Nine Months Too Late 106
She didn't know for how long she was out, but when she woke up, there was a throbbing ache in her head.
Her eyes were still closed, her senses trying to adjust to whatever strange environment she was in.
She noticed her head wasn't the only thing that ached - but her back, her waist, her legs. Every joint in her body throbbed with pain. She groaned, trying to lift her hand to her head. Only then did she realize she was tied up.
Her eyes fluttered open. Darkness enveloped her at once-total darkness that made it impossible for her to see anything. God. Where was she?
oh,
Her full condition dawned on her. She was tied up in the middle of a room-her hands stuck to chains hanging from a roof. She had to stand in this position, which meant she's probably been standing that way for a long time. That would explain why her joints ached. God, where was she? "Hello?" She called out, her heart pounding violently in her chest.
Silence greeted her. She tugged at the chains, but it was useless. Who could've done this to her?
"Hello!?" She called out again.
A moment later, the door opened and someone she still couldn't see entered into the room.
"You're awake." It was a woman's voice.
Sylvie's brows furrowed. Who Owas she?
the crash might have been too hard."
"I was beginning to think the clashe thought of it. Yes, someone had ran into her car. So, it had been done on purpose.
The crash. Sylvie gasped I when
A switch was clicked and a light bulb went on. But t was a faint blue light, providing the room with a small glow just enough to make out it's features but not enough to see clearly.
Vie's
eyes quickly darted around. She was in what appeared to be an abandoned storage room. The woman was the only one in the room with her, but Sylvie couldn't get a proper view of her face. "You see, that would have been a shame," her abductor said, ambling toward her. "Because I wanted to be the only one to cause you pain, Sylvie."
She
was wearing a long black dress that swept the floor behind her. Although Sylvie couldn't see her face, there was an unearthly charm surrounding her. Confusion clouded her mind. The woman continued approaching until she was standing only inches away from her face.
Now, Sylvie could see her, even though her face was faint under the blue light. But she didn't look familiar in any way. Sylvie was sure they've never met. "What're you talking about?" She shook her head. "I don't know you. What have I done to offend you?"
"A lot. The woman's voice dripped with venom. "You just don't know it, girl."

She walked away, going to a table by the side of the room. It was then Sylvie noticed the torture weapons for the first time.
Oh, God.
She shifted uncomfortably, but unfortunately, she was stuck to one point as a result of the chain.
"You've offended me even before you were born." Her abductor spoke casually as she picked up a whip from the table, running her fingers through it. "You have no idea for how long I've hated you."

She turned around, returning to stand before Sylvie. Their eyes locked. "For years, I had to withstand seeing you so happy. What did you do to deserve it? Huh? You should've been dead from the onset."
Sylvie shook her head, wondering if she had somehow, entered into coma from the crash. There was no way this could be real. How can a woman whom she's never met before harbour so much hatred towards her? What in God's name was happening? Her eyes fluttered close as she groaned in pain. Her waist... She really needed to sit.
"Please," she spoke in deep breaths. "You need to get me out of these. Just let me go, then we can talk about whatever it is you
want.
Her abductor gave her a long look, then bursted out laughing as if she had said something amusing. "Actually, honey, this is exactly where I want you."
Cold coursed down Sylvie's spine as the woman walked round, stopping behind her. Her teeth stank into her bottom lip as she struggled to fight the pain that threatened to blind her.
Had she hurt her stomach during the crash? Why was she feeling so much pain?
"Why are you doing this!? Who sent you? Is it Phoebe? Rebecca? Who is it?" She yelled in frustration, angling her head but still unable to see the woman's face.
Her wicked laughter filled the space. "Girl, do I look like someone that takes orders from people? Your boyfriend's and competitor's mother are of no concern to me."
Her fear surged when her abductor ripped her shirt apart from behind. She inhaled sharply, her eyes widening like saucers. "What're you doing?" Fear ran through her voice as she asked. "Doing what I should've done a long time ago, Sylvie-having my pound of flesh."
I
What she was about to do registered on Sylvie.
"No, No. Please-
The words died in her throat as a scream took over-so excruciating it could've shaken the foundation of a smaller building.
The whip against her skin was excruciatingly painful, she couldn't ignore it no matter how hard she tried.
For the next hour, Sylvie was subjected to torture she never imagined going through her whole life.
Her back was covered with welts and blood, she wondered how she hadn't passed out.
The woman had used other weapons after the whip, deriving joy from Sylvie's suffering. Sylvie couldn't understand how anyone could be so cruel, even if she had indeed, offended her. Her abductor finally unchained her. She crumpled to the floor, a scream escaping her throat.
"Oh, God. Oh, God," She panted, her breaths coming rapidly.

Her hand beneath her abdomen, she didn't even know which pain to focus on-the one from her joints? The one from the freshly inflicted wounds on her back? Or the one from her abdomen? Her belly hurt so much, she feared she'd lose her mind. She cried, spreading her legs apart. It hurt so bad. So so bad.
Her teeth sinking into her lower lip, she titled back her head and let out a painful grunt, as if she was pushing.
Her abductor dropped to a crouch before her, as if she was accessing. Her eyes beamed. "You're in labour!" She said with delight.
She stood up, laughing and clapping her hands. "How better could this get? Who would have thought I'd be getting triple pounds of flesh?"
The woman's words were hardly registering to Sylvie who couldn't think past the blinding pain in her system.
"Please... Please, help me...." .." She sobbed.
She didn't care where the help came from. All she knew was she needed to get relieved of this pain before it claimed her life.
The abductor placed a call with her phone.
"Yes. I need you at the warehouse I'm fifteen minutes," she spoke into the phone as she walked away. "I don't care if you have to fly. Just get here!" The call ended.
