Sextuplets From Ruthless Love

Chapter 87

Trevor was expressionless and seemed to be at ease. However, his mind was racing to find a way to make Jessica stay in the room for longer.

"You..." Trevor was at the end of his wits from trying to find a justifiable excuse.

He wanted to find an excuse that was not only inoffensive but also natural.

"Can you massage my shoulders fora while? I'm quite sore from sitting and flippingthrough documents all day." Trevor's tone was gentle and expectant. He longed for her touch. Jessica stood idly and lightly frowned. "A massage? Is that within a secretary's job scope?" she wondered.

"Mr. Gulliford, I rememberthatyou have mysophobia. I'm not a hygienic person, so it is very possible that I carry some bacteria or disease on me," declined Jessica.

She was adamant about not giving him a massage.

"It's fine. I've already let you wear the gown anyway. Or perhaps..." Trevor looked up at her suddenly as if

he had realized something. "You want me to take off my clothes during the massage."

Jessica cursed him in her heart. "This man is such a shameless player. Could it be possible that everything Melissa told me was true?"

"Mr. Gulliford, that's not what I meant," replied Jessica.

"If so, come over here and massage my shoulders." Trevor turned away from her.

Trevor would not willingly let her leave, and his thoughts went haywire again. "But how will I make her stay after the massage? I can't say that I'm afraid of being alone in the room; that's not what chairmen of companies do. I'm okay with it if she thinks I'm clingy, but I don't want to sound like a weakling! It will affect the impression she has of me."

Jessica had no choice but to put down the gift box in her hands before she walked over to give him a massage.

In all their years of knowing each other, it was the first time they had maintained such a peaceful countenance in each other's presence, and Jessica was even giving him a massage.

In the past, either Trevor would get on Jessica's nerves, or Jessica would avoid him at all costs.

They had never been so harmonious.

"You have a husband?" Trevor could not hold back from askingthis question.

"Yes." From behind him, Jessica nodded, hervoice indifferent. This content provided by N(o)velDrama].[Org.

"He..." Trevor breathed in deeply. "What work does he do?"

Jessica knitted her brows together and wondered what he meant by that.

She did not understand why Trevor needed to know the profession of an employee's spouse.

Holding back from making a snarky joke that her husband was the country's president, she lazily answered, "He's just an office worker."

"Is he as handsome as I am?" Trevor was shameless in front of Jessica, and his dignity was of little importance to him.

"My husband is just a tiny bit more handsome and a little more sophisticated than you are, Mr. Gulliford.

Of course, it's no question that he's not as rich as you are." Jessica did not bother to shower him with niceties.

She knew Trevor expected to hear е flattery along the lines of "there is no man as handsome as you are" or "how can my husband compare to you?"

Jessica had decided to go against his wishes. She did not care if she lost her job as she did not enjoy it anyway.

Trevor tossed his documents onto

the table, evidently upset. He did not accept the notion that Alfred was a more handsome

n compared to

him.

Trevor would not have been as upset if Jessica had merely said that Alfred was younger than him.

At that thought, Trevor realized a serious problem. "Am I old? Does Jessica like younger men?"

"Whatever. You may leave now." Trevor waved her off.

Jessica looked delighted and quickly picked up the gift box from the table before striding out of the room.

A few moments later, Martin walked

into the room and politely stood beside Trevor. "Mr. Gulliford, I've already arranged for Mrs. Gulliford's room to be beside yours, following your instructions." FindNovel

"Martin." Trevor abruptly turned to look at him with a solemn expression, which had never happened before.
