The Billionaire’s Creed

Chapter 54

ADLEY

Our family left, leaving Mykel and me on the patio. The night seemed in our favor, and the moon was beautiful and bright.

“Come.” Mykel held my hand.

Tonight was just Mykel and me-I cherished this moment and left the issue behind us for a while. I sat on his lap, and he instantly wrapped his arms around me, his cheek pressed against my back.

“I overstepped, didn’t I?”

“You did the right thing. I wasn’t used to asking for help until you walked into my life.” I could still feel the pain in his voice, but I was happy that he appreciated what I did.

“I didn’t call Mom because I don’t want her to worry and rushed over here.”

“Thank you for taking it into consideration.”

“Of course.”

“I’m such a terrible husband. I’m sorry that this happened. And I neglected to ask how are you handling this?”

I faced him. “Babe, look at me.”

He lifted his head and looked at me. There was a smile on his face, but not the cocky smile I used to see in him.

“I’m handling this well than you. You may not voice it or show me because you think it will hurt your imperious authoritarian facade, but I can feel it. I feel you. And I’m not just gonna sit at the corner and watch that bitch ruin your life.”

He smirked. “You’re badass. You know that, right?”

“Among other things.” I grinned at him.

“You went to Sax and Kye and asked for help.”

“I told you I would do anything in my power to not give that bitch the satisfaction she wanted. I’m giving her the taste of her own medicine.”

“Okay, baby. As much as I love listening to you using that word, your grandfather wouldn’t be so pleased about my influence on you.”

“Sorry. Honestly, if I see her again, I might just slap her. I’m not violent and never hit someone, but I’m considering it.”

He burst into laughter. “Don’t ever think about that.”

“Oh, I thought about that. The level of stress she gave us? I’ll throw eggs into her face.”

“You know you’re cute when you are planning something fun for your foe.”

“Did you just call me cute?”

“You turned red when you’re angry, and among others. Remember the animated movie we watched. You told me she’s cute.”

“You could just say I’m hot.”

He cupped my face and kissed me passionately. I moaned in less than a minute. “You’re hot, sexy, seductive, alluring, sultry-”

“Those are the same.”

“Okay. You’re fucking hot. How does it sound?”

“Take me to bed.”

He stared at me with those love and devotion. “My pleasure.”

I moaned at the sensation of his tongue thrusting into me, in-out, then sucking my clit, nipping it alternately. My fingers dug into the sheet, and the other was on his hair, gripping, pushing his head down where it most pleased me.

When he pinched my nipples so painfully erotic, I cried out his name. And I knew I was so close to the edge my toes curled.

As he sucked harder, pushing me to the limit, I shuddered, throwing my head back as pleasure flooded my entire body.

I was still emersed in my own ecstasy, but Mykel was already on top of me, thrusting his hard and steely length so deep that it hit bottom. My mouth flew open, but no words came out. I was impaled with his monstrous beast. I felt I could split in two.

I let go a gasp as he stilled, frozen, and I wrapped my legs around his hips so he could take me more deeper. He snapped his hips, thrusting hard each time, and I got lost in the sensation.

He lifted his head and kissed me. Pleasure zinged through me as he started pumping his hips, speeding up as he felt I was so close to my orgasm again.

With so much pleasure blinding me, I lifted my hips, searching for the friction I was looking for, and he gave it to me, grinding against me.

I sucked in a breath, shaken to my core. My breasts were heavy, my nipples tightened and sensitive, and my clit tingled. I was delirious with the satisfaction building in my body.

One more thrust of his thick length inside me, a violent rush of ecstasy ran through me as I climaxed.

” Oh, my God.” My mouth hung open to the sight I saw. I was not a fan of porn, but I’d rather watch it than the image in front of me.

Mykel turned to me, his brows knitted. “You don’t have to be here, baby.”

When Linden called us earlier asking if we could come to the private military security firm, I did not, in God’s name, expect to watch a real-life sex video.

