Invincible Heir

Chapter 57 The Poor Guy

Chapter 57 The Poor Guy

Baron secretly looked at Wayne and it was his second time to see the bastard, who looked at Tracy

with ill intention last time in Perry Group.

Baron had told Camel that O’Wenthe business of the Porter family was not allowed in Cona when he

found Wayne trying to develop the market in the city. But Wayne remained here, so O’Wenthe Porter

family just turned a deaf ear to his threats.

“That whore.,” Zoey said coldly seeing Baron and Tracy leave.

Wayne smiled lightly, “Well, we are business partners after all.”

“What, you like that bitch?” Zoey turned unhappy.

Wayne smiled and said holding Zoey’s hand, “I have said that I will tell my dad to propose marriage to

the Perry family after getting back to Kato. How could I love other women? You are my only one. Don’t

you know my heart during the time we stay with each other?”

Zoey dawdled with Wayne recently and their relationship improved soon, and they had already slept

together. Content bel0ngs to Nôvel(D)r/a/ma.Org.

Zoey became satisfied when hearing the proposal, as the Porter family was the first-class family in

Kato, far superior to the Perry family.

“Then we can get married! But you cannot look at that bitch again.” Zoey reminded.

“No worries. You are my only love.” Baron knew her well, and she would be docile as long as he said

some sweet words and spent some money.

Yuri and Sherry was already there when Baron and Tracy entered the room, but Terry was nowhere to

be found.

Sherry had plumed herself with light makeup and looked stunningly beautiful. Well, like daughter, like

mother.

There was a lustrous Khotan Jade bracelet on her wrist, and she wore a light yellow fuzzy T-shirt. She

looked privileged and wealthy, just like an upper-class lady.

Yuri herself was young and energetic, so she still showed a perfect body shape despite wearing a plain

white shirt.

Tracy, having played out with Baron and Lara, was a bit tired but her look was near to perfection.

Lara was also like a princess, had delicate face despite her young age made her look like a porcelain

doll.

“You are late.” Glasses had been filled with beers when Yuri talked.

Tracy laughed, “Come on! Baron had to drive later, and I am not feeling good these days, so we don’t

drink.”

“Ah? You pregnant?” Yuri heard and was surprised; her hands trembled, and the drink spilled onto the

table.

Sherry who was flickering her phone looked up in a flash when hearing her words and said, “You do?”

Tracy was taken aback, blind-minded for a while, appeared ashamed, and said hurriedly, “I mean my

period is coming.”

“Oh, gosh. I thought you would have a second baby.” Yuri tapped her chest.

Sherry glared at Yuri, “Shut up if you know nothing!”

Yuri stuck her tongue out, simply held a glass of wine before her, and boozed, “My fault!”

Knock! Knock! Knock!

Then someone knocked at the box door.

“Come in!” Yuri thought there was a waiter outside and called.

The door opened and Wayne and Zoey walked in.

“Why do you come here?” Yuri frowned seeing them.

Baron squinted. He did not know if it was Zoey’s idea or Baron’s.

“Yuri, we met Tracy at the door, and we know you eat here so I think we may have more fun together.

No worries, my boyfriend will pay the bill.”

Zoey held Wayne’s arm with love and introduced, “Well, this is Wayne, he’s from the Porter family of

Kato. He is now a business partner of our family and also my boyfriend.”

Yuri felt sick seeing Zoey’s look and said coldly, “Well, it’s a family-only dinner! We can take care of our

bill. Get out please unless you have something more to say!”

Wayne was attracted by Tracy and Yuri’s charm entering the box. He found Zoey could never be on a

par with the sisters.

Sherry was amazed hearing he was one of the Porters, although he was already with Zoey.

Wayne wore a pair of glasses with a black and resin frame. A thin yet tall man with a delicate face who

was born rich was Sherry’s favorite for a son-in-law.

“You must be Aunt Sherry!” Wayne beckoned actively as he seemed to sense Sherry’s look.

He was told about the family by Zoey, so he identified Sherry quickly.

Sherry was excited to find that this man knew herself already, and she said in a hurry, “I am the mother

of Tracy and Yuri. Call me Aunt Sherry if you don’t mind.”

“Sure. Nice to meet you, Aunt Sherry! Call me Wayne.” He smiled politely and spoke.

Sherry liked him so much, pointing to the seat in front of her, and said, “Sit down!”

“Mom, it is my treat to celebrate Tracy’s promotion. Why do you keep a stranger here?” Yuri was

unhappy.

Sherry glared at Yuri and said, “The more people, the better. What’s more, Zoey is no stranger. She is

your cousin!”

“True, Yuri. I am your cousin.” Zoey said cheerfully.

Yuri didn’t care and kept silent, sitting on her seat angrily without saying anything.

Since they had been seated and Sherry liked them so much, there’s not much she could do.

“Wayne, are you from that Porter family of Kato?”

“How old are you?”

“Are you married?”

“Any brothers or sisters?”

Sherry had asked quite a few questions right after he sat down, and he answered them one by one.

This made Zoey more embarrassed, for it was obvious that Sherry wanted Wayne to marry her

daughter.

“Mom, what are you doing? Can’t we have the meal quietly?” Yuri said unhappily.

She at once knew Wayne was a hypocrite who was invariably staring at her and her sister.

“Just eat then, it is none of your business.”

Sherry was angered by her words and murmured.

“Aunt, Wayne is my boyfriend. Don’t ask him too much.”

Zoey eventually threw a fit and stood up quickly.

“Stop talking like this! Too impolite. How can Wayne like you? If I were him, I would dump you.” Sherry

was unhappy.

Zoey quivered with anger and said pulling Wayne, “Wayne, I feel sick to eat with the likes of her. Let’s

go somewhere else!”

“Zoey, I think Aunt Sherry is right. She is your aunt. How can you say those words? You must apologize

to her now!”

Beyond Zoey’s expectation, Wayne didn’t help her but required her to say sorry.

“Wayne, can’t you see she is inquiring about your family and trying to give her daughter to you?” Zoey

said in a blush.

“Now!” Glum-faced Wayne said.

Zoey was stunned, for he had bought her many luxuries and satisfied her every request recently, but he

argued with her in the presence of strangers.

“I am not wrong, so why should I apologize?” Zoey asked bitterly.

“Bang!”

Wayne slammed Zoey on her face and shouted, “Get out of my face if you don’t. We no longer have

any relationship.”

“Wayne, what did you say? You want to break up with me?” Zoey covered her injured face and tears

rolled down.

“Yes! Sherry is right. Now you disrespect your aunt, so how can you respect my family if we get

married?”

Wayne went on in agony, “I will be shameful to have such a wife.”

Zoey thought Wayne was a stranger to her.

Then she realized he was sure to break up with her.

“Wayne, I am wrong. Please don’t leave me, and I will apologize to her. Sorry! Aunt Sherry! I am sorry!”

Zoey became worried and holding Wayne’s hand nervously while apologizing to Sherry.

“Zoey, I hope you will learn this lesson well.”

Wayne said seriously overseeing Zoey, “I cannot tolerate my wife who disrespects my parents at all.

We are over now.”

“Wayne, I am wrong. Please give me another chance, only one chance. I cannot live without you.

Please!” Zoey turned frenzy and was reluctant to get off his hand.

She had given everything to him these days, and she would have nothing if he broke up with her.

“Go away!” Wayne shouted and pushed her away.

“Sherry, sorry to hurt you. We will visit you next time.” Wayne turned around and left the box.
