Chapter 2595
A symphony of gunshots, blasts, horses' whines, and moans of pain echoed through the area. Bright flashes and smoke were everywhere. It was a scene from hell.
"Who can tell me what the hell is going on?"
Blackgoat struggled to get up to his feet from the blast impact.
Just when he managed to push himself up, Colin's boots suddenly appeared in his sight.
Blackgoat's gaze followed Colin's boot to see Colin lifting his gun and slamming its butt down on his head.
Blackgoat toppled onto his back as blood began gushing out from the fresh injury on his head.
Raising his foot clad in black army boot, Colin stomped it heavily on Blackgoat's chest, knocking the wind out of him.
Colin looked down at Blackgoat with a stony gaze. "Let me tell you what happened. You have offended someone you shouldn't have. Never threaten the lives and properties of a Eurasian. You have chosen the wrong target."
Blackgoat looked up at Colin with wide eyes filled with dread. Through the corner of his eyes, he caught glimpses of Elite Eight and Eighteen Riders obliterating all of his subordinates.
Soon, the one-sided battle came to an end.
None of Blackgoat's subordinates were left standing after the brutal assault. They were either lying dead in a pool of blood or severely injured.
At that moment, Elite Eight came out of their hiding spots, revealing themselves with sniper rifles slung over their shoulders.
The construction workers of the factory slowly came out of hiding one by one.
Half of the workers there were Eurasian, while the other half were Valmorians.
Everyone there, no matter Eurasian or Valmorian, wore a look of excitement as they witnessed Colin and the Eurasian army defeated the terrorists. Just then, they caught sight of Valmorian army vehicles heading toward them, with Woste sitting in the car leading the convoy.
Woste and his army leaped off their vehicles and saw the dead or severely injured mercenaries lying on the ground. Their gazes then darted to the Eurasian army and Colin standing in a military stance, exuding a fresh -from-the-kill vibe. Shock and admiration filled the eyes of the Valmorian army.
Wow! Eurasian army's combat
prowess was as rumored. No wonder the Eurasian Chief Military Governor could lead the Northern army to victory against the Xyperian army, sending them running with their tails tucked between their legs.
Colin noted Woste had arrived with military backup.
After an exchange of salutes, Colin informed, "We have shot down most of the attackers, but I intentionally spared their leader's life."
He then tilted his chin toward Blackgoat, who was lying on the ground.
Woste said excitedly, "Perfect! With this fellow as a witness, I doubt Max will be able to wiggle his way out this time. I'm definitely going to show the world the despicable side of Ariarica."NôvelDrama.Org: owner of this content.
Meanwhile, Adolf was speaking with Nathan when a guard interrupted their conversation.
"Sir, the Ariarican Five-star General, Max, is requesting an audience."
Adolf frowned slightly at the news. "What does he want?"
A small smile tugged on the corners of Nathan's lips. "Max has always been butting heads with Eurasia. He has been our opponent in every sense Maybe he's here to cause trouble after hearing that you're
Iné
meeting with me."
Adolf ordered his guard, “Have him wait in the waiting room. Can't you see that I'm in the middle of a conversation with Mr. Cross?"
Nathan said, "Max is a petty man with a small heart. Letting him wait will court his dislike. I suppose he will cause trouble for Valmora in the future if you do so. Why don't we just let him in since I'm his target? There's no need for you to offend him over such a small matter. Besides, I want to see what game he's playing at now."
In truth, Adolf didn't want to offend Ariarica too much. After all, Valmora was a small country, it wouldn't benefit them in the slightest if they offended Ariarica.
Hearing Nathan's words, Adolf immediately ordered, "Since it's Mr. Cross's intention, let's invite Admiral Max in."
Within a few minutes, the Five-star General, Max, led a ferocious-looking troop into the room dressed in his military uniform.
Adolf walked up to him with a welcoming smile. "Admiral Max, what a surprise! I was just speaking with Mr. Cross. I never expected another honored guest to show up today."
Max ignored Adolfs words and glanced at Nathan with a haughty expression.
“I heard the Chief Military Governor of Eurasia has come to visit Valmora today and that his welcoming ceremony was grander than mine.” Nathan replied with a smile, "How have you been, Admiral Max?
Valmora is an old ally of Eurasia. Even our citizens had called our countries' friendship close-knit. So don't be too envious of our friendship."
