Ray and Kyle exchanged confused looks when Arya suddenly walked to a stall leaving them behind..

“What do you think she’s up to daddy?”

Arya smiled at the vendor and handed her a few bills..

She hid whatever she had purchased behind her and walked back to them with a smile..

“What is that Arya? can I have a look?” Ray asked trying to take a peek at what she was holding..

Kyle arched a brow, he couldn’t deny the fact that he was also desperate to know what she was hiding behind her back..

“Come on Arya.. let me have a look” Ray said with a pout..

Arya nodded and pulled out the bunny ears headband she bought..

Ray’s grin widened “wow.. I love it!”

Arya chuckled, she bent a little and placed it on Ray’s head..

“How do I look daddy?”

Kyle cleared his throat “I have no idea” came Kyle’s bored tone..

“You look like a little prince.. Soo cute!” Arya complimented..

Arya fondled with the pink bunny ear, she looked towards Kyle’s direction, the latter was a bit lost..

She wasn’t sure what he was staring at, she walked in feather steps and stood before him..

She stood on her tippy toes and placed the bunny ears on his head..

Kyle diverted his attention back to her, she was all smiles and then Ray joined laughing hard at him..

Vanessa snorted in disdain, it hurt her so much to see the three of them so happy with their lives..

Kyle had never laughed or smiled the way he was doing now when she was still close to him..

“She has managed to trap Kyle in her evil clutches”

Her frown was replaced with a smile when she spotted the kids she assigned a little task to do running in full speed towards Arya..

Arya folded her arm beneath her bossom and tilted her head to the side..

“What do you mean by childish Mr Anderson?”

Kyle smirked “Well I think you’re just the same age as Ray..”

Arya gasped softly “Take that back or I’ll convince Ray to take you on a second ride on that” She said in a lowered tone and pointed to the roller coaster..

Kyle gulped down hard as he stared at the roller coaster, he still felt sick in his guts from the first ride he couldn’t afford to go on a second ride..

Just when he was about to retort back, he saw a few kids running towards Arya’s direction in full speed..

“Move”

Arya creased her brow, she didn’t understand why he wanted her to move..

“Are you scared?” she teased..

To her astonishment, Kyle reached out to her arm hurriedly and pulled her to himself..

The girls crashed down on the ground with a loud groan..

Vanessa slapped her forehead in disappointment, her body froze when she saw the lady she bumped into earlier beside her..

Mia clicked her camera at the current pose between Arya and Kyle..

She inserted her camera into her purse and yanked off Vanessa’s face cap and sunglasses..

“I had a feeling that it was you”

Vanessa swallowed hard, she knew Mia to be a blabber mouth..

“and you? what are you doing here? are you perhaps spying on them?” Vanessa inquired only to receive a slap from Mia..

“You sent those kids right?! you’re quite lucky Arya wasn’t injured.. if not! you’ll have been dead by now” Mia barked..

Arya pulled out of Kyle’s hold on her, she turned back to address the kids and to her surprise they all ran away..

“I’ll be back” Kyle announced and walked away from them..

He pulled out his phone and raised it to his ear.. “What is it?”

“I’m standing behind you”

Kyle turned around to meet Martin’s burning gaze..

“It’s been a while Kyle..”

“What do you want?!”

Martin walked closer to reduce the gap between them..

“You’ve made a big mistake Kyle, you know? hitting my mum and dad was the limit to our rivalry”

Kyle tched, he smiled a little at Martin “Your mum and dad totally deserved whatever punishment I inflicted on them..”

Kyle peeped at his wrist watch “I’ll give you and your accomplices five minutes to get out of here..”

Martin took a step forward and in no time Kyle was surrounded by his guards..

“Tsk you brought your men with you? you really don’t have the voice of your own.. always hiding behind them” Martin mocked..

Kyle snapped his fingers and they all dispersed “You know how bad this ends for you everytime we rough out”

Martin chuckled “Of course I know, and I forgot to tell you this the last time we met but congratulations, you have a very beautiful wife if not for Ray I’d have made sure she ended up as one of my play things..”

Kyle lounged forward and sent a punch to Martin who fell straight to Arya and Ray’s feet..

Arya took hold of Ray’s hand and led him away hurriedly..

“Arya daddy isn’t like that.. I’m sure uncle Martin must have provoked him”

Arya ignored his words and led him straight to the place their car was parked..

“Get in Ray..”

Ray pouted and got into the car followed by Arya “Don’t be sad Ray.. I promise to bring you here some other day.. but for now we have to leave”

Ray nodded and soon after the car drove off slowly..

Bryan walked into his room and threw down his coat on the king sized bed..

His gaze rested on Chloe who was asleep and still tied to the chair..

Chad was astonished on seeing a lady tied up in his friend’s room..

He also recognized her to be the lady that was brought to his hospital weeks ago..

“Yes she is” Bryan said cutting Chad off..

Chad stood in front of her and gently pushed the loose strands of hair on her face behind her ear..

“She is pretty Bryan.. what do you plan to do with her?”

Bryan snorted, he didn’t really have a plan when he chose to take her hostage.. he just needed a way to vent out his anger and she was the right tool for it..

“I have no idea man”

Chad touched the space between his brows “Then let her go”

Bryan shook his head in denial “Not yet”

Chad breathed out and started fondling with the ropes tied around her..

Chloe’s eyes snapped open and before Chad could notice it, she raised her knee to his groin which earned a loud groan from him..

Bryan adjusted on his seat when he saw Chad writhing in pain on the floor..

He averted his gaze to Chloe “What did you do to him?”

Chloe’s brows creased in surprise, if Bryan was seated over there, then who did she just attack?

Martin changed the direction of his movement, he walked towards her and at the same time wiped the corner of his lips with his finger..

When she heard no response from him she took that as a ‘yes’..

Martin was found of doing this to himself, whenever he was displeased with something he look for means to upset Kyle..

“Relax mum.. like I said it’s no big deal.. infact we will have good news soon..”

Martin nodded, what he did today was more or less an important stage in his plans..

“I made sure to provoke Kyle to hit me and his wife appeared”

Rita arched a brow she still didn’t get where this was headed..

“Just wait and see mum.. I’ll make sure Kyle crawls on his feet begging for mercy”

Dennis who just walked into the room laughed out dryly..

“Really? and how exactly? you and I both know how strong headed Kyle is.. he doesn’t spare his enemies.. he finishes them completely”

“Hmm good you’re here dad.. that’s the reason I pulled this off today.. Arya saw me as the victim today and I have to use her to get to Kyle without her knowledge”

“She’s a smart lady kid!” Dennis remarked..

Martin’s lips slanted in a devilish smirk “Time will tell dad, but first I have to visit Arya’s delight this evening for the second phase”
