The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet

Chapter 2123

"Don't worry, I've got this," Thalassa said, straining to help her pull up the zipper, which was proving to be quite the challenge.

"Have you been indulging a bit too much lately?" Thalassa asked as she gave it her all.

The zipper got stuck halfway up her back, refusing to budge any further.

Clearly, Hertha had put on a bit of weight.

"Ah, well, I might have let myself go a bit after marrying Alaric," Hertha admitted sheepishly.

"It's alright, it still fits," Thalassa reassured her, gripping the fabric on either side of the zipper and with a final yank, the zipper slid into place. "There we go."

"Phew, finally done. Glad it still fits," Hertha sighed in relief, her anxiety melting away.

"Mom, Hertha, what's taking you guys so long?" a youthful voice called from outside the door.

Thalassa instantly recognized it as her third daughter Elowen's voice. Her nerves sparked to life as she quickly pulled the door open. The moment the door swung open, she saw her four children standing in the dressing room.

Two boys and two girls, each standing tall and imposing.

The boys were already reaching five feet, while the girls weren't far behind at around four feet three!

These were her four seven-year-olds!

"Atticus, Dorian, Elowen, Sophia, you made it!" Thalassa exclaimed with tears brimming in her eyes, calling out each of their names and rushing forward to embrace her little treasures.

Her little ones had grown so much, almost looking like young adults now.

Thalassa went from one to the next, each hug brief but filled with all the strength of her love, wishing she could pour all of it into them.

It had been a while since she last saw her children, and the longer she went without seeing them, the more Thalassa found herself longing for them.Têxt belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.

"Mom, today's your and dad's wedding anniversary. You should be happy, no tears," Elowen consoled her as she was embraced, noticing her mother's eyes glistening. Her tender voice offered comfort.

Elowen used to be the crybaby of the family, but now, she had grown up, not just holding back her own tears but offering solace to others. "Mom, we'll come visit you more often," Sophia added, comforting her as well.

They had grown up, understanding their mother's love for them, just as they loved her in return.

During their three years at military school, the children often found themselves missing Thalassa.

At first, they would cry missing their mother, but over time, they learned to bury those feelings, focusing on their studies and training hard knowing that excelling would earn them the chance to see her

Tears streamed down Thalassa's face as she looked at her children growing up, becoming more understanding, feeling both proud and heartache. She nodded through her tears, "Okay, mom won't gry. I'll make sure to visit you more often."

"The kids are right, it's a day of joy, no need for tears. Let's finish getting ready, it's almost time," Hertha emerged from the dressing room, smiling.

"Right, mom, Hertha, you better

"Dorian, you always know just what to say," Hertha lightly tapped his head in a playful scold.

"That's because I learned from the best, Hertha," Dorian replied sweetly, making Hertha beam with joy.

As they chatted, Thalassa and Hertha had already taken their seats in front of the makeup mirrors. Two makeup artists, already waiting, immediately started to work on them.

"Mom, Hertha, you go ahead with your makeup. We need to get changed too," Atticus chimed in.
