Kidnapped 2
When the boy left, Brie looked at Belle’s phone now in her possession. The screen of the phone cracked to her observation.
“She decided to call Cherry to come to where she was because now there was a higher chance of finding out anything about Belle’s disappearance on the side.

Belle opened her eyes slowly. She couldn’t see quite well, her vision was blurred but she could hear some noises.
She closed her eyes after a while; her head was aching and her arms were hurting. She knew from the moment she regained her consciousness that her hands were strongly tied up behind her back as she lay.
She knew she was on a bed, a soft bed at that, not very comfortable but it was a bed one could sleep in. She was laying on her side so some of her hair was in her face and it contributed to why she couldn’t see clearly when she attempted to open her eyes. She would try to free herself of the clothing used to tie her hands behind her back but she was too weak for that.
“I think she’s awake.” She heard someone say.
“Get her some food then.”
“What do I get her?”
“Anything, as long as she eats something, the boss says she can’t go hungry.”
“Alright.” After that, she heard nothing more but footsteps and doors opening and closing.
She started to wonder who this boss of theirs was and why he wanted her kidnapped. For the first time since this person kidnapped her and brought her here, fear gripped her.
She heard the doors open and close again, she guessed the person who left was back. She was right because he walked to her and squatted near the bed to talk to her.
“Get up, it’s time to eat.” She heard him say but made no movement; she couldn’t, she was too weak to ‘get up’.
“She’s been stubborn.” The man reported to the one who asked him to get Belle some food.
“She’s not. She can’t move unless you untie her hands.” It was the first man, he had a thicker voice that could differentiate him from the man squatting by the bed Belle lay.
With one action, Belle was pulled up from her position. She drew in some air when her hair wasn’t covering her face anymore, opening her eyes to see who it was. She was disappointed to see that the man had a mask on; she was planning on having a good look at his face so she could describe him to the police when she somehow escaped where she was.
Kneeling on the bed against her will, she felt the cloth around her wrist loosen. Just like he made her kneel, he made her sit on the bed, dragging a bedside stool towards her and setting a takeaway in front of her.
“Eat.” His order was simple.
Belle stared at the food blankly for a bit. She could tell it was noodles contained in the takeaway dish.
‘There’s a takeaway restaurant nearby,’ she calculated to herself.
“Didn’t you hear me? Eat.” The man said in an angry tone this time. It wasn’t hard for Belle to detect that he was an impatient person.Content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.
She looked up at him, his mask covered just the areas around his eyes and nose but not his lips. Even with the mask on, she still got scared just by looking him in the eye; his eyes weren’t welcoming to look at.
She pushed the stool away from her, rejecting the food and waiting for a reaction but got none. He seemed to not want to hurt her. He drew the stool back to where she sat on the bed.
“Eat. Now.” He was getting on the edge of his patience as he forced those two words through his teeth.
Belle didn’t want to eat what he gave to her, for all she knew there was probably something to sedate her like they did when they kidnapped her on her way to work, and if not that, probably something harmful. She sat in a different position, facing away from the stool where the food was.
“Tiger, she won’t eat. Do I force it all down her throat?” She heard him ask the one with the thicker voice. She immediately turned her neck to where Tiger sat by the corner of the room, she turned right in time to see the wicked smile that took over his also masked face.
“Leave her be. She would eat when she’s hungry.” His smile was brief.
She turned back to the man in front of her to meet his scary eyes. He was looking at her like he wanted to do what he threatened to do; shove the whole of the food down her throat.
He walked away from her, going to Tiger and whispering in his ears. After some whispered discussions with Tiger, he left.
“Are you not hungry or have you just been stubborn like he thinks?” Tiger asked her when they were alone in the room. She didn’t answer, all that was on her mind were thoughts on how to escape there.
She didn’t hear him leave the chair he sat on till he was right next to her. He grabbed her jaw with his gloved hands and brought his face to hers, his smoky breath in her face.
“When I ask questions, I expect answers, am I clear?”
“Y-Yes.” Belle managed to say through her hurting jaw.
“Are you not hungry or you are just being a stubborn little brat.”He repeated his question from earlier, not letting go of her jaw.
“I’m not hungry,” Belle said with tears forming in her eyes, his hands wear tight on her jaw.
“You are not hungry huh?” He finally left let jaw. Belle immediately massage the place his hands had just left, trying her best to hold in her tears and just sniffing instead.
“Let me inform you if you don’t eat this,” he pointed to the takeaway still on the stool.”You aren’t getting any other food so you better eat, for your good.” He cracked his knuckles before walking away from her, leaving the room and locking the door after him.
