The Fortune-Telling Heiress

Chapter 407

The live stream viewers left their comments on the situation as usual.

"It feels a bit magical to be led by a bear in search of another bear!"

"You know what's even more magical? It's that they're only doing this based on the words of one fortune-telling streamer."

"Ms. Locke really is awesome. To think she can actually understand what animals are saying!"

"Can she really? Why do I feel like it's just clickbait?"

"Watch what you're saying, commenter above! What do you mean, clickbait? Does someone like Ms. Locke even need to resort to clickbait?"

"I've never watched her live streams, but I think it's clickbait."

"Same here."

Aiden gathered the bear enclosure's employees and security personnel. Together, they followed after Sesame.

Sesame set a fast pace, his body swaying as he ran.

Half an hour later, they arrived at a forest. When Aiden saw Sesame preparing to enter the forest, he frowned.

"There are indeed bears living here, but these bears are all under observation by us," he said. "So far, there aren't any problems with them. There are also surveillance cameras set up in the forest, so the cameras would've captured the relevant footage if there really were any problems.

"In fact, we even regularly send employees in to inspect this area of forest."

After he finished speaking, he looked toward the camera and said, "Perhaps Sesame simply regards the bears here as endangered companions?" Then, he declared, "Let's go back!"

However, Sesame was still making his way forward. One of the employees hurriedly tried to stop him.

"Sesame, your companions are there, but they aren't in any danger," he said.

Sesame twisted his body, attempting to break away from the employee.

Madison said, "He says that it's not those companions he's worried about but another one."

Aiden looked at the camera, expression stern.

"Can you guarantee that you're speaking the truth, young lady?" he asked. "We've mobilized so many men and resources. If we don't find this bear in the end, you're going to have to take responsibility for it." Everyone looked at the phone in Sesame Bagel's hand.

Trusting that a bear was capable of

leading the way and locating an undiscovered bear seemed impossible. Not to mention that

although Sesame had a track of escaping confinement, he

never truly entered this forest before.

Madison looked at the only animal among them, Sesame.

She nodded, saying firmly, "I can shoulder that responsibility."

Aiden frowned harder, but in the end, he exhaled and ordered, "Then we keep searching!"

The farther they ventured into the forest, the harder it became to make progress. More and more

employees started complaining, with some of them even murmuring between themselves. Some live stream viewers also found the stream too boring, and the viewer count started to drop.

"Can they really find the bear, Ms. Locke?"

"Of course not! This whole situation is evidently staged!"

"It's impossible for a bear to know what's going on in the wild no matter how smart the bear is! He probably just wants to go out and play!"

"We just pamper Sesame too much for us to let him get away with something like this."

"How boring!"

Madison remained silent.

Suddenly, Sesame, who had been walking silently the entire time, started running quickly. The employees behind him ran after him. "Sesame! Sesame!" they called out. "Where are you running off to, Sesame?"

As they watched, Sesame burrowed into a dense thicket of trees. When the employees squeezed their way through, they found that they couldn't see any trace of Sesame at all

"Sesame! Sesame!"

"Sesame!"

"He hasn't gone missing, has he?"

"He disappeared in an instant."

The employees of the enclosure were frantic, and so were the live stream viewers.
