Chapter 2 The Werewolf
Melody was frightened as s pair of green eyes suddenly appeared in the dark. It was like the pearl of the night, but also seemed dangerous.
‘Ow-Woo’…
There came another wolf cry. Melody was frightened to death and sat down on the ground, clutching her skirt tightly.
Wolf cry?
How could there be wolves?
She finally realized that she had entered a dangerous place. Before she could stand up, she heard heavy footsteps. Suddenly, a figure flashed in front of her.
“Ahhhhh!”
Melody screamed with fear. All in an instant, she was raised by someone in the dark and then thrown onto the ground.
“Who are you?” said a man in a low but powerful voice.
Melody shivered with fear and saw clearly the owner of those green eyes as the dim moonlight outside the window shined in.
The man’s face is half shown in the moonlight and half hidden in the darkness. Although not clear, it was a charming looking for sure. He stood there carrying godlike aura, as if he could destroy everything with a finger snap.
“I…”
“You smell so good…” The man leaned over her neck and took a whiff.
It was a smell that he had never experienced before, not as rich strong as roses or as clear as jasmines, but with a fascinating attractiveness.
Who is this woman? Is she not afraid of death as she entered the castle on a full moon night?
The man was so curious that he could not move his green eyes away from Melody.
Melody stepped back with fear. Yet the man moved forward!
“Miss, who are you and what are you doing here?”
He threw his cold breath on her face, causing her to think that he would open his mouth and swallow her alive!
“Ah! Don’t come here, I… I was just passing by…”
“Oh, what a coincidence!” The man gave a sneer. The next second, Melody was surrounded by his cold breath.
“Ah, what do you want to do? I didn’t mean to barge in…” Melody struggled in horror.
How can her life be so miserable? Melody just took her escape, and now she was confronted with a new trap.
“I believe you. But you’ve picked a good timing…” said the man with an evil smile.© NôvelDrama.Org - All rights reserved.
“No, no…” Melody struggled hard; tears of despair fell down from her eyes.
The man examined her recklessly. Her smell was driving him crazy.
She was perfect!
Melody kept shaking in his arms. “Please don’t… Please…” begged Melody in a hopeless voice.
The man’s green eyes were half squinted, looking dangerous. “Dare to break in here on such a full moon night, you should pay for that!”
“Ah…!” A sharp scream broke the silence.
