Derrick scoffed and drew in hard on his cigarette.

Derrick wrapped his hands around her waist and pulled her closer to himself. She was still crying so he wiped the years on her face with his thumb.

“Seems like I’m interrupting something so I’ll just come back later.” Lord Frederick said with a wide grin on his face, and he walked out of the chamber.

“I should leave now.” Felicia said, and Derrick unwrapped his hands from her waist.
