Since she entered the palace, no trace of her remains. Have they mated, and are you aware that if they do, she may shift? What am I saying? We are not permitted to enter the palace. What happens if Rex and Zeus begin to manipulate us? As you can see, Rex is not a fool. He is well aware that something is wrong, and he is a highly calculative individual. Why didn’t he slay Zeus like he should have? He merely forced us to stand there and watch as Zeus was devoured by the earth. Are you certain that’s the ground or is it just another Rex trick? Even if you continually lose against Rex, you persist in believing that you are superior to him.”

“Meanwhile, make careful to destroy the spell that has been cast over the palace, for I believe Rex is only going along with your schemes. – He didn’t kill Zeus, but why didn’t he? ~REX’S POV~

Right now, I’m trying to convince Zeus to open up. I have no choice except to leave him where he is. If I start asking him questions right now, I will not be able to get the answers I seek. I mind linked Marcus to take care of the guests. I need to see how Reina is doing. Why is she not showing signs of being ready to shift? Hugo was ready, but she wasn’t quite there yet. Perhaps I should give them both a shot today. I’m exhausted, and all I want right now is to curl up with my Reina. When I got into my room, I saw her standing by the window, staring out at the landscape outside. I’m sure she felt my presence, but she remained still. I went over and kissed my mark and hugged her back. She whimpered a little. She doesn’t even seem to realize what she’s doing to me. After I finished, I took a deep inhale of her scent and let out a sigh before turning her to face me. I shifted my gaze to the side, my gaze soaking up Juno in all her glory, and all I wanted to do at the moment was draw her over my chest and kiss her on the lips in a passionate embrace. Instead, I leaned in and kissed her on the forehead. Currently, my mind is filled with filthy thoughts, making it impossible for me to do anything productive. She must be feeling unwell and dizzy after fainting.

“I’m wondering how you’re doing today, my love?”

She didn’t say anything. Instead, her eyes fell down to look at my lips for a split second before returning to my eyes for another split second. As I snaked my hand across her waist and tugged her forward until her body was plastered against mine, I felt my face break into a dangerous grin. I had never done something like this before. I locked my gaze on her lips.

If I continue to stare at her lips in this manner, I will eventually crush her body against this window frame and take her. She looked at me with her teeth clenched over her lips as crimson flooded her cheeks, and I couldn’t stop myself from roaring. I drew my gaze down to her breasts, hoping to get a full picture of her engorged nipples before closing my eyes completely. I exhaled a short breath as I threw my head back and inhaled deeply.

I thought silently to myself as I eventually dropped my head until I was once again staring at Juno’s face. In the midst of my kissing her, I drew her closer to me. She moaned as she received my kiss and did nothing but take it intensely as I was giving it to her. She let out a low groan as her body rocked against mine in a highly delicious way, and I lifted my head and backed away from the kiss after a few moments of the intense passion between us. I smoothed her hair back.

“I love you.” She spoke up. Before I could even speak to her, my eyes shot back to a bold glare.

“We love you, too,” all the monsters in my thoughts murmured in unison. I grinned and locked my gaze on her, my lips brushing against hers.

“I love you too.” I sat down at the foot of the bed, letting go of her hand and letting her breathe. “You danced with your brother today, but you didn’t know who he was. Your twin brother is the man who has been making you feel restless.”

“What!” She raced out the door and ran outside, completely forgetting that she was only wearing my shirt. I had to accompany her because she was wearing no underwear.

Rex! You better run faster, our kingdom is almost outside, and that little shirt is not covering anything.
