Chapter 58: I Dare to Marry, Do You Dare to Wed?
Vivienne leaned forward and removed Maxwell's sunglasses. "Marry? Who would dare marry a woman like me?" she asked him.
Maxwell had beautiful almond-shaped eyes that were slightly rounded and very expressive. He looked at Vivienne's face and pinched her chin. "Yes, I would dare to marry you. Would you dare to wed me?" As soon as Megan stepped out of the elevator, she saw the scene before her and felt extremely embarrassed. She coughed twice and said, "Uh...um..."
Megan's appearance relieved Vivienne from an awkward situation; she stood up straight while Maxwell let go of her chin.
"Why did Megan come here? I was just about to call you," Vivienne asked.
"I came because I didn't want you oversleeping again," Megan replied awkwardly.
She thought to herself that Vivienne was such a sly fox with thick skin; it wasn't even her fault but rather hers for being caught in the act which made her feel hot-faced.
The three of them got into the elevator, and Maxwell asked Vivienne if she wanted to ride in his car.
"Um... Mr. Stone, why don't we have Vivienne ride in my car first? The paparazzi are watching your every move closely; it wouldn't be good if they took pictures of us together," Megan suggested quickly. Maxwell shrugged indifferently. "Whatever."
...
Vivienne got into Dylan's car while he drove them towards Megan's studio where there weren't many people around since Dylan held multiple jobs at once.
Dylan handed over a bag of breakfast food consisting of soy milk and jianbing (a type of Chinese pancake) from a roadside stall which was commonly seen everywhere on streets across China. "Sister Vivienne, I bought you breakfast, but it's not anything fancy. Please eat some," Dylan said.
Vivienne felt a pang in her heart; since her mother passed away years ago, no one had ever bought breakfast for her again.

"Sure thing! I'm starving. Thank you," Vivienne smiled and took a bite of the jianbing before saying, "Next time when you buy me food, ask the vendor to add more sauce because I like my food spicy." Dylan nodded happily. "Okay!"NôvelDrama.Org owns © this.
Megan watched silently from the side until Vivienne finished eating before asking, "Did Mr. Stone say he wants to marry you?"
Vivienne laughed and popped two pieces of gum into her mouth so that she wouldn't have bad breath while speaking.
"A man who just met me and only has sex on his mind? Do you think I can trust him?" she replied.
Megan thought about it for a moment before poking Vivienne's forehead with her finger. "But...you're such an unscrupulous woman who flirts with everyone! You're still stringing along Mr. Crowley while also hooking up with Mr. Stone; are you planning on cheating on them both?"
Vivienne leaned against Megan's body and retorted back playfully: "We haven't even slept together yet; why would I cheat? They're useful to me right now, so why can't we flirt around? Besides, they came onto me first anyway."

She wanted success without having to worry about being caught or thrown out of the country due to someone else's words which made every day feel like running away from something... -- She wanted revenge more than anything else.
Everyone called Vivienne a professional mistress - sly foxes who were manipulative bitches that nobody could stand! It seemed as if there was no one worse than her in this world! Since others already labeled her as such, she might as well live up to their expectations.
After three years of living abroad, Vivienne's body remained pure but her heart had already turned black.
No matter how dirty or evil something was, she had seen it all before. What was the big deal?
Vivienne sneered sarcastically; playing with men was just a game to her!
