Chapter 495

SUMI Studio was the first choice for many famous actresses:

At the last film festival, they created a jaw-dropping look for Best Actress Amelia. She wore a bold red

dress that showcased her stunning curves, and her makeup was on point.

And of course, with Amelia’s unique features, she totally owned the room.

There were several makeup artists in the studio, including the founder, who was also the deputy editor

of top magazine MIGE and editor in chief, Lilian.

Every time Lilian did a look, it was top-notch.

Their other makeup artists were pretty famous too. Jay, in particular, gained a lot of attention for his

recent film festival look. His Twitter followers increased by 200,000, and many celebs’ fans were

begging him to do their makeup.

One of the makeup artists said to Sadie, “Jay is swamped right now. I can do your makeup, Miss Sadie.

We’re about to start shooting, so close your eyes and I’ll do your eye makeup.”

Sadie wasn’t that famous yet, but she had a big attitude. She snorted, “I want Jay to do my makeup. If

it’s not him, I’m not shooting.”

The makeup artist was in a pickle.

Just then, Kendra said, “Miss Sadie, Jay is in Allison’s dressing room.”

Sadie was immediately ticked off. “What? With Allison?”

She didn’t think much of Allison. Sadie was the leading actress, and Allison was just a supporting

actress with barely a few minutes on screen. She had the nerve to steal her makeup artist. How dare

she!

“Get Jay over here

Sadie gave the order, and Kendra went to get Jay.

Allison’s dressing room was right across from Sadie’s.

Inside the dressing room, Allison was getting her eyeliner done by Jay. Her eyes were so big, she didn’t

need eyeliner to enhance them.

“Allison your eyes are ridiculously gorgeous,” Jay exclaimed. He had worked with loads of actresses,

even A-listers, and seen all kinds of beauty. But Allison’s eyes, they were something else. So perfect.

Her eyelashes were long and thick, her double eyelids had a beautiful curve, and they were obviously

natural.

Her face was like a masterpiece sculpted by God. Her nose was high and straight, her profile exquisite.

Her skin was as delicate as snow, poreless, without a single blemish or dark spot. Even her eyebrows

were perfect. Her face was more stunning the more you looked at it.

Jay thought this was the most delicate and exquisite face he’d seen in his decade-plus career in the

entertainment industry.

Emma, standing nearby, laughed, “Miss Allison’s skin is just the best. She’s naturally fair.”

Jay agreed, “Yeah, I have to custom-mix your foundation. Your skin tone is even fairer than the lightest

shade.”

Jay’s assistant asked for her skincare secret.

Allison wasn’t too fussy about skincare. She smiled and said, “Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and get

plenty of Vitamin C.” © 2024 Nôv/el/Dram/a.Org.

Just then, there was a knock on the door.

It sounded urgent and rough.

Emma frowned, thinking something serious had happened. “Come in.”

Then, Kendra pushed open the door.

Seeing Kendra, Emma asked, “Why are you here?”

Kendra didn’t even look at Emma. She went straight to Jay and said, “Jay, Sadie invites you to do her

makeup.”

He stressed the word “invites.”

Emma realized what was happening.

She snorted, “Doesn’t Sadie have her own makeup artist? Jay is Miss Allison’s makeup artist. What’s

with all this?”
