My Pretty Sweetheart (Arianna)

Chapter 2127

Chapter 2127

"I'll be careful." Hendrix's voice had already changed drastically. Even with my hand pushing up against his shoulders, I could clearly sense that he was about to make a move.

I was done for. I'd gone overboard. Hendrix didn't get to satisfy his desires after the wedding, and he seemed dead serious about doing it at this moment. He knew every single sensitive point on my body. It wouldn't be long before I gave in.

If we were photographed, how would I have the courage to face and explain this to my children? I bit my lower lip, pondered on it, and finally made a concession. "Let's return to our room. Well be quick."

Hendrix did not respond.

Fearing that he would disagree, I hooked my arms around his neck, got up, and planted a kiss on his face. "After we get to the room, I'm all yours and you can do whatever you wish to me."

Hendrix grinned and got up from me without saying anything. He opened the door and exited the car.

I straightened my clothes and unhurriedly followed him.

It took us less than ten minutes to get to the room. Hendrix didn't let me go until the crack of dawn.

What was unexpected was that, although I was cautious, the paparazzi still caught us sneaking out of the wedding room on our wedding night and spending half an hour in the parking lot. Suffice to say, we made the headlines.

"Couple from wedding of the century found in the parking lot at night!"

"Time is gold. He spent half an hour in the car with her."

Hendrix led me home, and we saw Aaron grinning from ear to ear with Emma, an entertainment magazine in hand.

Seeing us home, they smirked, sending chills down my spine. I asked, "What's the matter? What's so funny?"

"Nothing." Aaron regulated his composure, cleared his throat, and joked, "It seems that you've had quite the wedding night..."

Emma feigned calmness, but the corners of her mouth were lifted, revealing her true feelings.

Beating around the bush annoyed me. I let go of Hendrix's hand, stepped forward, and grabbed the magazine Aaron had on his knees. When I saw the photos of the car in the magazine paired with such a dirty title, I was so ashamed that I almost spat out blood.

For fear that the readers were not imaginative enough, the article even mentioned a piece of news from not long ago, which insinuated what Hendrix and I had done in the car was just as the title described.

"Oh my gosh! Which newspaper outlet is this? How could they secretly take pictures of others, invading their privacy like this!" I exclaimed in rage. Aaron did not think it was a big deal and continued to fan the flames. "It seems that it is true. I didn't expect you to still be so passionate even at this age."

My face flushed completely red, and I couldn't tell whether I was angry or shy. I didn't know how to refute his words.

Hendrix, who had been watching

this unfold from the sidelines, finally spoke calmly, "It could be anyone since we were all wearing masks Didn't you two also drive a Roberts Group's car out last night? It's hard to say who they photographed."

e

With his reminder, realization dawned upon me. Unknowingly, I raised my voice and went along with what Hendrix said in a righteous manner. That's right! We all wore masks Why were we not in our wedding dress and in ordinary clothes instead? Why would we go

all the way to the parking lot to make out? Does that make sense?!"

Aaron laughed harder before he casually said, "Oh... so the reporters are spreading rumors. I suppose it's fake news. Why are you so agitated though?"

"Am I?" I spread both my arms apart and tried to calm myself down. "I'm not. I'm not at all agitated."

"I'm sure you aren't. I'm sure..." Aaron echoed.

I instantly understood that I couldn't explain and that I had blundered. The more I tried to explain, the more guilty I would look.

Aaron was taunting me.Content © copyrighted by NôvelDrama.Org.

I was so pissed that my chest started to churn. I picked up the cushion beside me and flung it at him.
