Brandon replied, "He asked me to take care of you. If I can't take care of you properly, he plans to have

your sister-in-law come and help. But I assured him that I will take good care of you, so there's no need

for your sister-in-law."

"Is that all?"

Brandon looked at Sandy and said, "What else do you think your brother could have said?"

Sandy put down her chopsticks and stared at Brandon for a while before speaking up, "Brandon, once

I've discussed things with Mr. Hughes, let's get our marriage certificate and plan the wedding. That

way, our child will have a proper and legitimate birth. Although the baby arrived a bit earlier, we should

make it up to him."

After hearing Sandy's words, Brandon softly agreed, "Alright, I'll follow your lead."

back down."

Haider nodded back and entered the house as Brandon stepped aside.

"Do you need to take off your shoes?" Haider asked in a low voice after entering the house.

"No need, let's go in first," Brandon replied, shaking his head.

Haider nodded and followed Brandon into the living room.

Brandon gestured for Haider to sit on the couch and asked, "Would you like something to drink?"

"Anything will do."

Brandon prepared a cup of tea for Haider and placed it on the table in front of him. "Sandy went

upstairs to change. She wasn't feeling well and slept until the afternoon."

After placing the teacup in front of Haider, Brandon explained in a low voice.

Haider nodded and said, "I understand. Bonnie also mentioned feeling a bit uncomfortable during the

early stages of pregnancy."

After listening to Haider, Brandon glanced towards the second floor and then spoke up, "Mr. Hughes,

Sandy really likes this industry. However, this situation is more of my responsibility. I didn't expect..."

Haider interrupted Brandon before he could finish his sentence and said in a low voice, "These things

are normal. In our line of work, we often live under the scrutiny of others. It seems like we need

everyone's approval before we can do anything."

"But we also need our private time and space. Not every moment of our lives should be determined by

others."
