Chapter 511
Chapter 511
Her fingertips suddenly felt like they were burning, and even her fair earlobes were flushed with a tinge
of red. Her small hands loosened, and she quickly took two steps back.
Today, Arabella had her hair tied up in a low ponytail with a butterfly hairband. Rylie caught hold of her
hairband, causing her to step back. Her long jet-black hair cascaded down like a waterfall, drawing a
graceful arc in midair.
A soft and charming voice came from behind at that moment, "Bella."
Arabella turned around, and it was Aurora.
Aurora wore an oversized black T-shirt dress today, with the hem falling just above her knees. Her
alluring curves and lazy, coquettish temperament gave the large black dress a touch of elegance. Her
seaweed-like hair hung loosely, and her small face, with its rosy lips and white teeth, looked stunning
and radiant, like a freshly bloomed red rose.
"Bella, come here."
Arabella quickly walked over. "Aurora, you're here?"
Aurora pulled Arabella to her side and then looked at Kenneth ahead with a pair of slender eyebrows
raised. "Mr. Lucero, this is my best friend. She hasn't offended you, has she?"
Kenneth glanced at Arabella and replied, "No."
"That's good. Bella, this is Mr. Lucero, a business tycoon in Faykarta. If you see him in the future, you'd
better stay away from him. If you offend Mr. Lucero, you won't survive in Faykarta." Aurora casually
smirked with her red lips.
Arabella nodded. "I understand."
"Well, Mr. Lucero, we'll take our leave now." Aurora held Arabella's hand and led her away.
They didn't look back at him but continued chatting. "Bella, did you break off the engagement with
Ernesto?"
"Yes."
"It's good that you ended it early. There are plenty of good men out there. Take your time to choose."
Kenneth couldn't hear their conversation anymore. They arrived at a bar and ordered two cocktails-one
delicate and pure as water, the other vibrant and radiant like a summer rose. As soon as they sat down,
they quickly attracted everyone's attention.
Then a waiter brought over the two cocktails. "Ladies, these cocktails are compliments of that
gentleman over there."
Someone couldn't wait to buy them drinks.
Kenneth didn't leave; he stood there watching. At that moment, he heard the low and mellow voice of
Jared, "Are you interested in her?"
Kenneth glanced sideways; Jared had already come out and was leaning lazily against the corner wall,
looking at him.
Kenneth furrowed his elegant eyebrows. "What's the matter between you and Aurora? Her words seem
aimed at me, and she won't blame me for your mistakes, will she?"
"Cut it out. I won't take the blame for that. Aurora has a problem with you. She hasn't been paying
attention to me lately, either. Every time she speaks, it's about how I play with you. With you acting like
this, I won't benefit either." Jared gave Kenneth a look, implying that Kenneth was the one dragging him
into trouble. Content bel0ngs to Nôvel(D)r/a/ma.Org.
Kenneth needed to find out where he had offended Aurora. Aurora was like a rose with thorns. His
profound narrow eyes then fell on Arabella's delicate figure. "Is she Aurora's best friend?"
Jared's cold black eyes glanced at Arabella and then turned around. Even though they were strangers,
Kenneth's gaze was immediately captivated by her.
"Well, I heard she's the younger daughter of the Snyder family. That should be correct. She went
missing when she was young and grew up in a small town near Hardgrad." Jared said indifferently.
Kenneth didn't say anything. His handsome features were bathed in dim light, making it difficult to see
clearly. "Enjoy yourself; I'm leaving."
Kenneth left with Rylie.
