hapter 9 As Philip Wishes
arrah had no choice but to head to the guest bedroom to retrieve a blanket for Philip. Then, she headed > the master bedroom.
hilip smiled in satisfaction when he saw the bedroom door swing shut. He was pretty confident the next tep of his plan would proceed without a hitch.
he master bedroom was spacious and luxurious. The decorations were simple yet exquisite, and the king ized bed in the middle of the room was the center of attention.
Then Farrah entered, she heard running water in the bathroom. She could vaguely see Adrian’s toned ady behind the frosted glass.
Jddenly, she felt a little hot. She rubbed her forehead as her cheeks burned. This wasn’t a feeling she’d ad before, and it made her uneasy.
side the bathroom, Adrian felt the same odd sensation. He scowled, and his eyes glinted coldly. A
desire to conquer washed over him, almost overwhelming him.
rong.
e turned off the hot water, but the cold shower did nothing to cool him down. The heat surged within m and crashed over him in waves, intensifying by the second. His young, hot–blooded body felt like it as going to explode.
e was sure the milk had been laced–Philip had done it. Meanwhile, inside the bedroom, Farrah wasn’t bing much better..
drian didn’t know how long he spent in the bathroom. All he knew was that his rationality was on the ink of destruction. He tried to control himself, but when he pulled open the door, he saw Farrah umped on the bed, wriggling as the heat took over her.
he was like a blooming flower. Her hair was spread over the sheets; the sight was beyond alluring to him ow. For the first time in his life, he couldn’t control himself as he stalked toward her and said, “You had a art to play in Grandpa staying the night, Farrah. You have to bear the consequences of that.”
drian’s warm breath fanned over Farrah, making her mouth go dry. Her heart pounded so hard that it felt :e it would jump out of her chest. Her lucidity gradually faded as he peppered her cheeks, lips, and neck ith searing kisses….
de the room, the lights in the living room were still on. Philip didn’t take his eyes off the master Loom’s door as he lay on the couch. If anyone were to come out from there, he would snap their legs!
s long as Adrian and Farrah remained in the same space, they would have to deal with their desires one ay or another. Anyway, he’d gotten the aphrodisiac from Jesse Abrams, whom he knew could be relied 1. There was no doubt the aphrodisiac would work its magic.
didn’t just work its magic–it also gave Adrian and Farrah a good night’s sleep.
hen Farrah woke up the next morning, she saw Adrian standing by the bed wearing his shirt. His toned ysique wasn’t any worse than a top model’s–he was all lean meat.

he forgot about her fatigue as she stared dazedly at him. He wore a final cufflink before picking up (pensive watch from the bedside table. He saw from his peripheral vision that Farrah was awake, but he dn’t turn to look at her.
was only after Adrian left the bedroom that Farrah returned to her senses and got out of bed. She was at tle melancholic when she saw the spot of red on the sheets. She’d given him her first time just like that.
Chapter 9 Ac Philip Wobe
Philip was long gone–it was as if he’d completed his mission. Even the blanket he’d used had been returned to the guest bedroom. Adrian and Farrah were left alone in the apartment; the atmosphere was a little tense and gloomy.
“Grandpa gave this to me under your name. I know it’s not from you.” Farrah approached Adrian with the gift Philip had given her, breaking the silence. “It’s probably quite expensive. I didn’t open it; you can take it back.”
He looked at the bag, then at her. He didn’t take the bag, though. She placed it on the display shelf nearby and said, “T1l make you breakfast.”
Then, she headed into the kitchen. Adrian could tell from the bag that the item was valuable–it was a Locke family heirloom. Philip was truly generous. NôvelD(ram)a.ôrg owns this content.
After that, he absent–mindedly thought about how Farrah had been a virgin before last night. It was rare t come across someone as untainted as her in today’s society.

Soon, Farrah came out with a simple breakfast of bacon and eggs. She’d also added some baked beans, making the food look particularly appetizing. “Breakfast is ready.”
She didn’t dare recall the details of their night together, nor did she dare to meet his gaze.
“Give me your phone.” Adrian sat down and held out his hand.
This surprised Farrah. “What for?”
She looked into his eyes, feeling confused as she handed him her phone.
