My Dominating Apollo

Tears were rolling down my eyes as I glanced at him, I had to save him and help him… I can’t see him like this!

“Hello,” Romulus answered,

“Rom-Romulus,” I cried while holding the phone,

“Clarissa?” He replied with concern in his voice.

“Apo-Apollo,” I tried to make words but I was sobbing,

“What happened, Clarissa, What happened to my brother? Please stop crying and tell me…” he yelled with evident panic in his voice.

“He-He fell unconscious, please come here,” I cried,

“Okay, please stop crying and be with him, I will be there soon, be strong!” he said and hung on me.

I walked back to Apollo and sat down near him, “Apollo!” I cried but there was no response,

“Please open your eyes,” I moved my hand under his head and pulled him on my lap, tears rolling down my eyes while yelling for him to open his eyes. Hearing my cry the butler and maids came to the living room, “Bring water,” I asked looking at the butler, he nodded his head and ran to the kitchen.

“Apollo!” I shook him but no response,

“Here ma’am,” the butler came back with a glass of water, I took it and began sprinkling the water on his face but he wasn’t opening his eyes.

“Please-Please, Open your eyes,” I cried and continued to do it.

“Apollo!” I cried and suddenly I saw Romulus running to us,

“Move!” he said while bending down and the butler helped him move Apollo to his bedroom. I followed them behind and tried hard to stop crying but I couldn’t, I was very worried about him and I wanted him to wake up and talk to me like he does. I want him badly.

They placed him on his bed, Romulus turned to me and I saw tears in his eyes, he truly does care about his younger brother, my subconscious stated.

“I called his doctor, he will be here soon,” he said looking at me and I nodded my head at him while trying to control myself.

He will be fine, just breathe!

I sat at the corner of the bed holding his hand, I placed a kiss on the back of his hand.

“Mr. Davies,” I heard Romulus and I turned my head. A man in a blue shirt tucked in black jeans walked in with a medical kit in his hand. He was tall with blond hair and looked very manly.

“Mr. Villin,” he acknowledged Romulus and shook his hand.

“Please leave me with him, I need to check him,” he said looking at him, Romulus nodded his head and glanced at me. I stood up and walked out of the room.

He followed me and closed the door behind, “He will be fine,” he said assuring me. I nodded my head at him, “What happened?” he asked.

“I asked him about Juliette…” I began and a thought hit my mind, what didn’t he warn me about Shade? And before I could know the words fell out of my mouth.

“… Why didn’t you tell me about Shade?” I asked and when he heard it his eyes widened in shock,

“What!” he said,

“Shade, I asked Apollo about her and immediately this guy switched in…” he cut me off,

“Oh my god!” he said while placing his hand over his face in worry, I was confused. He glanced at my confused face,

“Did he do something to you?” he asked, I gulped and nodded my head, “He tried to demonstrate what he did to Juliette…” he cut me off again,

“What!” he said with his eyes widened, I nodded my head, “What did you do then?” he asked,

“I called Apollo and he fell down as if someone hit him…” I said remembering it.

“Jesus!” he said under his breath,

“Romulus? What’s going on? I’m confused,” I said looking at him.

“I…” he tried to say but was cut off by the sound of the door opening.

We were now sitting in the living room, Romulus and Mr. Davies were sitting opposite to me, “Hello my name is Benjamin Davies, Nice meeting you Miss. Clarissa Green,” I took his hand and shook it, “You too, You can call me Clarissa,” I smiled.

“So, Benjamin, What happened to him?” Romulus asked,

“Because of Shade,” he said looking at Romulus and I felt like they were talking through their eyes and it made me more curious to know.

“I want to know!” I said gaining their attention.

They glanced at each other, “She’s his girlfriend,” Romulus said.

“Oh okay,” he replied turning to me,

“Benjamin, Can you please tell me what happened to him, why is he suffering from this disorder?” I asked,

He took a deep breath before telling me, “Apollo is suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder, which is Spilt or Multiple Personality disorder, from the age of 7…” he glanced at Romulus and continued, “… he had been through physical and emotional abuse and also depression at the early age…. which caused his first alternate to appear, which is Cyrus… Cyrus helped Apollo from escaping reality… even though he had done horrible things but he helped Apollo and was always aware of his thoughts, Cyrus let Apollo know what he does and thinks…” he said,

My mind took me to the event where I first saw Cyrus, “He knew Apollo liked me, that was the reason he didn’t do anything to me!” I whispered,

“Yes, they both share everything with each other, Cyrus gets triggered when we talk about something related to Mathew with Apollo or about his grandmother and his mother… However Only Apollo has the right to decide to let Cyrus have the light… Apollo can’t torture someone because Apollo is not that kind of a guy but Cyrus can do that, so he lets Cyrus do that for him… you may think that Cyrus is the mastermind but… you are wrong, The real mastermind is Apollo! Not Cyrus!” he said, that’s when the realization hit me.

Apollo had been planning everything all along and I thought it was Cyrus, the woman he killed that day… Apollo planned it but Cyrus killed her? Oh my god!

“Things changed when Shade appeared…” he said with a sad expression on his face,

“Shade… he appeared when Juliette began to sexually abuse Apollo, Cyrus couldn’t help in this case… he was desperate to save Apollo from this but he failed… and that’s when Shade appeared, he’s different from Cyrus if you think Cyrus is cruel then you must meet Shade… he’s evil,” he said, my body shuddered at the thought of it.

“Unlike Cyrus, Shade was dominant and creepy, he does what he likes and grabs the light whenever he wants… he never shares his thoughts with Apollo but Apollo remembers what Shade does and he can’t control Shade… in Shade’s defence, he says he’s saving Apollo from that woman’s shit!” he said and chuckled at the last part.

“Shade thinks that every woman is evil and he doesn’t want Apollo to get hurt and I think that’s why he attacked you!” he said, I gulped and felt sorry for Apollo. He suffered a lot.

“But I never met him before, I mean I was with Apollo for a few days now… why didn’t he come out?” I asked, looking at Benjamin, genuinely confused.This material belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.

“When Romulus and I discovered about this, we took him to my lab, he had treatment for 5 years and slowly Cyrus and Shade began to disappear…they didn’t show up often, and I thought it been cured and I let him go… but recently, Cyrus has been triggered by his father’s actions but Shade didn’t took the light because Juliette didn’t show up before, maybe her arrival has triggered him,” he said looking at Romulus,

“But what I noticed here is that you have a thing on Apollo, which made Apollo shut down himself to not let Shade hurt you… this clearly says that the physical touch with affection and love can cure his condition…” he said looking at me.

“This has been the problem all along, he never had that kind of love or affection from someone and the reason caused all this..” he said and took my hands in his, “… I strongly believe that you can help me cure his condition… I really need your help,” he said.

Tears were rolling in my eyes, I love him and I want him to be a normal person and live a normal life… I will help him.

“I will help you, All I want is, him to be happy,” I said while tears rolled down my cheeks and with a smile on my face.

“Okay then, I will let my assistant send the videos of the treatment he had and documents of Apollo to you… it may help you understand everything clearly,” He said while standing up.

Whatever Benjamin said played in my mind, he has been abused! Grandmother? What did she do to him? I know what happened between his father and mother and how it affected Apollo but what did his grandmother do to him?

I have to know, I have to solve this puzzle to help Apollo.
