TAMING THE BEAST IN HIM ( His Red Phoenix )

Axion traced the kiss back to her neck before coming down to her chest. And just when he was about to release the towel around her chest, his phone rang, snapping the both of them out.

” Damn it! ” Axion cursed, realizing he wasn’t even able to restrain himself from Phoenix. If he can’t even control himself, how will he stay away from her?

Letting go of Phoenix who was blushing hard, he went over to the bed and grabbed his phone. But seeing who the caller was, his eyes grew dark in anger. He hissed, flinging the phone across the bed, and stormed out of the room. Phoenix was more than surprised at his sudden change of mood.

Who could have called him that made him angry?

Axion’s phone rang again and Phoenix headed to the other side of the bed. Taking the phone, she let out an ” oh ” seeing who the caller was.

No wonder Axion’s mood changed. He is still furious at her and aunt Glinda.

Phoenix strode to the balcony to search for Axion. And there he was, standing by the rail and glaring at nothing. She walked up to hun and hugged him from the back, her hands encircling his stomach.

Axion’s body stiffened at first but relaxed glimpsing it was Phoenix. He released her hand from his body, shoving her back slightly.

” What are you doing here? ” He asked with a stern look.

” I was looking for you ” Phoenix answered and made to take his hand but he withdrew it propelling her face die down in disappointment.

” I… want… to bake… a cake ” She replied.

” So? ” Axion raised a brow at her.

” I want… us to do it… together ”

” Do I look like someone interested in stuff like that? ” Axion huffed, rolling his eyes.

” It’s a request. Please? ” Phoenix flashed him a toothy grin.

” No ” He hissed and turned away. Phoenix got closer and took his hand prompting him to turn.

” Pretty please ” She pouted and yep, that got Axion’s heart dancing wildly. He slipped his hand out, darting his head away.

” Please with an ‘ I won’t bother you again ‘ on top? ” Phoenix pleaded.

” No! ” He snapped firmly.

” Please with an ‘ I’d do whatever you want ‘ on top? ”

Axion’s eyes twitched on hearing that and he glared at her.

” Really? ” He scoffed, eyeing her in suspicion. Phoenix nodded, flashing him the cutest puppy eyes and pout, and Axion could feel his heart literally jump and butterflies swimming around his stomach.

” Can you stop doing that?! ” He grunted angrily making Phoenix scoff.

” Why? ” She raised a brow at him. She ran her hands up his chest before wrapping them around his neck. Tilting her head close,

” Is it because you feel butterflies in your stomach whenever I pout? ” She whispered with a grin. Axion groaned slightly.

Is she even aware of what she’s doing to him?

” No Axion. You’ve got to control yourself. You can’t let her get you ”

Keeping a flat face, he scowled at her.

” Do you still want me to help you with the baking or should I change my mind? ” Phoenix’s grin disappeared immediately.

” Get your hands off me ” He hissed and she stepped away from him. Axion eyed her one last time before leaving. A scoff left Phoenix’s lips.

” Jerk! ” She yelled but made sure he couldn’t hear it.

They both were already in the kitchen with Phoenix mixing the dough and Axion passing the ingredients to her. It was a quiet atmosphere.

Axion was standing by the counter watching her intently with folded arms as she stirs the dough. With the way she was all focused, battling the dough and her hair dropping on her shoulders with some strands falling to her face, she looked hot and Axion couldn’t help but gulp down nervously.

He just couldn’t stop admiring her. And when she tugged some strands of her hair to her ear, with the way she did it, Axion’s pupil dilated greatly as his heart skipped.

He walked up to her from the back and reached out for her hair, gently pulling them back. His hands brushed lightly on her cheeks making Phoenix jerk.

” Your hair tie ” He whispered to her ear and Phoenix’s body squirmed, her heartbeat increasing. She took the hair tie out of her wrist and gave it to him. Using it, Axion tied her hair to a ponytail. He held her arms, pulling her closer to himself.

” Next time, tie your hair when in the kitchen ” His hot breath made Phoenix weak to the knee.

” Y… e… s ” She stammered and a smirk grew up on Axion’s lips seeing the effect he has on her. He let go of her arm and stepped back to his initial position.

