When the people found out that the President was there in person, a crowd gathered around him, and the people refused to leave.

The people kept pressing in, hoping to see him close up. Under such circumstances, the staff and bodyguards had to open a way for Nathan and ensure that the crowd did not cause traffic congestion.

Before they left, Nathan and Penny waved goodbye to the locals. It was then a haggard woman with disheveled hair came running amok toward the security personnel.

She was shouting and screaming, wanting to attack Nathan and Penny.

The guards went over and dragged the crazy woman away, but Penny was troubled by what she heard.

"Hold on!" Nathan stopped them.

Since the President had spoken, no one dared to do otherwise. The policemen who had the woman halted and turned back.

As ordered, the men took her over to Nathan.

Once she was released, the woman went to her knees, clinging to Nathan's leg. "President Cross! You must save my daughter!" She burst out crying when she could finally see Nathan. "They took her away and drank her blood! You must do something!"

"Seriously, Sera? Can you please stop? Everyone knows you're worried about your lost daughter, but please don't make a scene here. That's enough fear-mongering for today," Quade reprimanded.

"Yeah. You should just go back to the facility. We will call you once we have news about your daughter," another officer said.

What the people said was not enough to change Sera's mind. She held on to Nathan and shouted even louder. "I'm not crazy! I'm not! It's really true that someone wants to drink my daughter's blood! He's pale-very pale! He only drinks the blood of beautiful women. My daughter fell for his lies, and he took her away!"

Everyone was appalled by what they heard, but Nathan could not help but want to know what had happened to the woman's daughter despite how unstable the mother's condition was.
