Katarina’s Pov

I acted like I was not shocked when the person came in, I decided to make a fuss about everything.

“Hey, can’t you knock? What if I am naked?” I yelled at the guy who opened the door.

“I am so sorry Miss, forgive my manner, I forgot myself.”

“It’s okay, so why are you here? We just finished having breakfast and the menu was sent to us, or is there something new for everyone?”

“Yes, Miss there is, Alpha Lorde ordered us to move you to a better and bigger room, he also grants you a pass to come and visit your sister at the main mansion whenever you like.”

I could not stop smiling when he started saying all these to me, finally, Alpha Lorde made things easy for me to get to him and also it will be so simple to get rid of Amelia for good.

“Thank you for passing the information, is that all?”

“Alpha Lorde won’t be addressing you all this morning, he says he would either come in the evening or tomorrow morning and you should not come to the main mansion today because of something private going on but from tomorrow you are very free to access the main mansion.”

“Okay, good.”

“A day won’t kill me from not going anyway, few hours to the next day right? I can start executing my plan, right Leah?”

“I am not in support of anything you are doing Katarina, let your sister and her mate be, she deserves to be happy.”

“So I don’t deserve to be happy right? Do you mean just my sister deserves to be happy? Is that what you are trying to tell me now?”

“You are getting me wrong, everyone deserves to be happy know that from now on, you got a mate and didn’t give him a chance, you just rejected him because your mother says so, you are going against the moon goddess rule for us, this could lead us to our death,” Leah warned.

“I promise you, we won’t meet any death, I have heard cases of so many wolves that rejected their mate you know, so we doing it, is not the end of us, all I want is for you Leah to support us if Lorde is our mate, do you know how powerful and feared we will be?”

Leah ignored me and I understand, it will take her time to support me in whatever I am doing.

“So Miss Katarina, get your things ready, a maid will be here to take you to your new room and if you ever need anything, ask any maids around, I shall take my leave now.”

“Okay thank you so much, bye.”

He left and I couldn’t stop smiling, in no time the maid came knocking at the door”Come in.”

“I know already, you don’t have to explain yourself again, okay? Now take things, I haven’t opened my luggage so just fold those few clothes in that small bag and grab everything along to the room for me.”

“Yes Miss, will do that immediately.”

She finished with everything as I walked behind her to the room meant for me, I love it here, I got my living room and dining as well, bathroom and kitchen, the maids assigned will be the ones cooking here and the room is damn big.

“Wow, wow, this is so beautiful, let’s start arranging my things to the right place they belong to.”

“Yes, Miss.”

Simon’s Pov

“Take these files to the project manager to go through for our next project okay?”

“Yes sir.” He left with the files.

I turned on my system trying to search things online, “Is it possible for someone fo create wolves with chemicals?”

The result I saw made me more confused, this can’t take place unless they make use of a wolf or make the wolf become what they want.

“Jay, what do you think?” I asked my wolf form.

“I think those missing werewolves are been used to create these monsters made with chemicals or their blood are extracted to a human, to become one.”

“That’s something you know, but finding the person doing all this evil is taking a lifetime, I need to rip out the heart of the person for even daring to hurt my Alpha Lorde, all wolves are supposed to be a family.”

“We will find them soon, no evil person can hide forever just know that okay? By the way, Alpha Lorde finds his mate, what are you waiting for?”

“What do you mean Jay?”

“Oh you know what I mean, won’t you attend parties to find your mate? At least a beta mate is supposed to always be with the luna just as you are always with Alpha Lorde.”

“Jay I hope you know this isn’t my fault, we will find our mate soon, just know that okay?”

“We can’t find our mate if you keep working and working, attend parties.”

“Oh, that reminds me, the welcome party for Alpha Lorde mate, maybe I might meet her there.”

One of the female workers came in the beta of the Midnight pack.

“Good afternoon Beta Simon.”

“Good afternoon Xoxo, do you have records of all special wolves now? Are they all complete?”

“No beta, a lady has not come in yet but others are complete, we gave them the menu and also treated Miss Katarina very well.”

“Good, have you found out why she isn’t here?”

“Yes, she felt sick but will be coming this Sunday.”

“Better, you can go now, you did well.”

“Thank you, Beta.”

She left when a call came in, “Hello Beta Simon, a werewolf was spotted at the pack that got extinct.”

“The White moon packs?”

“Yes.”

“On my way.”

I left the office immediately entering my car zooming over to the place where the wolf was spotted.

The place was calm but I could smell there is a wolf here, so I ordered others saying, “Check there while I take this path.”

“Yes, Beta.”

I bent to touch the blood on the grass, seems the wolf got injured, he or she should not be far from here, I concluded.
