See You Never, Mr. Lamont

Chapter 222

Chapter 222

Chapter 222 Too Bizarre

The first class had just ended when Paola stormed into Greyson’s classroom.

“Alexis, what did you send to Rebecca using my phone?”

Alexis stood up in a panic, ready to leave, “I don’t know what you’re talking about?”

“Bullshit!”

“Yesterday, you ran into our dorm, pestered and badgered me, insisting on borrowing my phone.”

“I didn’t expect you to be this kind of person.”

The classmates in the classroom heard their argument and came over to watch one after another.

Alexis turned to leave, but was grabbed by Paola, “You’re going to explain to me today, you played the villain and let me take the blame!”

“What happened?”

“What happened?”

Seeing all her classmates coming over to join the fun, Alexis was furious.

He pointed fiercely at Paola’s nose, “Let go!”

“I warned you! If you continue like this, don’t blame me for being rude.”

How could Paola have given in so easily?

He sneered, “I won’t let go until you explain clearly, or else I’ll confront Rebecca.”

Hearing that they were going to confront Rebecca, Alexis became even more anxious. He grabbed Paola’s hand and forcefully pulled it away, pushing her aside, “Are you fucking crazy? I’ve been done with you for a long time, stop bothering me!”

Greyson walked over, glared at Alexis unhappily, then asked Paola, “What’s going on?”

Paola pointed at Alexis and said, “He ran to our dorm last night, pestered me relentlessly, took my phone and said he needed to use it.”

“I originally didn’t give it to him, but he insisted on snatching it.”

“Who knows what he sent to Rebecca? Rebecca talked about me today!”

Seeing this, Alexis pointed at Paola and cursed, “Stop fucking slandering me, when the hell did I touch your phone?”

“Don’t think that just because I slept with you, I would give you face.”

“We’ve been broken up for a long time, get the hell away from me!”

Paola turned blue with rage at him, “You…”

This guy was so inhuman, he actually said such insulting words in front of so many people.

You took advantage of someone and even shouted it out, where do you expect the girl to put her face?

She rushed over to fight Alexis desperately, and Alexis raised her hand

to slap her.

“Stop!”

Greyson suddenly grabbed Alexis’s wrist, “What are you doing?”

“Are you going to hit someone?”

Alexis said irritably, “What’s it to you?”

“Oh, I see now. So, that bitch Paola broke up with me to be with you.”

Damn it!

“Such words can come out of your mouth,” Greyson pointed at his nose, “Watch your mouth, believe it or not, I’ll smack you!”

Alexis glared at him angrily, “Come on!”

“You were just a poor graduate, now you think you’re something special because you have a little bit of stinking money?”

“Greyson, don’t say I looked down on you. In the past, you weren’t even worthy to carry my shoes!”

Kent and Pearce returned from the restroom, only to find that a fight had broken out in the classroom.

Hearing Alexis say such things, he angrily retorted, “Alexis, can you or can’t you watch your damn mouth?”

“Do we really need to expose your past?”

Upon hearing this, Alexis immediately chickened out.

We used to share a dormitory, and we were all well aware of each other’s shortcomings.

11:50

If it had been said in front of so many people, Alexis would have been completely embarrassed in class.

He glared at the three of them defiantly, “Who doesn’t know you guys are in cahoots!”

Greyson sneered, “It’s no wonder someone like you doesn’t have friends.”

“You really thought I didn’t know that you sent photos to Rebecca using Paola’s phone?”

Alexis paused, her face flushed red, “I don’t know what you’re talking about?”

“Deal!”

“I knew you wouldn’t admit it! But it’s okay!”

Greyson said to Paola, “Let’s go, it’s pointless to argue with this kind of person.”

Just now, Greyson almost resorted to violence, but thinking of the hint of green he saw on his own head, he managed to hold back.

If nothing went wrong, Alexis or his family was about to have an accident.

It’s better not to deal with people like him, lest he take advantage of the situation.

“Let’s go, let’s go!”

“Paola, you should go back too. It’s enough to keep an eye on one person. There’s no point in making a fuss.”

Paola listened to Greyson obediently, glaring at Alexis fiercely, “I

swear, I will never have anything to do with this kind of person again.”

“Hmph! As if anyone cares about you.”

Alexis was still stubborn,

No sooner had the words been spoken than the phone rang.

The sobbing of a middle–aged woman came through the phone, “Alexis, your dad has been diagnosed with terminal liver cancer!”

“Huh?”

Alexis shuddered.

The four words, “late–stage liver cancer,” struck him like a bolt from the blue.

He was stunned for a moment, then turned to a few of his close friends, pleading, “Lend me some money. My dad was diagnosed with late–stage liver cancer. I need to go to the hospital for a check–up, this thing is hereditary.”

Upon hearing this, everyone was stunned.

Several classmates shook their heads one after another, indicating they

had no money.

Seeing this, the others immediately dispersed.

Greyson was completely speechless. He had known before that Alexis was no good, but he never imagined that he would…

That was too bizarre!

He said to Paola, “Go ahead, you go back first.

Paola obeyed Greyson’s words, glanced at Alexis with disdain, and

left.

After what just happened, she felt particularly fortunate. She was glad that she didn’t continue blindly and stopped the loss in time.

If I hadn’t been with this kind of person, who knows what kind of hardships I would have faced in the latter half of my life?

Alexis had borrowed around, but didn’t manage to borrow a single

penny.

He stepped out of the classroom, whispers filled the room.

Class had started, Greyson asked everyone to be quiet and not to let certain individuals affect their studies.

In the afternoon, the homeroom teacher came to Greyson, saying that something had happened at Alexis’s home, and asked if Greyson knew about it.

Greyson said, “I don’t know!”

“I really didn’t know!”

“Oh, he borrowed two thousand from me, saying he needed to go to the hospital for a check–up.”

Greyson looked at the head teacher sympathetically, not mentioning what had happened that morning.

In the evening, Greyson and Kent had dinner together. Pearce said that Alexis was going around asking for money with the report she got from the hospital.

It was said that his genetic makeup also carried a risk for liver cancer, and he was also diagnosed with fatty liver disease.

In addition, his prostatitis was also problematic.

Chelsea interjected, “I heard that he sent a Line message asking for money to everyone he knew.”

Kent said, “He has already taken the high–speed train back and asked for leave from the head teacher.“.

Greyson glanced at everyone a few times, finding nothing unusual about their heads.

So he simply said, “Keep less contact with such people.”

“Ever since the last time the three of us got into a fight, I’ve seen his true character.”

“I wouldn’t lift a finger to help him in the future.”

Everyone nodded in unison.

After finishing the evening self–study, I returned to Elephant International Estate, Xenia had already come back.

She brought many local products from home and was particularly happy when she saw Greyson.

“Boss!”

Greyson looked at her, “Did you take care of everything at home?” Têxt belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.

“Um, thank you for the support, boss.”

Xenia was thoughtfully massaging his shoulders when Greyson instructed, “Book me a flight to the film city for next week.”

It was time to visit Rebecca!

Otherwise, she would have died of thirst.
