daughter is going to have a birthday party in two days. She likes you a lot. Would you please come on the day?” He asked politely.

“No problem,” He agreed immediately and he hung up the phone.

He came to Giradia Group and met Wendy.

Wendy wore a cold-colored suit skirt and her long hair was still tied in a bun. People could see she was a powerful woman.

“Last time, I helped you get the Centnova land from the Roarclaws Group, and you promised me to have a certain right to speak on this land,” Nathan said to Wendy.

“It seems that there is such a thing,” Wendy replied and kept working. Content rights belong to NôvelDrama.Org.

Nathan said, “I want to allocate two profitable projects of this land to Johnson Group.”

Wendy raised her head slightly and said calmly. “You arrange it yourself. Talk to the person in charge.”

He said, “Okay.”

Nathan left. A sly gleam flashed in Wendy’s eyes, with a hint of conspiracy.

Suddenly a call came to Wendy’s cell phone. It was James who called Wendy again to invite her to dinner.

After hanging up the phone, Wendy twirled a ballpoint pen in her hand, thinking about countermeasures.

Roarclaws Group had a tendency to join forces with Porter Group. They both were powerful and thriving. Once the two join forces, there would be no room for Giradia Group to survive. Therefore, she decided to stabilize James for the time being.

She would have meals with him occasionally and act ambiguously. When she had enough funds, she would engage in a decisive battle with him.

How come my mind is full of legs recently?!

Nathan shook his head, and tried to forget Wendy’s slender legs.

When he was in prison, he seldom could see women. Even if he saw one, she might not be attractive. So he didn’t have distracting thoughts. Now that he came back to the city and was surrounded by beautiful women. What’s more, Hannah was coveting him all the time. It was normal for him to be distracted.

Women distract me a lot. I should restrain myself…

Just as he walked out of the gate, a blue BMW coupe stopped in front of him. The window was lowered, revealing Hannah’s face.

“Mr. Evans, get in the car. I’ll treat you to dinner!” She smiled.

Nathan forgot about the idea of staying away from her. He opened the door to get in the car.

Hannah said, “You are amazing. I just read the long apology Grace posted online.”

At the entrance of the restaurant, Nathan met an acquaintance, Gerard’s son, Carl.

He saw Nathan was with a woman together, so he only nodded to him from a distance.

“Who is him? He looks familiar…” Hannah asked curiously.

“Carl, Gerard’s son,” Nathan answered.

Hannah was slightly shocked. Carl had his own circles, which she couldn’t get in.

Not long after sitting down and ordering the food, a woman walked to Hannah and Nathan arrogantly.

“Hannah, get up. I want this table!” The woman looked ordinary, but was dressed luxuriously. While talking, she put a stack of money on the table.

Hannah frowned upon seeing her. The few people who followed her also had a high-spirited posture, extremely arrogant.
