“Becky?” Anita called out in uncertainty, well she noticed that she wasn’t the only one who had the look of disbelief on her face too..

Becky giggled softly, she knew it would be hard for them to believe since it’s been almost seven years she left the country..

Anita stood up still in disbelief, she walked towards Becky moving around her for a while before engulfing her in a tight embrace..

“It’s really you!”

Alexa rolled her eyes at the drama, well she was happy that the once miss fatty cleared her from the stupid alliance her grandfather was about to set up with the Brown’s..

Aldrin was also marveled by her three sixty degree transformation..

“Becky, what did you do? you look amazing and really pretty”

Anita cleared her throat to bring him back to reality, on getting her cue, he zipped his lips shut with a small pout..

“Thank you uncle Aldrin.. by the way.. I kinda missed an old grumpy man who never missed a chance to scold me!”

Bernard sneered, he disliked her, when she was oversized and also now that she has a great figure..

She was too chirpy which gets really annoying at some points..

Alexa snorted, she couldn’t believe this was the young girl she once taunted for being oversized years ago..

“Fatty!” she scorned and turned around stomping her way out of the living room, great! another thing to spoil her day..

Anita and Aldrin exchanged brief glances “What? I hope she’s not talking about Kelvin”

Becky looked back and forth between the two feeling lost..

Olivia was relieved that she had her seatbelt on otherwise she’d have lounged forward against the dashboard and would have gotten a bump on her head for sure..

Eeks! hideous bumps!

“Why did you stop that way you psycho?!” she lashed out at him in irritation..

Was he created only to make her life a living hell? at least she deserved some happiness in her life, but he had to rub himself all over her life and made it sour once more..

“I guess you’re blind to notice that there’s a red light up ahead”

Olivia’s cheeks flushed in embarrassment, luckily for her, his phone buzzed..

He pulled it out of his pocket and placed it against his ear..

“Alright get on it as soon as possible… and I’ll be there soon”

Olivia noticed the change in his expression, she knew she had no right to ask but she still asked anyway..

“Is everything alright?”

Damien gave a stiff nod, and lowly mumbled ..

“Your house is prone to attacks as of now.. why don’t you move in to my place with Kelvin for sometime”

Olivia shifted her gaze to him in amusement, he wanted her to move into his home?

“What?”

The car started moving once more, he took a brief glance at Olivia with an arched brow..

“Hold on a sec! I hope you aren’t thinking of anything else? it’s just for a few days until everything settles down”

“No thank you!” she declared and faced forward once more..

Bianca planted a kiss on Kelvin’s forehead, he was just dropped off by a policeman a minute ago..

“I’m so glad you’re safe”

Kelvin shook his head almost in tears “but they still have mummy.. I’m sure that she’s very scared of those bad men”

Bianca pinched his cheeks slightly with a small smile..

“Your mum is totally fine.. alright? daddy has gone to find her”

There was a knock on the door and for a second her heart skipped a beat..

In the last couple of days, they’ve opened the door to come face to face with people who had either come to warn them or hurt them..

Hearing a sound on the door again after what transpired at the early hours of today made her think twice before going to the door..

“wait right here honey..”

Kelvin gave a nod and watched her back leaving for the door..

Bianca took a deep breath in and opened the door, her eyes relaxed seeing it was just Olivia’s mum..

Sandy brushed past Bianca with two bags filled with groceries, like always, her mum and Olivia’s mum were almost the same, they always wanted to stock up the fridge with as much food as they could find..

“What took you so long to get the door?.. I had a very tiring day”

“Some men barged in here a few hours ago and took Olivia and Kelvin away”

Olivia felt lost on why they needed to be in a hospital, she tried to keep up with Damien’s long strides but had to jog to catch up with him..

“Are you hurt anywhere other than your hand?”

Damien halted his movement and turned to her “why? do you care?”

Olivia snorted “hell no!”

Damien pulled his gaze off her and started walking away again..

“Then don’t ask”

The door opened behind again and the first thing her lazy eyes caught was a blonde hair..

Her blood boiled, did he bring Olivia over just for her to make jest of her current predicament?

Olivia’s brows arched, so this was the reason he came to the hospital? whereas she thought that he was here to get his injuries treated..