I swallowed back the bile rising in my throat. “Thank God it’s not you in that video because I might not be able to unsee it again.”

“Are you sure you wanna watch this?” Mykel asked again.

“I’m fine, but that’s just gross.” I cringed. There was also a sound. They had a device that you could hear a conversation from a distance. “Oh, my God.”

“And so on and so forth.” Linden shut off the video.

“Fucking lunatic.” The first words came out of Mykel’s mouth.

“You’re good at what you do here,” I appraised Linden for the job well done.

“Thank you, ma’am.”

“Do you watch a lot of people doing like that?” Out of curiosity, I asked. I was still trying to shake that image out of my head.

“No, ma’am.”

“Good because that looks horrible.”

Mykel laughed beside me. “Forgive my wife’s curiosity.”

“Sorry,” I also apologized.

“He’s Cenric’s best friend and former bodyguard, baby.”

“Oh.” My eyes widened, surprised.

“And Jasper is his wife’s brother.”

“Wow. I met Sadie once. She’s a lovely woman.”

“She is. Would that be enough?” Linden asked Mykel.

“That’s more than enough. Your people here are quite resourceful. I wouldn’t have known about this if Adley had not reached out to Sax and Kye.”

“Sax and Kye mentioned that you are like family.”

“I feel the same way, considering they risk their lives for me every day. Thank you.”

“I wonder how Grandpa would react to this.” I chuckled. “I think I should not reveal a few details.”

Mykel turned to me with a huge grin from ear to ear. “I can’t wait to find out.”

I shook my head in disbelief. “So she did this because Gary Senior didn’t like you in Lex’s life.”

“That’s how deep their desire of wanting me to get in trouble, but they can’t put me down easily.”

“How did he find out about Maisey?”

“Through social media. Gary Junior is following Mykel, and he must see her post. He wanted to get his life back, and this is how he does it, proving he still has what it takes. He uses Maisey’s weakness against her and maybe offers her money. She’s still paying out her college loan. And based on the conversations, Gary Senior pays her cash and uses her sexually,” Linden explained.

I sighed deeply. “At least I can now sleep like a log again. Thank you, Linden.”

“May I ask?” Mykel asked Linden.

“How good is Romare?”

“Langston? He’s good and trustworthy. He feels terrible about the incident.” Linden looked at me. “Managed to escape in his watch.”

“I’m sorry about that.” I tried hard to hide my smile.

“So, I can trust him with my wife’s life.”

“Guaranteed.”

We went home wearing a grin on my face. Mykel was back to being cocky and naughty.

On the couch, he lifted my foot and settled beside me. “What are we watching?”

“Vampire reruns.”

“Seriously?”

“Babe, in real life, a vampire is a scary blood-sucking monster. In movies, they’re a hot male with abs and fangs that growls and control their desires over their mates. Allow your wife to fantasize about being bitten by hot vampires.”

“Fucking hell. No way we’re gonna watch that stupid movie.” With his long arms, he could easily snatch the remote from me or just stand up and pull the plug out.

“Don’t be mean.” I glared at him.

“Baby.” He growled loudly.

“Watch with me or go make some money without sex for a week.”

“You’re not fucking with me, Adley.”

I shrugged. “That’s my term. This is not so bad. Try new things, Mykel.”

“No way I’m watching that trash.”

“Maybe this is one of the cons of marrying a man older than me.”

“Excuse me?” he asked, stunned and offended by my reply. “Four years is just like four months.”

I tried hard not to smile at his reaction. So priceless. “Oh, no. There’s a lot of history made in four years, Mykel.”

“Like what exactly?” He breathed out harshly.

“9/11? I’m gonna do some research later.”

He annoyedly shook his head and threw my foot on the couch. “Maybe Knox is good for you after all.”

“Whoa! Whoa! That’s low, Mykel Creed.” I watched him walk away without hesitation.