After mixing everything, Phoenix put it in the oven. She turned to Axion and flashed him a smile.

” We’ll let it bake,” She said and silence fell between them. After a moment,

” You like baking? ” Axion spoke up and Phoenix looked at him, their gaze locking.

” I love baking, actually ” She chuckled.

” Since you were little? ” Phoenix nodded firmly.

” I’ve always dreamt of opening my own bakery someday ” She revealed and Axion hummed, looking away.

Another awkward silence took over. Phoenix rolled her eyes as she was already getting bored. An ideal entered her head and she smirked mischievously.

She snatched the icing sugar and pressed down a desirable quantity on her hand before placing it back. And catching Axion off guard, she smote it all over his face and burst out laughing.

Axion shot her a hard glare and her laughter died down instantly. She bowed her head in disappointment, pressing her lips together. It wasn’t the reaction she was awaiting from him. Maybe he doesn’t like tinkering around.

” Sorry. I’ll… clean it off ” She mumbled and turned to get a towel when Axion grabbed her wrist and tugged her to himself much to her surprise. He took her hand and rubbed the remaining sugar on his nose and a smirk crept up his lips.

” Clean it. But do it… with your tongue ” He let out a naughty grin and Phoenix’s cheeks flushed in embarrassment.

She clinches closer and started licking the sugar all over his face. Axiom gripped her waist and closed his eyes, groaning low on the throat at the feeling of Phoenix’s lips smooching his face. Phoenix kissed his nose before she started licking it.

” God damnit! What is this woman doing to me? ” Axion grunted. He was already fucking hard down there.

” Stop ” He hoarse and Phoenix complied, blinking at him innocently and in confusion.

Did she do anything wrong?

Axion didn’t even let her conclude what she did wrong as he carried her up and positioned her on the counter. He reached out for the icing sugar and came in between her legs. Phoenix blinked blankly as he applied a good amount of sugar all over her lips before placing it back. Tilting her head up to gaze directly into his eyes,

” Now watch me teach you how to do it ” His voice came out deep and husky making Phoenix gulp.

” Axion I…” He claimed her lips immediately, shutting her up. He wasn’t licking off the sugars instead he was kissing her roughly. Phoenix closed her eye, wrapping her hands around his neck. Nipping on her lips, she moaned into his mouth, parting her lips and Axion took in her lower lip, sucking on it hungrily.

She shot Axion a hard glare.

” Look what you’ve done, Axion. The cake is burnt beyond restoration ” She snorted and Axion flashed her a toothy grin, nearing her slowly. He took the cake and placed it on the sink before bending barely, leaning his face close to Phoenix who swayed back.

” Tell me you didn’t enjoy every bit of what just happened ” He raised a brow at her and Phoenix’s cheeks heated up, turning into a red tomato sauce.

Well, the truth is that she didn’t expect things to go this naughty but she still can’t deny she enjoyed it and is even craving for more.

Cruella can be seen in a room pacing too and fro while grunting, with the unknown woman who was seated on a chair.

” My plan failed once again… woefully! ” She yelled in frustration.

” The two of them aren’t supposed to get closer. Axion is meant to hate Phoenix not developing a soft spot for her ”

” What did Master say then? ” The mysterious woman spoke up.

” I was able to convince him to give me extra two days and now I have only until tomorrow. What am I going to do? ” Cruella groaned.

” You have to come up with a plan Cruella. I’m totally out of options ” The woman shrugged.

Cruella ran her hand through her hair, biting on her lips.

” Think Cruella, think ” She rubbed her temples, closing her eyes. After racking her brain and coming up with nothing,

” That’s it! ” She growled in rage.

” Phoenix is being a hindrance to my mission, she’s just ruining everything for me! Because of her, my mother died and now she wants me to die too… no way! No fucking way! ”

” I am going to make sure I end her before I die. I’m going to kill her! ”

” And how is that going to help out? ”

” If Phoenix is no more, there will be nobody available to protect Axion from the evil inside him, there will be no one to tame him and him turning into a Dark Genie will be a piece of cake ”

” And when that happens, he will willingly go to his owner without me having to stress my life. And I will finally get the chance to save my people and restore our kingdom ”

” So?…”

” It’s final. I’m going to kill Phoenix and that’s it!…
