Sinful Mates 1-3

chapter 47

chapter 47

Racing through the carpark, I found my car on the bottom level, I unlocked my car before throwing

my bag over the seat and into the back. I put my key in the ignition and turned it, nothing. I checked the

dash no lights came on, so I tried again holding the ignition on, it whined loudly. “Come on not now” I

said smacking my dash. My car finally starting.

“She may be ugly, but she is reliable when I need her” I shut my door before reversing out the side

of my car scraping the bollard. Whoops, I wasn’t lying when I said I am a terrible driver. I tore out of the

car park and headed for the highway only to realise I needed gas so decided to pull over to the first

servo I seen. I filled the tank; my poor car would have got the shock of a lifetime having full tank in it for

once. I grabbed my wallet and quickly paid for my fuel.

I pulled onto the highway heading out of town only getting excited, when I see the sign stating I

was leaving the city limits. I relaxed and smiled seeing the city in my rear-view mirror, I was finally out

of here. I turned the radio up and kept driving. I had no idea where I was going but hoped I could make

it to the next City which was over eight hours drive from here.

After about three or four hours driving, I felt this sudden rush of fear hit me, sending goosebumps

all over me. I looked around nervously my anxiety kicking in. Pulling over, I thought I would stretch my

legs and have a break of driving, I had about four hours of daylight left and really needed to find

somewhere to stay for the night. Getting out, I stretched my legs before raising my arms above my

head to stretch my back. My heart was pounding in my chest, my eyes moving over my surroundings

frantically, but I was in the middle of nowhere. All I could see was paddocks and trees not a house in

sight.

I couldn’t shake the feeling of dread consuming me, deciding It was best to keep moving, I hopped

back in and started driving again. I had to stop in a small town for fuel again, refilling my car, before

jumping back on the highway that seemed to be never ending. Just on dark the feeling got worse only

this time, I was forced to pull over when I felt like I was burning from the inside out, boiling alive. No not

again I thought. It was the heat washing over me. Didn’t this shit ever stop, I laid my chair back tucking

my legs to my chest. Wave after wave of burning pain searing through every part of my body. The pain

increasing to magnitude levels. It was already starting to get dark outside, and I was stopped on the

edge of the road, surrounded by nothing but trees. I reached over digging through my handbag for

anything to take the edge off. Finding one lousy Panadol. I popped the pill in my mouth before grabbing

the water, I got at the last servo and sculling half the bottle before tipping the rest over my head trying

cool myself down.

Getting out of the car, the cool air did nothing to sooth my burning skin. I stumbled to boot

clutching onto the side of the car. I guess I’m sleeping here tonight. I was not going to be able to drive

like this. Popping open the boot, I tried to find something anything, the Panadol not helping. I found a

small throw down bottle of tequila and drank it in one mouthful. I couldn’t find anything else nothing, my

boot completely empty.

To make matters worse the fear I felt, I was fairly sure wasn’t mine. I had nothing to fear out here,

yet my anxiety was high. I almost felt manic completely beside myself and on top of it all in pure agony.

I managed to climb back into the car, laying across the backseat trying to find a comfortable position,

but nothing worked. I couldn’t find any sort of comfort for what I feel right now. When it was completely

dark. I closed my eyes trying to dive into some form of sleep. Then I heard howls, forcing myself, I sat

up. Was this a bad area for wild dogs because all I could hear were howls ringing through the

darkness. My heart rate skipping beats as I looked out the windows only to be met with darkness, the

trees casting shadows under the moon.

Then I saw them, yellow eyes in the forest and lots of them. I moved back on the seat, pressing

against the door. Reaching over, I locked the doors. It’s okay, I’m okay they will leave, they are just wild

dogs I tried to tell myself. Only I had this gnawing feeling they weren’t just dogs, I watched as the

slowly came out of the shadows of the forest revealing about fifteen to twenty huge wolves, I knew they

weren’t no friendly pooches. They circled around the car. I couldn’t take my eyes off them they were

huge, white sharp teeth gleaming under the moonlight.

I moved to the centre of the seat. What the fuck do I do. The biggest question though was why the

hell were they lurking around my car, I am a nobody. I don’t know them, yet here they are trapping me

in my car. I heard one growl moving towards the car. I moved away only for another to move closer, my

head spinning back and forth trying to keep watch on all of them. I quickly glanced around the car for

anything to defend myself. I thought about jumping in the driver’s seat and trying to take off but as soon

as I moved one of them charged hitting the driver’s side door, the entire car shaking at the impact. I

jumped back.

I only managed to find an empty bottle; I could see it on the passenger side footwell in the front. I

just needed to get to it. I watched as one shifted. His bones rearranging before he stood up, his fur

turning to skin, he cracked his neck. An evil glint in his eyes that made me forget the pain I was in. I

knew they were up to no good. He stood completely naked his entire manly body on display. I gulped,

he walked over, and I decided It was now or never. I scrambled over the seat grabbing the bottle just in

time to hear the window smash, glass hitting me and spraying over the backseat. I screamed and

shielded my face clutching the bottle tightly in my hand.

He reached his arm in and unlocked the door. I scrambled to the other side only to jump when I

heard another one tap on the window behind me, making me jump. I turned to see another dark-haired

man standing naked on the other side of the door completely naked.

My heart was hammering in my chest so hard I could hear it. Adrenaline kicking in. When I heard

the door open my eyes flew towards its direction. The man leaned in and I smashed the bottle on his

head, glass breaking leaving the neck of the bottle in my hand. He shook his head as if he were just hit

by a small child not a glass bottle.

“You’re going to regret that sweetheart” He spoke his voice sending shivers up my spine. He tried

to grab me, and I started kicking before he gripped my ankle and ripped me out the car. My head

smashing on the bottom of the door on the way out, making my head spin shooting pain spreading

across the back of my skull. I screamed as I hit the ground violently. My entire body ached as the rocks

dug into my palms and my knees, as I tried to get to my feet.

Only to be kicked in my side, making me clutch my stomach, winded. The man rolled me over onto

my back before flicking hair over my shoulder. NôvelDrama.Org © 2024.

“Where is your mate, little one? He should know better than to let you out in this state,” he taunted.

“Doesn’t she smell divine, boys?” another voice said. I tried to swat his hands away, as he tried to

push the hem of my dress up my legs. I could hear the rest of them hollering and laughing. I kicked my

legs making him let go. Before trying to crawl away, my entire body burning up. My vision blurring. I felt

a foot press onto my back. Before I heard him speak again.

“Where going to have some fun with you,” he chuckled next to my face. He stood up and kicked

me again, and I gasped for air as I felt the air expel from my lungs. His foot going back between my

shoulder blades holding me still. I felt someone grab my hair ripping my head backwards to see the

dark-haired man’s face only inches off mine. I spat in his face.

“Get the fuck away from me.” He wiped his face with his other hand and smiled before licking his

fingers clean.

“She is a feisty one,” he called to his friends. I felt the pressure on my back lift before I felt hands

on my hips flipping me over. I struggled kicking my legs and arms, trying hit anywhere I could. I started

screaming. Panic setting in as I felt my underwear get ripped away.
