The Holmes family descended into chaos when they found out that all four military districts with their four hundred thousand troops had Brimmopolis surrounded.

The headquarters of the Capital Garrison was in an uproar as well.

Although they did not turn on Will right away, all of them escaped to the White House or the Headquarters of the Chief Military Governor. They wanted to express their stance and promised that they were willing to obey the orders of their Chief Military Governor. In other words, they wanted to cut ties with Will.

Soon after the arrival of the soldiers from all four military districts, Will's two-hundred-thousand-strong army seemed to vanish into thin air even before the battle began.
