Chapter 109

“Queen?”

Aurora repeated, looking amused.

Then she started to laugh, her voice growing louder and louder. Soon she was roaring with laughter.

“What is so funny!” Chloe snapped, irritated.

“You. Apparently!”

Aurora sneered.

“You are just a piece of trash, Chloe. Do you still remember how you suck up to Damien before and go around telling everyone that you are his Luna? And what did that get you? You became a fucking slave. And this is just like the last time. Sooner or later, it will blow up to your face and you will become nothing. It is only a matter of time!”

Chloe’s face turned red in anger.

“No! I will not!” she shrieked, “This time it is different! I am Silas’s mate! I love him! Deeply-”

Aurora grabbed her collar and drew her close.

“You said before. That you were in love with Damien. So which one is the truth?”

She stared straight into Chloe’s panicked eyes.

“Or maybe none is true. Because you are just a power–obsessed cunning whore who is full of shitty lies!”

Chloe cried loudly in fume. She tried to break free from Aurora but failed, which made her even more infuriated.

“What are you doing all standing there!”

Chloe shouted to the group of maids who followed her into the room.

“Do something! Take her down! Fucking tied her up! I am your queen for Christ’s sake!”

Maids exchanged a look of worry with each other.

But nobody made a move.

“What are you waiting for? I brought you here for a reason! Hurry! Slap her face for me!” Chloe yelled.

“Miss Chloe…”

One maid spoke up carefully.

“We are not here to help you bully anybody. On the contrary, we are here to help Miss Aurora freshen up and get dressed for the banquet this evening.”

Chloe rounded her eyes in shock, “No… No way! Does the King know about this?”

“Actually, this came directly from the King.”

“He asked us to bring the fines gowns and jewelries for Miss Aurora to choose from. He made it clear that Miss Aurora is our

She snapped her finger, and a few rackets of clothes were brought into Aurora’s suite.

“Feel free to choose whatever you like, Miss Aurora,” the maid said to Aurora humbly. “If nothing here fits your taste, we will find more.”

Chloe swayed on her spot.

She looked as though she just got struck by a thunder.

“You… You are a whore! Aurora!” she snarled, glowering at Aurora. “You snatched Damien from me and that was still not enough? Why do you have to take Silas as well?!”

Aurora let out a cold laugh.

“Silas is my enemy and always will be. One day I will chop his head off and hang it on a fucking flagpole. I am perfectly clear about that. The problem is with you, Chloe. You are a weak puss who wants everything but always ends up getting none.”

She shoved Chloe on the shoulder and sent her staggering back a few steps.

“Now fuck off. Your face disgusts me,” Aurora snapped.

She turned around marching into the room in long strides. All maids followed behind her back hastily, bringing all those clothes and jewelries inside.

Chloe was left there alone.

Her face twisted in rage.

She made a huge fuss coming down here. She was determined to give Aurora a hard time. She even put on the nicest clothes that Silas had got her as a demonstration of how well off she was now.

Yet what did she just see?

The diamond earrings that Silas sent to Aurora was twice as large as hers!

And Aurora managed to humiliate her in front of everyone once again!

Chloe couldn’t help but felt pissed….And most importantly, panicked.

Why did Silas treat Aurora so nicely?

Did he like Aurora?

Chloe let out a furious growl.

And she was angry to find that a maid was placing a tiara on Aurora’s head.

A goddamn tiara! And it was loaded with diamonds!

Each diamond was three times larger than the pathetic little ones on her earrings.

Chloe gritted her teeth, a savage envy in her heart.

“This tiara really fits you, Miss Aurora,” the maid smiles.

Aurora took one quick glance at her own reflection and said nonchalantly, “Take it away.”

“M–Miss…but this is the most expensive one in all the jewelries that we have here. The King specifically asked us to give it to you-”

“It might seem expensive to your King, but not to me. From where I come from, this is basically nothing. And I don’t like it.”

Aurora looked the maid through the mirror and said in a chilling voice:

“What? Are we going to have a problem here?”

The maid held the tiara stiffly in her hands, not knowing what to do.

Chloe finally saw an opening for her to attack Aurora. So she immediately raised her voice and cried, “You are so ungrateful, Aurora! How dare you decline the King’s generous offer!”

Aurora raised an eyebrow, “I dare, and I will. What are you going to do?”

“I–I-”

Grabbing the glass of water on the table, Chloe splashed the full glass right onto Aurora’s face!

All maids clamped their mouths and gasped.

Everyone was horrified.

How could Miss Chloe do this to the King’s most precious guest? Not to mention that this certain guest was a famous Gamma herself, who was said to have killed thousands of rogues!

If the King’s guest was infuriated and suddenly decided to bloodbath the entire room, what should they do then?! Nobody dared to make a sound.

They all held their breaths and watched Aurora’s reaction nervously.

Aurora looked at Chloe with water dripping down from her face.

Chloe took an involuntary step back in fear.

“W–What?” Chloe snapped, pretending to be tough. “I am warning you. We are on the Rogue King’s territory! Don’t fucking tough me, you bitch! I will tell on you!”

Chapter 109

Aurora sneered, her eyes gleaming coldly.

“But if I rip your chest open right here, right now, you will not be able to tell.”

Chloe’s body started to tremble, “No. No, you won’t dare-”

Right at this heated moment, a cold voice traveled from their backs:

“What is going on here?”

Aurora and Chloe both turned around to look.

There was a woman standing by the door. Her curvy long hair was scarlet red. And there was a mask on her face.

“Lady Morgana!”

All maids curtseyed to this woman immediately.

“L–Lady?” Chloe stuttered, “Who is she?”

She hadn’t seen this woman around since she got here.

“This is the King’s Cabinet Minister, Lady Morgana,” a maid said lowly.

Morgana stepped into the room and removed her mask.

There was a red birthmark on her face. As though her face was kissed by fire.

Aurora rounded her eyes in shock.

Hold on a second.

A girl with a birthmark on her face…Why did this sound so familiar?

And then she suddenly remembered it.

Didn’t Hellen Ravenwood give birth to a baby like that? The Ravenwood wasn’t happy with the baby’s birthmark, so the forced the hospital to swap a healthy baby for them.

“You stole my family. And you don’t know about me?” Morgana said with a cold smile.

She walked over and raised a hand.

Morgana narrowed her eyes at Chloe’s horrified face, her voice dangerously cold.
