Just in a day, a lot of things have happened. Ava loses her virginity, the park and out turns things between love, trust and loyalty. Looking at how things are, and how things will be Nadaline and Ava need to go get ready for the real battle.

Closing Hour. (3:44 pm)

She rushed down the stairs with other students. As usual, everyone is rushing down the stairs to see the new update.

“Don’t push me away. ” The voice yelled from another angle, which made her stop and follow the voice.

(A light gasp escaped her lips when she saw her fellow student on the ground, badly stepped on. )

“Are you okay? ” She asked with concern in her voice.

“Huh. I’m good. ” The girl mumbled and took her hand as an assistant to get up.

“Oh! Your name is Eva. ” The girl mumbled and Eva smiled.

“Are you sure you are okay? ” She asked again.

“Yeah… Yeah, thank you for reaching out. ” She mumbled and Eva nodded.

“You should request a new name badge, this one is fading already. Eva added and the girl nodded. She frowned after remembering where she was going earlier.Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.

“I gotta go—”

“To the notice board. ” The girl interrupted and Eva nodded.

“I’m also heading there. ” She muttered and Eva arched her brows.

“I will be fine alone. ” She mumbled and took off. The girl that got helped was left wondering what could have happened to her.

“Just a sudden change in mood.” She thought and walked away after all.

The students gather around the notice board while Eva struggles to walk in the crowd.

“My score wasn’t good… ” One of the students said with a grumpy voice. A deep exhale escaped her lips when she finally found herself in front.

“That was hell. ” She mumbled and checked her name in the first five names.

“I beat that bitch and son of a bitch.. The first position is mine this time around. ” She grinned happily, turning around and her gaze came in contact with her school’s dazzling princess and her best friend.

“I’m sure you are feeling yourself because you got the first position. ” She uttered with her arms crossed on her chest.

“I’m not feeling myself for that. I’m happy your dad didn’t have the time to manipulate the results this time around. ” She uttered and the girl seemed to be boiling in anger.

“Manipulate? ” She gasped and attempted to run her hand on her face but Eva was fast enough to stop her hand. Her usual thing is to slap every student here, Eva is familiar with what she loves doing and she wasn’t surprised the girl in front of her wants to slap her.

Eva dropped her hand harshly, she bravely took steps closer to the girl.

“You should be in your private class, crying your eyes out for taking the fifth position this time around. And your best friend took the fourth position, isn’t that great? Eva asked no one in particular as she laughed at how perplexed their faces were. ”

“My parents aren’t that rich like yours but we are cool. We don’t manipulate votes in business as your parents do. My parents are forever clean. Eva uttered and dusted the girl’s uniform on her shoulder.

Everyone cheered loudly as Eva walked out of the crowd but she halted when she saw the school head prefect behind the crowd. She scanned him from his head to his toes.

“Eva, your driver is at the parking lot. ” Came the voice from the school announcement speaker.

“Home, home. ” She sings as she dances away from the crowd to get her bag and head to the parking lot. Every student excuses themselves as they walk to the school gate. The school head also excuses himself after his best friend checks his position.

“Eva must be reading a lot. ” His best friend brought up a conversation.

“I don’t want to talk about it. ” He mumbled as he walked to the parking lot.

“I will text you when I get home. ” His best friend uttered and he nodded as they parted ways.

Ava POV (8:00 pm)

My phone rang again for the nth time and I groaned loudly. Who could have been using calls to disturb my peaceful sleep? I groaned loudly and opened my eyes gently at first but then, I sprang to seat up.

“What the hell? ” I screamed, seeing how everything was dark. Rush to my feet, with my phone in my hand, I turn on the flashlight.

“What? It’s 8 O’clock. ” I exclaimed with a perplexed face at my phone screen. Janice’s call flashed on the surface of my phone screen.

“Did Madam Nada try calling me? ” I thought and the call ended before I could think of picking. Making use of the opportunity, I went to my call logs but it was Janice missed calls and not Madam Nada’s own.

I was about to put Janice’s call through when she called again, I didn’t hesitate to pick up the call.

“What the fuck is wrong with you? ” Her British accent was loud enough to make me shift my phone away from my ear.

“What’s going on? Your calls? ” I groaned and sat down on my bed.

“Can you give the boss the phone? She should be here to manage the VIP and other important guests. ” She rushed her words and I knitted my forehead.

“What do you mean by giving her the phone? ” I asked and she sighed deeply.

“You have been sleeping, I guess my call woke you up. ” She hissed and gasped when I remembered Madam Nada leaving after our argument this morning.

“But she left this morning—”

“She left where Ava? She shouted and exhaled at the same time. Did she say where she was going? ” She added with a worried voice.

“No, she just said she’s going out. ” I replied and rose to my feet.

“Is she not in the club? ” I asked with a breaking voice.

“Of course, or what made you think I’m calling you? ” Janice yelled in anger. I was about to say something when her next words made me gulp nothing down my throat.

“You should come over, celebrities are here and they need her but I told them about her daughter. ” Janice explained and my eyes widened a bit.

“Are you nuts? ”

“Of course not. Come over to the club, it’s high time you use that damn car she bought for you and drive yourself down her. I’m giving you twenty minutes Ava. ” She uttered with an orderly voice and ended the call.

“What the fuck? ” I cursed, running my hands through my hair.
